Abstract
前列腺增生患者常出现尿潴留，此时常需留置尿管，而留置尿管很容易继发感染。本前列腺尿道支架可以长期置留尿道内，既可以扩张狭窄的尿道又可以避免感染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种前列腺尿道支架，尤其是一种能长期留置于尿道中的前列腺尿道支架。
背景技术
前列腺患者常出现尿潴留，此时常需留置尿管，而留置尿管很容易继发感染。
发明内容
本发明采用的技术方案为：一种治疗男性尿道狭窄的支架，由三部份组成，第一部份为尿道支架，第二部份为固定架，第三部份为连接尿道支架和固定架的连线；其特征为：尿道支架为硬质圆管，直径为4～7mm，长为3～5cm，尿道支架的长度较前列腺直径略短，置于尿道狭窄处，安置于前列腺尿道内时让尿道支架的两端各距尿道括约肌及膀胱括约肌3～5mm，使尿道支架既能扩张尿道又不伤及括约肌；固定架呈伞状，类似于自动伞骨架，直径约15mm，由硬质材料组成，置于膀胱内；连线为一根细线，其作用是将尿道支架连接在固定架上。以上所有材料要求在尿中不降解且不形成结石。

具体实施方式
参照图1，一种由三部分组成的前列腺尿道支架，第一部份为尿道支架，第二部份为固定架，第三部份为连接尿道支架和固定架的连线。
操作方法：1、安置于前列腺尿道内时，先行B超检查确定前列腺大小，估计前列腺尿道长度，选择适当规格的尿道支架及固定架，尿道支架的长度较前列腺直径略短，让其两端各距尿道括约肌及膀胱括约肌约3～5mm，使其既能扩张尿道又不伤及括约肌。2、在膀胱镜引导下将固定架送入膀胱，把支架留在前列腺尿道内，打开支架，退出膀胱镜，置入支架后前列腺矢状位简图如图2。3、安置于其它部位的尿道内时将连线适当延长即可。
Claims (3)
1、一种治疗男性尿道狭窄的支架，由三部份维成，第一部份为尿道支架，第二部份为固定架，第三部份为连接尿道支架和固定架的连线；其特征为：尿道支架为硬质圆管，直径为4～7mm，长为3～5cm，尿道支架的长度较前列腺直径略短，置于尿道狭窄处，安置于前列腺尿道时让尿道支架的两端各距尿道括约肌及膀胱括约肌3～5mm，使尿道支架既能扩张尿道又不伤及括约肌；固定架呈伞状，直径约15mm，由硬质材料组成，置于膀胱内；连线为一根细线，其作用为将尿道支架连接在固定架上。
2、一种如权利要求1所述的治疗男性尿道狭窄的支架，其特征是，上述三部分所用的材料要求长期置于尿中不降解且不形成结石。
3、一种如权利要求1或2所述的治疗男性尿道狭窄的支架，其特征在于，该治疗男性尿道狭窄的支架被用于前列腺增生所致的尿道狭窄，或者延长连线用于其他部位的尿道狭窄。
