Abstract

本发明涉及制药机械，特别是一种中药热回流提取浓缩机。其特征在于在所述的提取罐的下开盖内再设置了一层可拆装的具有较大孔径和目数的不锈钢滤板，提取罐出液口经双联过滤器与料液泵输入端连接，料液泵输出端分两路，一路与加热器相连接，另一路管道回流口与提取罐滤板上方的罐腔相切连接返回。其目的为了设计一种出液流畅、稳定，不易产生气堵的中药热回流提取浓缩机。与现有技术相比，它具有不易堵塞，可适用不同特性物料的提取浓缩，药液流量可以有效控制，滤网易装、易拆、易清洗等优点。

本发明涉及制药机械，特别是一种中药热回流提取浓缩机。
背景技术
国家知识产权专利检索网页上公开了一种申请号为200410058127，公开日为2005年03月23日的中药热回流提取浓缩机组，该浓缩机组包含提取罐以及主要由加热器、蒸发器组成的浓缩器，提取罐的底部与浓缩器底部之间通过药液连接管相连接，提取罐设置的位置比浓缩器高，提取罐内的药液依靠位差经药液连接管进入加热器，因此药液在进入加热器浓缩时易产生气堵，不流畅，不稳定。同时，因提取罐内仅设一层滤网，特别是对含有小颗粒，易糊化等物质的中药提取时滤网易堵塞，出液非常困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种出液流畅、稳定，不易产生气堵的中药热回流提取浓缩机。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用以下技术解决方案：一种中药热回流提取浓缩机，包含提取罐以及主要由加热器、蒸发器组成的浓缩器，其特征在于在所述的提取罐的下开盖内再设置了一层可拆装的具有较大孔径和目数的不锈钢滤板，提取罐出液口经双联过滤器与料液泵输入端连接，料液泵输出端分两路，一路与加热器相连接，另一路管道回流口与提取罐滤板上方的罐腔相切连接返回。
由于提取罐内增设了一层具有较大孔径和目数的滤板，保证了液体流通及大颗粒过滤，同时料液泵分流返回切向搅动，使提取罐内料液局部呈动态，加快浸出且使出液滤网不易堵塞，出液更流畅。此外，药液流动由料液泵带动输出，防止了因气堵而进液不稳的情况出现。

具体实施方式
如图1-图3所示，本实施例包含提取罐(7)以及主要由加热器(10)、蒸发器(9)组成的浓缩器，在提取罐的下开盖(3)内设有两层可拆装过滤网，一层为不锈钢滤板(1)，滤板均布φ3mm过滤孔(8)，它可根据物料特性选择孔径和目数，另一层为80～120目不锈钢丝网滤板(2)，它们两者可上、下正反装，易装，易拆，易清洗。如图2所示，提取罐出液口经双联过滤器(4)与料液泵(5)输入端连接，料液泵输出端分两路，一路与加热器相连接，另一路管道(6)回流口与提取罐滤板上方的罐腔相切连接返回(如图3所示)。药液在料液泵带动下，分两路输出，主回路药液流量被分流，使进入加热器的药液流量可有效得到控制，另一分流支路沿提取罐滤板上方由切线方向返回，在网上部产生旋流，对提取罐内料液起到局部回旋搅拌作用。由于提取罐内料液局部呈动态，加快浸出且使出液滤网不易堵塞，出液更流畅。实际使用效果很好。
综上所述，本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点：
1、药液流量可有效得到控制。
2、易装，易拆，易清洗。
3、药材有效成分浸出加快。
4、适用不同特性物料的提取浓缩。
5、不易堵塞。

1、一种中药热回流提取浓缩机，包含提取罐(7)以及主要由加热器(10)、蒸发器(9)组成的浓缩器，其特征在于在所述的提取罐的下开盖(3)内再设置了一层可拆装的具有较大孔径和目数的不锈钢滤板(1)，提取罐出液口经双联过滤器(4)与料液泵(5)输入端连接，料液泵输出端分两路，一路与加热器相连接，另一路管道(6)回流口与提取罐滤板上方的罐腔相切连接返回。
