高分子复合波纹膨胀节
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于煤气输送管道上补偿管线及设备的热位移的波纹膨胀节,尤其适用于冶金行业中高炉及转炉煤气酸露点以下的输送管段上的波纹膨胀节。
背景技术
目前煤气输送管道上通常选用不锈钢波纹膨胀节用于补偿管线及设备的热位移,膨胀节中的补偿元件即金属波纹管通常选用304或316L等材料制造,因煤气中含有SO2、Cl-等多种腐蚀性成分,特别是在煤气酸露点以下的输送管段上,其冷凝液生成强腐蚀性的连多硫酸H2SXOy及Cl-的稀溶液,在这种腐蚀环境下,金属波纹膨胀节的使用寿命多则2年,少则不超过1年。若选用进口的Incoloy800,825等高镍合金系列材料制造,其使用效果也不理想,且因其价格高昂,目前每吨市场售价近40万元,是一般不锈钢板价格的6倍左右,因此无实际使用价值。因腐蚀导致膨胀节泄漏损坏,每两年左右需要更换一次管网膨胀节,每年给冶金企业带来了巨大的经济损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种安全可靠、使用寿命长的高分子复合波纹膨胀节。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的方案是:一种高分子复合波纹膨胀节,其中包括波纹管,波纹管其中包括金属波纹结构层、高分子波纹阻蚀层及金属波纹内撑层,其特点是高分子波纹阻蚀层紧密贴合在金属波纹结构层内壁,金属波纹内撑层紧密贴合在高分子波纹阻蚀层内壁,波纹管两端套有密封压兰,波纹管两端向外延伸有波纹管翻边,密封压兰接波纹管翻边内侧面。
由金属波纹结构层、高分子波纹阻蚀层及金属波纹内撑层复合成形为翻边式波纹管结构,金属波纹结构层起承压作用,高分子波纹阻蚀层起防腐蚀作用,金属波纹内撑层起均匀支撑的作用。因此本发明与金属波纹膨胀节相比具有使用寿命长,安全可靠等特点,尤其适用于冶金行业中高炉及转炉煤气酸露点以下的输送管段上,由于波纹管两端套有密封压兰,密封压兰为活套法兰,密封压兰与波纹管之间可活动,便于安装。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施例对本发明做进一步描述:
如图1所示,一种高分子复合波纹膨胀节,其中包括波纹管3,波纹管3其中包括金属波纹结构层5、高分子波纹阻蚀层6、金属波纹内撑层4,高分子波纹阻蚀层6紧密贴合在金属波纹结构层5内壁,金属波纹内撑层4紧密贴合在高分子波纹阻蚀层6内壁,波纹管3两端套有密封压兰7,波纹管3两端向外延伸有波纹管翻边2,密封压兰7接波纹管翻边2内侧面;在本实施例中,高分子波纹阻蚀层6采用氟塑料,由于高分子波纹阻蚀层采用氟塑料,氟塑料是公知的迄今为止最耐腐蚀的材料,高分子波纹阻蚀层隔绝了煤气介质与外层金属波纹结构层的接触,使其免遭腐蚀,从而可长期承压工作;在本实施例中,高分子波纹阻蚀层6内侧壁上紧密贴合一层与之相对应的金属波纹内撑层4,金属波纹结构层5、高分子波纹阻蚀层6及金属波纹内撑层4三层同时成形,金属波纹内撑层4对高分子波纹阻蚀层6起均匀支撑作用;在本实施例中,波纹管3内带有导流筒8,导流筒8左端向外延伸有导流筒翻边1,导流筒翻边1内侧面接波纹管翻边2外侧面。
本发明根据管线补偿设计要求,可做成各种结构型式的高分子复合波纹膨胀节;金属波纹结构层5也可制成多层结构;两端连接方式包括接管和法兰型式,即一端接管,另一端接法兰。

Claims (4)

1、一种高分子复合波纹膨胀节,其中包括波纹管(3),波纹管(3)包括金属波纹结构层(5)、高分子波纹阻蚀层(6)及金属波纹内撑层(4),其特征是高分子波纹阻蚀层(6)紧密贴合在金属波纹结构层(5)内壁,金属波纹内撑层(4)紧密贴合在高分子波纹阻蚀层(6)内壁,波纹管(3)两端套有密封压兰(7),波纹管(3)两端向外延伸有波纹管翻边(2),密封压兰(7)接波纹管翻边(2)内侧面。
2、根据权利要求1所述的高分子复合波纹膨胀节,其特征是所述高分子波纹阻蚀层(6)采用氟塑料制成。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的高分子复合波纹膨胀节,其特征是所述波纹管(3)内带有导流筒(8),导流筒(8)左端向外延伸有导流筒翻边(1),导流筒翻边(1)内侧面接所述波纹管翻边(2)外侧面。
4、根据权利要求3所述的高分子复合波纹膨胀节,其特征是所述金属波纹结构层(5)、高分子波纹阻蚀层(6),及金属波纹内撑层(4)三层同时成形。
