Abstract

本发明属于角膜接触镜,特别涉及一种治疗性硬性透气性角膜接触镜。本发明所提供的一种治疗性硬性透气性角膜接触镜(CRGP)是由镜片的光学区、中周部和边弧区构成,其中所说的光学区直径为7.0~8.5mm,基弧曲率半径为8.7~9.2mm;所说的中周部宽度为1.5~1.8mm,第二弧曲率半径为7.8~8.6mm;所说的边弧区宽度为0.3~0.5mm,边弧曲率半径为11~12.5mm。镜片总直径为10.6~13.1mm。镜片中心厚度为0.08~0.18mm。使得患者佩戴后镜片中心定位良好、有效降低高阶像差,较好地矫正患者术后屈光不正和改善不良视觉症状。具有结构合理、效果显著的优点。

治疗性硬性透气性角膜接触镜
技术领域
本发明属于角膜接触镜,特别涉及一种治疗性硬性透气性角膜接触镜。
背景技术
目前,有些近视的患者经过准分子激光角膜屈光手术后,可能出现术后回退的问题,同时由于角膜表面不规则,高阶像差增大,会产生如眩光、光晕、夜视力差、单眼复视、夜间驾驶能力下降等不良视觉症状。这些术后所产生的不良视觉症状,究其原因是与术前设计、术中制瓣过程、术中激光切削过程及术后创口愈合反应等有关。在经过准分子激光角膜屈光手术后出现术后回退问题及产生不良视觉症状的患者中,有少数患者可考虑施行再次手术予以解决,但是大多数患者因初次手术后角膜组织已进行了激光切削,其角膜厚度不足以施行再次手术。为此,这些患者需要配戴具有泪液透镜特殊作用的硬性透气性角膜接触镜(RGP)来矫正术后回退和改善不良视觉症状,这些常规的硬性透气性角膜接触镜(RGP)的基弧曲率半径为7.30~8.30mm,镜片总直径为8.80~9.60mm,光学区直径为6.0~6.5mm。然而由于施行准分子激光角膜屈光手术后,患者角膜中央前表面曲率发生变化,不再适合佩戴常规的硬性透气性角膜接触镜(RGP),以致于无法矫正术后屈光度数回退和改善不良视觉症状。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为经过准分子激光角膜屈光手术后出现屈光度数回退和产生不良视觉症状而又不适合配戴常规的硬性透气性角膜接触镜(RGP)的患者提供一种治疗性硬性透气性角膜接触镜(CRGP)。
本发明所提供的一种治疗性硬性透气性角膜接触镜(CRGP)是由镜片的光学区、中周部和边弧区构成,其中所说的光学区直径为7.0~8.5mm,基弧曲率半径为8.7~9.2mm;所说的中周部宽度为1.5~1.8mm,第二弧曲率半径为7.8~8.6mm;所说的边弧区宽度为0.3~0.5mm,边弧曲率半径为11~12.5mm。镜片总直径为10.6~13.1mm。镜片中心厚度为0.08~0.18mm。
本发明根据一千个正常亚洲人角膜前表面地形资料,设计了冶疗性硬性透气性角膜接触镜(CRGP)镜片的前表面;根据一千个屈光不正并做过准分子激光角膜屈光手术患者的角膜前表面地形资料,设计了冶疗性硬性透气性角膜接触镜(CRGP)镜片的后表面;通过改变镜片的尺寸和曲率半径,使得患者配戴后镜片中心定位良好、有效降低高阶像差,较好地矫正患者术后屈光不正和改善不良视觉症状。具有结构合理、效果显著的优点。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明进行详细说明
如图1所示,本发明所提供的一种治疗性硬性透气性角膜接触镜(CRGP)是由镜片的光学区1、中周部2、边弧区3构成,其中所说的光学区1的直径D1为7.0~8.5mm,中周部2宽度D2为1.5~1.8mm,边弧区3宽度D3为0.3~0.5mm。镜片总直径D为10.6~13.1mm。
如图2所示,本发明所说的光学区1的基弧曲率半径R1为8.7~9.2mm;所说的中周部2的第二弧曲率半径R2为7.8~8.6mm;所说的边弧区3的边弧曲率半径R3为11~12.5mm。镜片中心厚度CT为0.08~0.18mm。
本发明所提供的一种治疗性硬性透气性角膜接触镜(CRGP),通过改变镜片的尺寸和曲率半径,使得患者佩戴后镜片中心定位良好、有效降低高阶像差,较好地矫正患者术后屈光不正及改善患者不良视觉症状。具有结构合理、效果显著的优点。

Claims (2)

1,一种治疗性硬性透气性角膜接触镜,是由镜片的光学区(1)、中周部(2)、边弧区(3)构成,其特征在于所说的光学区(1)直径(D1)为7.0~8.5mm,基弧曲率半径(R1)为8.7~9.2mm;所说的中周部(2)的第二弧度曲率半径(R2)为7.8~8.6mm,所说的边弧区(3)的边弧曲率半径(R3)为11~12.5mm。
2,根据权利要求1所说的一种冶疗性硬性透气性角膜接触镜,其特征在于所说的中周部(2)宽度(D2)为1.5~1.8mm,所说的边弧区(3)宽度(D3)为0.3~0.5mm。
3,根据权利要求1所说的一种治疗性硬性透气性角膜接触镜,其特征在于所说的镜片总直径(D)为10.6~13.1mm。
