Abstract

本发明公开了一种由几种工质混合构成的具有优良的热物理性质CMR-05型三元非共沸环保制冷剂。以重量百分比计,本发明由如下的物质组成:60%~75%的R152a,10%~20%的R227ea及10%~25%的R125。本发明的制冷剂是一种三元近共沸混合物,无色,无味,无毒,具有优良的热物理性质。具有如下有益效果:(1)在相同的蒸发温度、冷凝温度下,制冷性能系数相对于R134a可提高1~8%;(2)制冷剂的分子极性类似于R12,同矿物油、烷基苯油、环烷基油、POE油(酯类油)具有良好的低温互溶性和高温润滑性;(3)和盒属、非金属材料良好的相容性。

技术领域
本发明属于制冷剂领域,具体是涉及一种由几种工质混合构成的具有优良的热物理性质CMR—05型三元非共沸环保制冷剂。
背景技术
目前,能源短缺和环境污染已经成为人类面临的两大问题,节能和减缓全球变暖将是21世纪科学技术发展的中心议题。与人们日常生活密切相关的制冷行业正面临着严峻的挑战。由于一些使用中的制冷剂对大气臭氧层的消耗和温室效应的影响,同时制冷系统每年消耗大量能源,因而寻求理想的CFCs替代工质和降低制冷系统的能耗已成为当今工程热物理学科的前沿课题。
自1987年以来,一个保护臭氧层、淘汰消耗臭氧层物质,减少温室效应的全球行动正在世界各国按照《蒙特利尔议定书》约定的时间表进行。我国各有关行业已开始积极进行替代工作,争取早日获得国家环保局颁发的“绿色标志”,使自己的产品成为深受市场欢迎的绿色环保产品。
R12是制冷行业,尤其是家用电冰箱、冷柜、汽车空调和商用制冷器具广泛使用的传统制冷剂。现可替代R12的制冷工质主要有:R134a、R600a和一些近共沸、非共沸的二元或三元混合工质。
R134a替代路线需要对制冷循环系统及其主要部件(包括压缩机)、润滑油、干燥器等进行改造和更换,不能直接代入使用,无疑给制冷行业带来额外成本。另外,R134a替代路线不管是对压缩机生产厂商,还是冰箱、冷柜生产厂商,对生产工艺、控制要求过于苛刻,稍有不慎会留下严重隐患,加之R134a本身温室效应大,不是最佳的最终替代路线。
R600a属于A3类物质,易燃、易爆,安全性差,当在空气中的含量为1.8%-8.4%(体积比)时,如遇火花则会燃烧或爆炸。但是,R600a用作电冰箱的制冷剂,以节能、低噪音、对大气完全没有破坏作用的优势,在众多用户CFCs替代路线中独树一帜。
相对而言,混合工质替代路线具有极大的优越性,替代中相应对压缩机的改进设计变动较少,混合工质特有的变温相变特性为冰箱、汽车空调等制冷器具提供了更广阔的节能前景。混合工质替代路线针对冰箱、汽车空调厂家不需要改造其制冷系统,还能使制冷效率和能耗有所改善,充分体现了“灌注式”的设计,目前无论国外、国内,混合工质在众多用户CFCs替代路线中广为采用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种由三种工质混合构成的具有优良的热物理性质的CMR—05型三元非共沸环保制冷剂。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取了如下技术方案:
CMR—05型三元非共沸环保制冷剂,以重量百分比计,由如下的物质组成:
R152a           60%~75%
R227ea          10%~20%
R125            10%~25%。
作为上述技术方案的优选,CMR—05型三元非共沸环保制冷剂,以重量百分比计,由如下的物质组成:
R152a          70%
R227ea         15%
R125           15%。

本发明的CMR—05型三元非共沸环保制冷剂是一种三元近共沸混合物,无色,无味,无毒,具有优良的热物理性质。具体来看,具有如下有益效果:
(1)由于CMR—05型三元非共沸环保制冷剂具有优良的变温相变特性,在相同的蒸发温度、冷凝温度下,制冷性能系数相对于R134a可提高1~8%;
(2)CMR—05型三元非共沸环保制冷剂的分子极性类似于R12,同矿物油、烷基苯油、环烷基油、POE油(酯类油)具有良好的低温互溶性和高温润滑性;
(3)CMR—05型三元非共沸环保制冷剂和金属、非金属材料良好的相容性。

由以上表格比照数据可以看出凉友系列制冷剂无论是在环保方面(ODP及GWP)还是在单位质量制冷量及单位容积制冷量上都较R12及R134a制冷剂有明显的优势。
另外,由附件中实际测试数据也对应看出凉友系列制冷剂在同样的工况下:凉友系列制冷剂的COP及制冷量数据都大于R134a制冷剂的测试数据。
