Abstract

高强混凝土速凝剂,它由如下重量百分比的原料组成:铝氧熟料40-60%、碧石渣或沸腾炉渣20-30%、钒渣12-25%、高效减水剂4-6%、普通减水剂1-2%,其中铝氧熟料由如下重量百分比的原料组成:钛渣28-33%、纯碱25-28%、石灰石28-32%、煤11-15%。该高强混凝土速凝剂所用原料中有50%是工业废渣,其生产成本低,技术性能先进,凝结时间短、早期强度及后期强度均高,增加喷射混凝土的粘结力,减少回弹率,减少粉尘,节约水泥,提高施工效率,因此本发明具有突出的经济效益、环保效益和社会效益。

高强混凝土速凝剂
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,特别涉及高强度的喷射混凝土速凝剂。
背景技术
已有的混凝土速凝剂大都存在成本高,28天强度损失率大等问题,如CN1559965A《无氯型高性能混凝土速凝剂》文件公开的速凝剂由高效减水剂、甲酸钙、氟化钠和纤维素等几种价格较高的化工产品复合而成,不仅成本高,且技术性能除早期强度外,其它技术指标与常用的速凝剂相同。又如CN1194926C《喷射混凝土速凝剂》专利分开的速凝剂是以铝氧熟料和沸腾炉渣混合、搅拌、磨制而成,其铝氧熟料的的成分与常用的速凝剂的铝氧熟料大体相同,只是在最后磨制成品时使用了工业废料----沸腾炉渣,节约了资源,降低了成本,但其技术性能与常用的速凝剂相当。目前国内混凝土速凝剂的开发趋向是,尽量因地制宜采用本地资源,特别是利用工业废渣烧制铝氧熟料,并借鉴水泥及其它混凝土外加剂的生产及应用技术,在磨制速凝剂时掺入具有专门功能的混合材类原料和外加剂组分,以求得产品的技术效果和经济效益、社会效益、环保效益的统一。
发明内容
为了解决已有的混凝土速凝剂强度低、成本高的问题,提出如下技术方案。高强混凝土速凝剂,它由如下重量百分比的原料组成:
铝氧熟料             40—60%
碧石渣或沸腾炉渣     20---30%
钒渣                 12—25%
高效减水剂           4------6%
普通减水剂           1------2%
其中铝氧熟料由如下重量百分比的原料组成:
钛渣              28-----33%
纯碱              25-----28%
石灰石            28-----32%
煤                11-----15%。
本发明的高强混凝土速凝剂的生产方法是首先将钛渣、纯碱、石灰石和煤按上述重量百分比配成生料,经磨细,加水成球,进入1250℃-----1300℃的窑炉煅烧成铝氧熟料,然后再将铝氧熟料、碧石渣或沸腾炉渣、钒渣、高效减水剂和普通减水剂按上述重量百分比计量、经配料、混合、粉磨、均化、包装,即得本产品。
本发明的混凝土速凝剂所用的9种原料中有4种是工业废渣,即钛渣为生产钛铁所排出的废渣,钒渣为生产钒铁排出的废渣,碧石渣为烧制粘土熟料排出的废渣,沸腾炉渣是由煤矸石经沸腾炉沸腾燃烧所排出的废渣。这些废渣及石灰石和煤灰的化学成分如表1所示。

所用高效减水剂和普通减水剂的质量指标均应符合GB8076---1997《混凝土外加剂》中的相关要求。
本发明的高强混凝土速凝剂的各项性能指标均符合国家建材行业标准JC477—2005《喷射混凝土用速凝剂》的规定。本发明的产品性能测试结果见表2。

注:1#、2#、3#、4#、5#分别代表试样的编号,其中速凝剂的掺量为水泥重量的5%。
由前述及表2的测试结果可知本发明具有如下优点:
由于在原料中钛渣、碧石渣及钒渣等工业废渣所占的比例达50%以上,因此产品成本低。产品的技术性能先进,其凝结时间短,早期强度及后期强度均高,增加喷射混凝土的粘结力,减少回弹率,减少粉尘,节约水泥,提高施工效率,因此本发明具有突出的经济效益、环保效益和社会效益。

1、高强混凝土速凝剂,它由如下重量百分比的原料组成:
铝氧熟料          40—60%
碧石渣或沸腾炉渣  20---30%
钒渣              12—25%
高效减水剂        4------6%
普通减水剂        1------2%
其中铝氧熟料由如下重量百分比的原料组成:
钛渣         28----33%
纯碱         25------28%
石灰石       28------32%
煤           11------15%
其中碧石渣为烧制粘土熟料排出的废渣。
