Abstract
本发明涉及一种盛放碳酸饮料的容器的瓶盖。瓶身上部瓶口上设有瓶盖固定座,瓶盖固定座的内层为中空、筒状、瓶盖固定座底面封闭,内层设置有升降体,升降体也为中空、筒状、升降体底面封闭,内层上方设置有限位槽,升降体的侧壁中部设有限位触环,限位触环在限位槽内上下升降,瓶盖固定座的内层侧壁中部设有饮料流出口,饮料流出口下方设有粘结有弹性薄膜的窗口,升降体的侧壁上设有饮料流出孔,升降体底面上设置有空气压力平衡气孔,限位触环上升到限位槽的上限面时,饮料流出口与饮料流出孔对接,限位触环下降到限位槽的下限面时,弹性薄膜贴入到饮料流出孔。本发明具有能很好地密封碳酸饮料,又能方便开启饮用的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种瓶盖,尤其是涉及一种盛放碳酸饮料的容器的瓶盖。
背景技术
随着瓶盖的使用量不断的增加,在诸如矿泉水、茶、果汁不含碳酸气体的饮料可以使用普通的瓶盖进行密封,但是在一些汽水等含有碳酸气体的饮料容器的密封时就需要较高的要求,要使得容器的内部的碳酸气体不至于快速泄漏出,一直要保持住内部的碳酸气体,保持内部瓶压,但也还要求密封性能良好。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种能够很好密封碳酸饮料,但又只需轻轻上拉或者旋转就可以打开瓶盖,能很好保持容器内碳酸压力的一种碳酸饮料容器的瓶盖。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种碳酸饮料容器的瓶盖,瓶身上部瓶口上设有瓶盖固定座,瓶盖固定座的内层为中空、筒状、瓶盖固定座底面封闭,内层设置有升降体,升降体也为中空、筒状、升降体底面封闭,瓶盖固定座内层上方设置有限位槽,升降体的侧壁中部设有限位触环,限位触环在限位槽内上下升降,瓶盖固定座的内层侧壁中部设有饮料流出口,饮料流出口下方设有粘结有弹性薄膜的窗口,升降体的侧壁上设有饮料流出孔,升降体底面上设置有空气压力平衡气孔,限位触环上升到限位槽的上限面时,饮料流出口与饮料流出孔对接,限位触环下降到限位槽的下限面时,弹性薄膜贴入到饮料流出孔。
作为优选,在瓶盖固定座的上方设置有罩住饮用嘴部分的防尘盖。
作为优选,所述的升降体的最上方设置有兼做饮用嘴的助拉台肩。
所述的升降体的侧壁上部与旋转体螺纹连接
作为优选,旋转体的凸环嵌入设置在瓶盖固定座的上端面的环形的凹陷滑轨中。
作为优选,升降体的顶面封闭,在侧壁的上部设有若干个饮用口,饮料流出口与饮料流出孔对接时,饮用口伸出旋转体最高面。
因此,本发明具有能很好地密封碳酸饮料,又能方便开启饮用的优点。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,并结合附图1至附图5,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实例1,一种碳酸饮料容器的瓶盖,参见附图1至附图3,瓶身13上部瓶口12通过螺纹连接瓶盖固定座100,该瓶盖固定座100为双层结构,外层102通过螺纹旋紧在瓶口12上,瓶盖固定座100的内层101为中空、筒状,瓶盖固定座底面720封闭,内层101设置有升降体300,升降体300也为中空、筒状、升降体底面721封闭的桶体,瓶盖固定座100的内层101上方设置有限位槽118,升降体300的侧壁中部设有限位触环115,限位触环115在限位槽118内上下升降,瓶盖固定座100的内层101侧壁中部设有饮料流出口704,饮料流出口704下方设有粘结有弹性薄膜714的窗口716,窗口716之间为连接支架715,为升降体100的侧壁上设有饮料流出孔304,升降体底面721上设置有空气压力平衡气孔105,限位触环115上升到限位槽118的上限面215时,饮料流出口704与饮料流出孔304对接,限位触环115上升到限位槽118的下限面216时,弹性薄膜714贴入到饮料流出孔304。升降体300的最上方设置有兼做饮用嘴333的助拉台肩334,在瓶盖固定座100的上方通过螺纹335连接连接有罩住饮用嘴333部分的防尘盖390。
