一种钻井顶驱导轨板。主要解决现有顶驱钻机导轨板装卸时装卸效率低、装卸成本高的问题。其特征在于:上导轨段(1)与下导轨段(2)对应面分别有凸台(3)及凹槽(4),上、下导轨段(1,2)两端左右侧分别有铰链耳(5),上、下导轨段(1,2)对应铰链耳(5)通过销轴(6)铰链,上导轨段(1)下端内纵向居中固定有液压缸(7),液压缸(7)下端连接有锥板(8),锥板(8)左右两连接有锁轴(9),锁轴(9)置于上、下导轨段(1,2)对应的横向锁轴孔(10)内,液压缸(7)通过油管与液压泵相连,液压泵固定在导轨板最下端导轨段下端内。该钻井顶驱导轨板具有装卸时装卸效率高、装卸成本低的特点。

钻井顶驱导轨板
技术领域:
本发明涉及油田钻井领域顶驱所用的导轨板,尤其是钻井顶驱导轨板。
背景技术:
随着油气勘探开发过程中深井、超深井及复杂井的增多,在我国对于顶驱钻机的需求也越来越迫切,特别是国外的招标项目,没有配备顶驱的钻机几乎是不可能中标的,顶驱钻机得到了使用者和市场的认同。顶驱装置现已成为钻机的标准配置。顶驱装置是将动力从井架的顶部直接驱动钻具进行旋转钻进,使得传统的转盘钻井法发生了变革,并能完成循环钻井液、接立根、上卸扣和倒划眼等多种钻井操作的钻井装置。它的重要意义是能提高钻井效率,大幅度地减少卡钻事故发生,降低勘探开发的风险,促进了海上和陆地钻井技术自动化的进步。为了控制动力设备自身旋转,需要顶驱钻机井架上部与钻台间垂直安装有导轨板,导轨板是由每段5—6米组合连接而成的。而目前的导轨板在连接和拆卸时,需要4-6人,1-2台吊车,8-12小时才能完成连接和拆卸,存在着费时费力、装卸效率低、装卸成本高及操作复杂的问题,而且因在高空作业,存在着安全隐患,不利于推广应用。
发明内容:
为了解决现有顶驱钻机导轨板装卸费时费力、装卸效率低、装卸成本高、操作复杂及存在着安全隐患的问题,本发明提供一种钻井顶驱导轨板,该钻井顶驱导轨板不仅装卸省时省力、装卸效率高、装卸成本低及操作简单,而且安全可靠。
本发明的技术方案是:该钻井顶驱导轨板包括由5-7节导轨段组成的导轨板,相互连接的上导轨段与下导轨段对应面分别有相配凸台及凹槽,上导轨段两端左右侧分别有铰链耳,下导轨段两端左右侧分别有铰链耳,上、下导轨段对应相配的铰链耳通过销轴铰链,上导轨段下端内纵向居中固定有液压缸,液压缸活塞下端连接有锥板,锥板左右两侧连接有锁轴,锁轴置于上、下导轨段对应的横向锁轴孔内,液压缸通过油管与液压泵相连,液压泵固定在导轨板最下端导轨段下端内。
上述方案中的液压泵为手动液压泵。
本发明具有如下有益效果:该钻井顶驱导轨板由于采取上述方案,在安装时用一人将导轨板顶端的绳索挂在井架上的吊钩上,通过吊钩将折叠的导轨板吊起,导轨板顶端通过绳索固定在井架上端,导轨板下端固定在钻台上,再通过手动液压泵将锁轴推入上、下导轨段对应的锁轴孔内,上下导轨板立刻锁紧。因为只需1-2人和井架上的吊钩在一小时内即可完成导轨板的安装,从而减少施工人员,不用动用设备,达到了省时省力目的,提高装卸效率,降低装卸成本,简化操作过程,而且消除了安全隐患。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
