技术背景
自始以来,人类不断寻找用于蔽所的改进材料。大多数已用了数千年的材料今天依然以一种或另一种形式在使用。例如,在洞穴中使用的石头被用做石板瓦或花岗岩墙壁。泥浆被转化为砖,以及树叶被用于盖茅草屋顶。现代的覆面发源于非常基本的材料的一种形式或者其组合。

发明内容

本发明的最佳实施方式

在本发明的优选实施方案中,首先通过用诸如丙烯酸的或环氧的树脂涂层涂布所述金属覆盖面,再将颗粒涂层26加至金属覆盖面24的外表面,该树脂涂层具有粘性并在其干燥之前将颗粒涂层保持在其表面上。该树脂涂层通常表示为图1中的附图标记28,以及为了示例性说明,将其厚度夸大。应当理解,树脂涂层28嵌入形成颗粒涂层26的组分且并不显示为独立的层。树脂涂层28的适合替代品显然为本领域内技术人员所知。应当理解,可以使树脂涂层28具有色彩以便提供所希望的美学润饰,并且当然其厚度随固定所述颗粒涂层所需的粘附力而改变。该树脂涂层也可与所述颗粒混合并同时使用。
通过在所述颗粒涂层26上提供保护的密封剂层30来完成所述组装。同样为了示例性说明而在图1中具有夸张厚度的密封剂30可由丙烯酸、环氧化物、硅树脂和本领域内技术人员所公知的其它材料组成,其可以是纯净的或带有色彩的。
当欲使用常规的紧固件(包括机械紧固件,如钉子)将外部覆面安装到底面如屋顶板时,建议使用粘性接头32,以交叠的方式将根据本发明制造的建筑用层压板20互相固定。优选地,该粘性接头32是基于地沥青的材料,其位于所述沥青核心体22内侧以便将该沥青核心体与下面层压板20的金属覆盖面24交叠。该接头32可制造为连续的带或者由数个隔开的接头部件组成。接头32位于所述金属覆盖面和所述沥青核心体的接合处,这加强了关键的不牢固区域的密封性。优选地,该接头32的外表面覆盖有通常用于工业的剥离带(未显示),以防止运输时粘结。
在运输至工地的过程中,希望所述建筑用层压板是堆叠的且每个单独的层压板20都保持分离。因此,本发明的优选实施方案提供了应用于所述沥青核心体22内侧的附加隔层或内涂层34。用于该隔层34的合适材料为置于粘性涂层内的细颗粒层,该粘性涂层尽可能经济地选择。
在使用时,应当理解相对于现有技术的建筑用材料,特别是那些已用作屋顶材料的建筑用材料,本发明提供了巨大的优势。因此,通过用所述金属覆盖面24和颗粒涂层26加强和保护了所述沥青核心体22,解决了与沥青屋顶板的裂开、卷曲和脱落相关的问题。反之,该沥青核心体起到可使金属覆盖面24防风雨以改进耐蚀性并使渗透到支撑面上的凝结物最小化的作用。因为可使用尽可能最薄的金属片,所以无需承受更多的金属覆盖面费用。
参考图3a至8c对体现本发明的特定形式的外部覆面进行描述。
图3a至3c中显示了根据本发明制造的数片屋瓦,每片具有不同的厚度。在图3a中,屋瓦通常指定为附图标记40,并包括沥青核心体42、金属覆盖面44,该金属覆盖面用来覆盖沥青核心体的可操作外侧(如图3a中所画的最上层)的一部分并适合使得该沥青核心体42在一些区域裸露,这些区域将被邻近的屋瓦所覆盖,如图4b和图5的横截面图所示。该金属覆盖面44也覆盖了沥青核心体42的前沿(画在图3a的右边)以及邻近该前沿的部分沥青核心体内侧(画在图3a的底部上)。因而如图4a的平面图所示,该金属覆盖面44适于在暴露区域内对下面的沥青核心体42进行保护。
