Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于制造层叠物(26)——例如多层物——用的压机(10),该压机有两个压板,压板可相对运动以施加压力到位于其间的层叠物上。本发明提出,在此将钢膜当作加热膜(16)铺设在压板(12、14)至少之一的朝向层叠物(26)的那个表面上,并通过电流而作为电阻式加热器使用,其中所述加热膜是能够更换的。其优点为该压机(10)可简单地加热。作为另一种替代方案,该压机(10)有不导电的输送带(20),在压板(12、14)之间通过,且位于两个压板(12、14)之一与层叠物(26)之间。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种制造层叠物(Laminat)的压机。该压机有两个压板,压板可相对运动以施加压力到位于其间的层叠物上。对于层叠物特别指塑料层叠物或塑料金属层叠物,例如它们用于制造多层物(Multilayer)(印刷电路板)及塑料卡,如金融卡、证明卡或驾驶执照卡。
背景技术
WO 03/064156 A1发表了一种此类压机(Presse)。此公知压机有两个压板,它们可互相作运动,以将压力施到它们之间的层叠物上。该层叠物可呈带子形式或单个别的页张()形式供应,层叠物放到一条或数条预浸带(Prepreg-Band)上,并送到该压机,同样地有一条或数条预含浸带被放到该多层物上,并被送到压机。此外,在上、下侧各放上一铜膜,该铜膜利用该预含浸带在压机中层叠上去。在一个下压板与下方铜膜之间有一铝膜,该铝膜在压机前方从一储存滚子退卷,且在压机之后卷取到一滚子上。该铝膜当作输送带以及当作电阻加热手段,它经由设在下压板的外侧的电连接接到一电源。在研究时显示出会由于在电连接区域烧坏而造成接触的问题,铝膜的通电作用及由此的加热作用会变差。此外,烧坏所产生的残余物造成铝膜不平坦,这会影响压制质量及层叠物的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于将上述种类的压机改善,特别是加热膜的电接头要改善。
这种目的依本发明用一种制造层叠物用的压机来实现。该压机有两个压板,压板可相对运动以施加压力到位于其间的层叠物上。根据本发明的压机有一加热膜,它固定地设在压板的朝着层叠物的表面上,而不随层叠物一同运动。加热膜可设在一个或两个压板上。此加热膜接到一电源上,且至少在加压时供以电流,加热膜为电阻加热方式,且在加压时将层叠物加热,其中所述加热膜是能够更换的。
在此,该热膜不必然要为薄及柔性,它也可为较厚及不易弯曲,在本发明中,也可考虑使用一金属片当作加热膜。本发明有一优点:该加热膜耐久且良好,特别是具良好导电性,且可接到电源而接触电阻很小,因此可大大防止连接烧坏。另一优点为:即使会有连接烧坏的情形,这种烧坏部位并不会被转送到压制面上,因为加热膜牢固设在压板上,且不随层叠物一齐运动。
加热膜可用各种不同材料制造,只要它们在通过电流时会发热且可当作加热手段即可。本发明一个优选设计是用一钢膜当作加热膜,其加压面比起例如铜或铝更硬,这点对层叠物而言为一优点。
该加热膜另一优点为,当受污染、耗损或损坏时可很容易更换,因此可再提供一完好的加压面。
本发明的一个方案,所述两个压板至少之一在其朝向层叠物的那个表面(压面)上有加热膜,加热膜接到电源上,且呈电阻加热器,该压机有不导电的输送带,在压板之间通过,且位于两个压板之一与层叠物之间。所述不导电的输送带用于将该层叠物运送通过压机,该输送带在压板之间通过,它位于下压板与层叠物之间,层叠物置于输送带上,构成输送的材料在该层叠的温度不会熔化,而总是具有供其目的所需的足够强度,且该材料在层叠作业时不会和层叠物粘合。输送带在层叠后可附着在层叠物上,但它须能从层叠物撕离而不留残余物。举例而言,输送带为一种聚酯膜。也可用塑料-铜膜用作输送带,其中铜膜可从塑料膜撕离,该铜膜在层叠作业时,层叠到该层叠物上,且构成该多层物的外层。此输送带的优点为,可提供一种干净完美的表面以将层叠物加压。
本发明的一个改进在于:使用该输送带作为一次使用带,只通过该压机一次,这点有一好处,即:如果该输送带进入压机且与层叠物接触,它总是新的,如此可避免被输送带的表面污染的情况。

具体实施方式
本发明的压机10有一固定的下压板12及一可动的上压板14,上压板可下降到下压板12上以加压,在压板12、14的所述的表面在相互面对的压面16上各张设一钢膜当作加热膜16。这些加热膜16接到电压源18上,且当作加阻加热器。压板12、14电绝缘,或至少在压面区域中有一不导电的表面。举例而言,压板12、14可由阳极氧化处理(eloxieren)过的铝构成。
有一上输送带及一下输送带20在压板12、14之间通过,输送带由不导电的材料构成,其熔点或软化温度在压机10的层叠温度以上。举例而言,输送带20可为聚酯膜。输送带20由储存滚子22退卷,在通过压机10后被卷取到卷取滚子24上。因此输送带20以新的形式进入压机10且只用一次。
有一层叠物,例如一多层物26的所要层叠上去的层,放入到输送带20之间。通过驱动卷取滚子24多层物26随输送带输送到压板12、14之间。将输送带停住以加压,并将上压板14降向下压板12,将压机10闭合,在压机10闭合时,将加热膜16通电,由于其电阻而发热,将多层物26通过输送带20加热到一层叠温度,并被压板12,14施加压力。在达到层叠温度后,将加热膜16的供电关掉。压机10一直保持闭合,直到多层物26冷却到可以拿到而不会有其各层相对滑动或脱离的危险为止。将上压板14上升,将压机10打开,并将卷取滚子24驱动,使输送带20将该层叠过的多层物26从压机10送出。
Claims (7)
1.一种制造层叠物用的压机,该压机有两个压板,压板可相对运动以施加压力到位于其间的层叠物上,其特征在于:
两个压板(12、14)至少之一在其朝向层叠物(26)的那个表面上有加热膜(16),加热膜接到电源(18)上,且呈电阻加热器,其中所述加热膜是能够更换的。
2.如权利要求1的压机,其特征在于:
该加热膜(16)为钢膜。
3.如权利要求1或2的压机,其特征在于:
该压机(10)有不导电的输送带(20),在压板(12、14)之间通过,且位于两个压板(12、14)之一与层叠物(26)之间。
4.如权利要求3的压机,其特征在于:
该输送带(20)只通过压机(10)一次。
5.一种制造层叠物用的压机,该压机有两个压板,压板可相对运动以施加压力到位于其间的层叠物上,其特征在于:
两个压板(12、14)至少之一在其朝向层叠物(26)的那个表面上有加热膜(16),加热膜接到电源(18)上,且呈电阻加热器,其中该压机(10)有不导电的输送带(20),在压板(12、14)之间通过,且位于两个压板(12、14)之一与层叠物(26)之间。
6.如权利要求5的压机,其特征在于:
该加热膜(16)为钢膜。
7.如权利要求5的压机,其特征在于:
该输送带(20)只通过压机(10)一次。
