技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将手柄固定到炊具容器上的系统，所述炊具例如是砂锅、炖锅、汤锅、煎锅……。
背景技术
包括柱螺栓的此类系统是已知的，其包括一个适于固定到容器的体部和一个适于环绕该柱螺栓的火焰保护装置，该火焰保护装置包括一个侧壁和一个环形肩部，该环形肩部从该侧壁突出并到达内部并限定了一个开口，该柱螺栓延伸穿过该开口。
文献GB 1 555 031披露了用于固定的此类系统。当手柄靠近柱螺栓并通过拧紧(穿过手柄开口的)螺钉而固定到柱螺栓的螺孔内时，沿着手柄拖动火焰保护装置并使其抵靠住容器。当螺钉上施加过度的紧固扭矩时，由邻接容器的火焰保护装置施加到容器侧壁上的压力可能使得该侧壁变形。而且，需要小心对待的是，施加到紧固螺钉上的紧固扭矩相当小(大约2Nm)，长期而言可能会导致螺纹松开。
出现的问题是，需要提供一种用于固定的系统，该系统能支持相当大的紧固扭矩而不会存在使容器变形的任何风险。
发明内容
根据本发明，在用于固定的上述类型的系统中，柱螺栓包括一个能从体部突出到外部的凸缘环，将该凸缘环与适于固定到容器上的体部的端部分隔开的距离、以及将环形肩部与适于接触到容器的侧壁的端部之间分隔开的距离为：当手柄靠近容器时，就在该火焰保护装置的侧壁端部抵靠住该容器之前，该环形肩部抵靠住该凸缘环。
因而，当手柄移动而靠近容器时，火焰保护装置在接触容器之前抵靠住柱螺栓，并且因此该容器的侧壁未变形。于是当该肩部抵靠住该凸缘环，且该火焰保护装置的侧壁端部差不多与该容器接触时，该火焰保护装置发挥其作用，并且通过施加更大的螺纹扭矩，该肩部略微变形使得该火焰保护装置的侧壁的端部与该容器接触。因而，该容器的侧壁未变形，即使相当大的紧固扭矩施加到螺钉上(达到8Nm)。

具体实施方式
从图1清楚可见，一件炊具包括容器1、手柄2和用于将手柄2固定到容器1上的系统3。
用于固定的系统3包括一个柱螺栓4和一个火焰保护装置5。该柱螺栓4适于由第一端6固定到容器1，并且在与第一端6相对的第二端7包括一个孔8，该孔8使得手柄可以朝向容器1移动并可通过与紧固装置9(在此情形下为紧固螺钉)配合而固定到容器1上。火焰保护装置5包括侧壁10，该侧壁10适于环绕柱螺栓4并有助于保护靠近容器1的手柄2的端部免受火焰。
从图清楚可见，火焰保护装置5同样包括环形肩部11，该环形肩部11与侧壁10成为一体，并从侧壁10径向地向外突出到内部，限定一个开口12，柱螺栓4穿过该开口延伸。在本实施例中，该环形肩部11与侧壁10成为一整体件。
在本实施例中，柱螺栓4包括一个带有第一端6的体部13，该体部13由该第一端6焊接到容器1上。其同样包括一个凸缘环14，该凸缘环14与体部13成为一体并且从体部13径向地突出到外部。在本实施例中，凸缘环14与体部13成为一整块。此外，凸缘环14从柱螺栓4的第一端6延伸。
此外，手柄2包括第一端15，当该第一端15固定到容器1上时，其适于设置在火焰保护装置5内部。
螺钉9从开口16经过第一端15然后经过柱螺栓4的螺孔8导入。开口16的第一部分17的直径为使得螺钉9的头部18可以穿过，然后在其延长线上，第二部分19的直径大致等于螺钉9的圆柱20的直径，最后，也在其延长线上，第三部分21的直径大于第二部分19的直径并用于容纳柱螺栓4。在拧紧的作用下，手柄2靠近容器1并且柱螺栓4支承孔8的部分穿透到第三部分21中，直到环形肩部11抵靠住凸缘环14。
当环形肩部11抵靠住凸缘环14时，侧壁10与手柄相对的端部非常靠近容器1，由于继续拧紧，该环形肩部11变形，使得该端部与容器1接触。从而可将大约8Nm的紧固扭矩施加到螺钉上。
火焰保护装置5的刚度是构成肩部的材料及其厚度的函数。
当然，本实施方式仅是一个实施例，可从中得到多种改进形式。
从而，对于环形肩部和侧壁，可为不同的可彼此组装的两个零件。柱螺栓的凸缘环和体部也是如此。
凸缘环不从体部的第一端突出也将是可能的。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于将手柄(2)固定到炊具容器(1)上的系统(3)，包括：一个带有体部(13)的柱螺栓(4)，该体部(13)适于固定到容器(1)；和一个适于环绕该柱螺栓(4)的火焰保护装置(5)，该火焰保护装置(5)包括一个侧壁(10)和一个环形肩部(11)，该环形肩部(11)从该侧壁(10)突出到内部并限定了一个开口(16)，该柱螺栓(4)穿过该开口(16)延伸，其特征在于，该柱螺栓(4)包括一个凸缘环(14)，该凸缘环(14)从该体部(13)突出到外部，将该凸缘环(14)与适于固定到容器(1)上的体部(13)的端部(6)分隔开的距离、以及将该环形肩部(11)与适于与容器(1)接触的侧壁(10)的端部分隔开的距离为：当手柄(2)靠近容器(1)时，就在该火焰保护装置(5)的侧壁(10)的端部抵靠住该容器(1)之前，该环形肩部(11)抵靠住该凸缘环(14)。