所述暴露区域进一步被颗粒涂层46所保护,该颗粒涂层应用于金属覆盖面44以基本上覆盖金属覆盖面44的外表面和前沿(画在图3a的右边)。该颗粒涂层46使得金属覆盖面44在邻近所述沥青核心体的裸露区的区域裸露,如图4b中最清晰所见,这适于接受将所述裸露的金属覆盖面44结合到所述裸露的沥青核心体42和底面(未显示)的机械紧固件或钉子。应注意金属覆盖面44在覆盖所述沥青核心体的内侧的部分也是裸露的(画在图3a的底部)。在这种情况下,如图4a、4b和图5更清晰所示(其中可看见全部的暴露区域),颗粒涂层46为屋瓦40提供了外部石料涂层外观。
所述屋瓦40也在内侧上(画在图3a的底部)具有粘性接头50并被配置为部分位于在金属覆盖面44和沥青核心体42上。如参考图1的建筑用层压板所描述的,该接头可提供有剥离带,并形成纵向延伸的带,或者由多个沿所述金属覆盖面与所述沥青核心体之间的接合处的长度并排放置的接头部件组成。如图4b和图5的横截面图最清晰可见,该粘性接头50的位置使得相邻屋瓦之间的金属与金属结合以及相邻屋瓦内的沥青与沥青结合,该相邻屋瓦以交叠的方式叠置。因此,当屋瓦20暴露于阳光下,底部表面被加热使得该粘性接头50变得有粘性以便附着在邻近的表面。如图5的横截面图所示,每片屋瓦40被固定在由紧固件48、该屋瓦的粘性接头50和上面放置的屋瓦的粘性接头50组成的三个点上。因此该屋瓦的安装非常容易实施并不需要任何专门的工具或附件。在相邻屋瓦之间的所得到的密封是防风雨的,因而改进了所得到的屋顶结构的持久性。
为了简洁,在如图3a中,和后面的图一样,所画的屋瓦省略了与图1中的剥离涂层34、树脂涂层28和密封剂层30相对应的层。当然应当理解这些材料可构成屋瓦的一部分,并且它们以图1和图2所述的方式使用。另外,沥青核心体、金属覆盖面44和颗粒涂层46所包含的材料分别与图1中所述的材料和22、24和26层相对应。
在图3b中,显示了屋瓦52,其中所画的沥青核心体54具有更大的厚度,因而示例性地描述了一种实施方案,即如以上图1所述,该核心体可包括诸如玻璃、毡、矿物粉末等等的嵌入在沥青中的填充物。如与图3a所示的那些层相对应的剩余层,在图中它们被指定了相同的附图标记。同样,在图3c中,显示了更厚的屋瓦56,其具有由所述沥青核心体58和稍微较厚的金属覆盖面60所赋予的更大的厚度。如图3b和3c所示的沥青核心体的和如图3c所示的金属覆盖面的不同厚度允许使用者制作成具有三维轮廓的屋瓦,该屋瓦不是平面的并且如果需要可赋予所述层压板附加的建筑学吸引力。
对于平面的瓦片,也可通过改变颗粒涂层46的颜色和分布来提供建筑学吸引力。如图4a所见,将颗粒涂层46进行排列以留下经选择的下面的金属覆盖面44的无遮盖区,以便模拟三种接头屋顶板(tabshingle)的外观。或者,如图6所示,该颗粒涂层46可沿屋瓦40的全部长度均匀地分布。
在如图7a和7b所示的本发明另一实施方案中,显示了所述建筑用层压板用作在附图标记62所示的下面墙面上的外部覆面。图7a和7b所示的墙砖64具有与图4至图6所示的屋瓦40相似的轮廓,并由沥青核心体66组成,该沥青核心体具有邻近该墙面62的内侧以便覆盖和保护该墙。外侧具有在暴露区域内保护下面沥青核心体66的金属覆盖面68,以及颗粒涂层70应用于该金属覆盖面68用以为该墙覆面提供外部石料涂层外观。按照与上述屋瓦40相同的方式,使用钉子72和粘性接头74将墙砖64应用到墙面62上。