由图1结合图2、图3、图4所示,该钻井顶驱导轨板包括由5-7节导轨段组成的导轨板,相互连接的上导轨段1与下导轨段2对应面分别有相配凸台3及凹槽4,通过凸台3与凹槽4的连接,增强了导轨板连接抗扭强度;上导轨段1两端左右侧分别有铰链耳5,下导轨段2两端左右侧分别有铰链耳5,上导轨段1与下导轨段2对应相配的铰链耳5通过销轴6铰链,通过铰链耳5与销轴6的铰链,不仅达到了铰链目的,而且可折叠,通过折叠缩短了导轨板的长度,方便了安装及运输;上导轨段1下端内纵向居中固定有液压缸7,液压缸7活塞下端连接有锥板8,锥板8左右两侧连接有锁轴9,锁轴9置于上导轨段1与下导轨段2对应的横向锁轴孔10内,液压缸7通过油管与手动液压泵相连,手动液压泵不需要连接动力源,使得结构简单,所以采用手动液压泵,手动液压泵固定在导轨板最下端导轨段下端内,通过手动液压泵及液压缸7推动锥板8上下运动,锥板8的上下运动带动锁轴9进出锁轴孔10,实现了自动锁定或自动开启的目的。
实际使用时,在安装时,首先将折叠好的导轨板运到钻台附近,将最上端的导轨板上端通过绳索挂在井架上的吊钩上,然后起动吊钩将导轨板吊起,吊起到设计高度时,用绳索将导轨板最上端固定在井架上,在吊起的过程中,上导轨段1与下导轨段2以销轴6的转动,使相互连接的上导轨段1下端的凸台3插入下导轨段2上端与相配的凹槽4内,增强了导轨板的强度,保证导轨板直线度,在固定完导轨板最上端后,通过压动导轨板最下端内的手动液压泵,通过手动液压泵输出的液压油推动液压缸7活塞向外伸出,液压缸7活塞推动锥板8向下移动,通过锥板8两侧锥面推动锁轴9进入上导轨段1与下导轨段2的锁轴孔10内,从而将上导轨段1与下导轨段2锁定,使上导轨段1与下导轨段2不能以销轴6为轴转动,然后将导轨板最下端也固定在钻台,最后取下挂在吊钩上的绳索,即完成了导轨板的安装。在拆卸时,首先将导轨板上端通过绳索挂在井架上的吊钩上,挂好绳索后,通过压动导轨板最下端内的手动液压泵,通过手动液压泵反向输出的液压油推动液压缸7活塞向内收缩,液压缸7活塞拉动锥板8向上移动,通过锥板8两侧锥面拉动锁轴9向内收缩,从锁轴孔10内抽出,从而将上导轨段1与下导轨段2的锁定解开,使上导轨段1与下导轨段2能以销轴6为轴转动;再拆出固定导轨板最上端的绳索,下放吊钩,因铰链耳5分别在导轨段上端的左侧和下端右侧,使导轨板能以销轴6为轴一反一正的折叠起来,缩短了导轨板的长度,折叠好后通过井架上的吊钩装车即可运走,完成拆卸。因在装卸时,用1-2人,不用吊装车,而且通过手动液压泵、液压缸7、锥板8及锁轴9实现自动连接锁定或连接解开折叠,从而达到了省时省力目的,提高装卸效率,降低装卸成本,简化操作过程,而且消除高空作业安全隐患。
综上所述,该钻井顶驱导轨板不仅装卸省时省力、装卸效率高、装卸成本低及操作简单,而且安全可靠。

Claims (2)

1、一种钻井顶驱导轨板,包括由5-7节导轨段组成的导轨板,其特征在于:相互连接的上导轨段(1)与下导轨段(2)对应面分别有相配凸台(3)及凹槽(4),上导轨段(1)两端左右侧分别有铰链耳(5),下导轨段(2)两端左右侧分别有铰链耳(5),上、下导轨段(1,2)对应相配的铰链耳(5)通过销轴(6)铰链,上导轨段(1)下端内纵向居中固定有液压缸(7),液压缸(7)活塞下端连接有锥板(8),锥板(8)左右两侧连接有锁轴(9),锁轴(9)置于上、下导轨段(1,2)对应的横向锁轴孔(10)内,液压缸(7)通过油管与液压泵相连,液压泵固定在导轨板最下端导轨段下端内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的钻井顶驱导轨板,其特征在于:液压泵为手动液压泵。