在饮料瓶内盛装碳酸饮料后,参见附图2,升降体300缓慢地往下压,在升降体下降的过程中,空气压力平衡气孔105能够调节升降体底面721和瓶盖固定座底面720之间的压力差,限位触环115到达下限面216,由于碳酸饮料瓶内具有一定的碳酸压力,此时,弹性薄膜714贴入到饮料流出孔304,更好地堵住饮料流出孔304,可以很好地保持饮料容器内部碳酸压力。同时盖上防尘盖390。
打开该瓶盖时,参见附图3,先打开防尘盖390,用手缓慢地拉起助拉台肩334使得升降体缓慢上升,限位触环115到达上限面215,饮料流出口704与饮料流出孔304对接,容器内的饮料可以顺利流出饮用。
实施例2、参见附图4与附图5,在实施例1的基础上,取消助拉台肩334和防尘盖,但在升降体300的侧壁上部与旋转体301通过外螺纹259和内螺纹359连接,旋转体301的凸环113嵌入设置在瓶盖固定座100的上端面302的环形的凹陷滑轨313中,升降体100的顶面335封闭,在侧壁的上部设有八个饮用口334,限位触环115到达下限面216,由于碳酸饮料瓶内具有一定的碳酸压力,此时,弹性薄膜714贴入到饮料流出孔304,更好地堵住饮料流出孔304,可以很好地保持饮料容器内部碳酸压力。限位触环115到达上限面215,饮料流出口704与饮料流出孔304对接,饮用口334伸出旋转体最高面303,饮料流出可以饮用。
Claims (6)
1、一种碳酸饮料容器的瓶盖,瓶身(13)上部瓶口(12)上设有瓶盖固定座(100),瓶盖固定座(100)的内层(101)为中空、筒状、瓶盖固定座底面(720)封闭,内层(101)设置有升降体(300),升降体(300)也为中空、筒状、升降体底面(721)封闭,其特征在于:瓶盖固定座(100)内层(101)上方设置有限位槽(118),升降体的侧壁中部设有限位触环(115),限位触环(115)在限位槽(118)内上下升降,瓶盖固定座的内层(101)侧壁中部设有饮料流出口(704),饮料流出口(704)下方设有粘结有弹性薄膜(714)的窗口(716),升降体(100)的侧壁上设有饮料流出孔(304),升降体底面(721)上设置有空气压力平衡气孔(105),限位触环(115)上升到限位槽(118)的上限面(215)时,饮料流出口(704)与饮料流出孔(304)对接,限位触环(115)下降到限位槽(118)的下限面(216)时,弹性薄膜(714)贴入到饮料流出孔(304)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种碳酸饮料容器的瓶盖,其特征在于在瓶盖固定座(100)的上方设置有罩住饮用嘴(333)部分的防尘盖(390)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种碳酸饮料容器的瓶盖,其特征在于在所述的升降体(300)的最上方设置有兼做饮用嘴(333)的助拉台肩(334)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种碳酸饮料容器的瓶盖,其特征在于所述的升降体(300)的侧壁上部与旋转体(301)螺纹连接。
5、根据权利要求4所述的一种碳酸饮料容器的瓶盖,其特征在于,旋转体(301)的凸环(113)嵌入设置在瓶盖固定座(100)的上端面(302)的环形的凹陷滑轨(313)中。
6、根据权利要求4或5所述的一种碳酸饮料容器的瓶盖,其特征在于所述的升降体(100)的顶面(335)封闭,在侧壁的上部设有若干个饮用口(334),饮料流出口(704)与饮料流出孔(304)对接时,饮用口(334)伸出旋转体最高面(303)。