在图8a至图8c中显示了根据本发明制造的以及可例如用作墙覆面或地板覆面的建筑用层压板的另一实施方案。可设想选择适当的持久性材料来制造地砖。在附图中,墙砖指定为附图标记80。如图8a的平面图所示,墙砖具有等长的边以便具有正方形外观。如在所述的另一实施方案中,所述墙砖80具有沥青核心体82,但是在这种情况下,金属覆盖面84与该沥青核心体80同延,以便覆盖墙砖80的全部的暴露面、侧沿、以及邻近下面墙面86的沥青核心体82的部分内侧。将颗粒涂层88应用于该金属覆盖面84以便与外表面和侧沿同延来为该墙的覆面提供外部石料涂层外观。如在所述的另一实施方案中,每一片砖提供有粘性接头90,该粘性接头在沥青核心体的内侧上交迭在金属覆盖面84和的沥青核心体82之间的接合处以便将该砖80结合到下表面86。通过完全穿透该砖80的厚度以便将该砖结合到下面墙面86的钉子紧固件92来进一步固定该组装。
应当理解在所附权利要求范围内,可对本发明的上述实施方案做出各种修改。特别地,应当理解所述建筑用层压板可具有多种应用,该应用不限制于屋面盖板的覆面。该层压板例如可用作用于内墙或外墙的装饰或功能覆面。由于颗粒涂层26具有充分地持久性,也可用作地板材料。

Claims (22)

1.用作底面上的外部覆面的建筑用层压板,其特征在于所述层压板具有多层及包括至少以下部分:
沥青核心体,所述沥青核心体具有可操作外侧和适于覆盖所述底面并使所述底面免于自然力影响的内侧;
金属覆盖面,所述金属覆盖面应用于覆盖所述沥青核心体的所述可操作外侧的至少一部分;以及
颗粒涂层,所述颗粒涂层应用于所述金属覆盖面以覆盖所述金属覆盖面的外表面的至少一部分,并适于为所述外部覆面提供外部石料涂层外观。
2.如权利要求1所述的建筑用层压板,其特征在于所述沥青核心体在所述内侧涂布有隔离层,以防止运输过程中层叠放置的所述层压板粘结。
3.如权利要求1所述的建筑用层压板,其特征在于所述层压板在所述内侧上具有用于使层压板以交叠方式相互固定的粘性接头。
4.如权利要求1所述的建筑用层压板,其特征在于用树脂涂层将所述颗粒涂层应用于所述金属覆盖面。
5.如权利要求4所述的建筑用层压板,其特征在于所述树脂涂层具有色彩。
6.如权利要求1所述的建筑用层压板,其特征在于所述颗粒涂层具有应用在所述颗粒涂层上的保护性密封剂。
7.如权利要求1所述的建筑用层压板,其特征在于所述沥青核心体由沥青饱和的或沥青涂覆的网型材料组成,所述网型材料选自包括毡、玻璃纤维、聚酯、纸、聚丙烯、聚乙烯的组。
8.如权利要求1所述的建筑用层压板,其特征在于所述沥青核心体包括嵌入沥青中以加大体积来增加所述层压板内的厚度的基质,该基质为矿物粉末、玻璃或毡。
9.如权利要求1所述的建筑用层压板,其特征在于所述金属覆盖面为金属片,所述金属选自:钢、铝、铜、锌、锡、铝和锌的合金、镀锌钢。
10.如权利要求1所述的建筑用层压板,其特征在于所述金属覆盖面具有0.015mm至1.000mm的厚度。
11.如权利要求1所述的建筑用层压板,其特征在于所述颗粒涂层选自以下材料:石头、碎石、沙子、陶瓷、石英、云母、石膏、矿渣、玻璃、硅石及上述物质的组合。
12.如权利要求1所述的建筑用层压板,其特征在于所述金属覆盖面与所述沥青核心体的所述外侧同延。
13.如权利要求12所述的建筑用层压板,其特征在于所述金属覆盖面覆盖了所述沥青核心体的侧沿。
14.如权利要求1所述的建筑用层压板,其特征在于所述金属覆盖面只覆盖所述沥青核心体的部分所述外侧,因而使得所述沥青核心体在适于在使用中被以交叠方式叠置的邻近的层压板所覆盖的区域裸露。
15.如权利要求14所述的建筑用层压板,其特征在于所述颗粒涂层覆盖了所述金属覆盖面的外表面,使得所述金属覆盖面在邻近所述沥青核心体的所述裸露区域的区域裸露。
16.如权利要求14所述的建筑用层压板,其特征在于所述金属覆盖面覆盖了所述沥青核心体的前沿和邻近所述前沿的所述沥青核心体的部分所述内侧。
17.如权利要求16所述的建筑用层压板,其特征在于所述层压板在所述内侧上具有粘性接头,所述粘性接头配置为部分位于所述金属覆盖面上和所述沥青核心体上,并适于使以交叠方式叠置的相邻层压板内的金属与金属结合及沥青与沥青结合。
18.如权利要求17所述的建筑用层压板,其特征在于所述粘性接头由沥青材料制成。
19.用作底面上的外部覆面的建筑用层压板,其特征在于所述层压板具有多层及包括至少以下部分:
沥青核心体,所述沥青核心体具有可操作的外侧、适于覆盖所述底面并使所述底面免于自然力影响的内侧,以及侧沿;
金属覆盖面,所述金属覆盖面与所述沥青核心体的所述外侧和侧沿同延,并覆盖邻近于所述侧沿的所述沥青核心体的部分所述内侧;
颗粒涂层,所述颗粒涂层应用于所述金属覆盖面并与所述金属覆盖面的外表面和侧沿同延,且适于为所述外部覆面提供外部石料涂层外观。
20.用作底面上的外部覆面的建筑用层压板,其特征在于所述层压板具有多层及包括至少以下部分:
沥青核心体,所述沥青核心体具有可操作的外侧、适于覆盖所述底面并保护所述底面免于自然力影响的内侧,以及前沿;
金属覆盖面,所述金属覆盖面用于覆盖所述沥青核心体的所述可操作外侧的一部分,并使得所述沥青核心体在适于在使用中被以交叠方式叠置的邻近的层压板所覆盖的区域裸露;
所述金属覆盖面也覆盖所述沥青核心体的前沿和邻近所述前沿的所述沥青核心体的部分所述内侧,所述金属覆盖面适于在暴露区域内对下面的沥青核心体提供保护;以及
颗粒涂层,所述颗粒涂层应用于所述金属覆盖面以覆盖所述金属覆盖面的外表面及其前沿,使得所述金属覆盖面在邻近所述沥青核心体的所述裸露区域的区域裸露和覆盖所述沥青核心体的所述内侧的所述金属覆盖面部分裸露,所述颗粒涂层适于为所述的外部覆面提供外部石料涂层外观。
21.如权利要求20所述的建筑用层压板,其特征在于所述层压板在所述内侧具有粘性接头,所述粘性接头配置为部分位于所述金属覆盖面上和所述沥青核心体之上,并适于使以交叠方式叠置的相邻层压板内的金属与金属结合以及沥青与沥青结合。
22.将外部覆面应用于底面的方法,所述覆面由数片交叠放置的邻近层压板组成,其特征在于每片层压板具有:
沥青核心体,所述沥青核心体具有可操作的外侧、适于覆盖所述底面并使所述底面免于自然力影响的内侧,以及前沿;
金属覆盖面,所述金属覆盖面用于覆盖所述沥青核心体的所述可操作外侧的一部分,并使得所述沥青核心体在适于在使用中被以交叠方式叠置的邻近层压板所覆盖的区域裸露;
所述金属覆盖面也覆盖所述沥青核心体的前沿和邻近所述前沿的所述沥青核心体的部分所述内侧,所述金属覆盖面适于在暴露区域内对下面的沥青核心体提供保护;以及
颗粒涂层,所述颗粒涂层应用于所述金属覆盖面以覆盖所述金属覆盖面的外表面及其前沿,使得所述金属覆盖面在邻近所述沥青核心体的所述裸露区域的区域裸露和覆盖所述沥青核心体的所述内侧的所述金属覆盖面部分裸露,所述颗粒涂层适于为所述的外部覆面提供外部石料涂层外观;以及
粘性接头,所述粘性接头配置为部分位于所述金属覆盖面上和所述沥青核心体之上,并适于使以交叠方式叠置的相邻层压板内的金属与金属结合以及沥青与沥青结合;
所述方法包括用紧固件将每片层压板固定在所述底面上,所述紧固件将邻近所述裸露的沥青核心体的所述裸露的金属覆盖面连接到下面的沥青核心体和底面;并使得所述粘性接头结合邻近的层压板,从而将每片层压板固定到邻近层压板和所述底面。
