Abstract

本发明公开了一种血液净化用陶瓷泵,在固定座上固定有带进液嘴和出液嘴的外壳,该外壳内装有柱塞套,柱塞套上相对进液嘴的位置开有进液孔与进液嘴相通,相对出液嘴的位置开有出液孔与出液嘴相通;在柱塞套内装有陶瓷柱塞,该陶瓷柱塞的外端伸出外壳外,并与电机的输出轴联接,且陶瓷柱塞与柱塞套之间具有连接通道,当陶瓷柱塞转动时连接通道有选择地使柱塞套上的进液孔和出液孔相连通或断开。本发明采用电机驱动陶瓷柱塞旋转,陶瓷柱塞旋转时,使柱塞套上的进液孔和出液孔间歇性连通或断开,从而使得进液嘴中的液体能够流向出液嘴。陶瓷柱塞每旋转一次吸入的水量能精确控制,保证了计量精度。陶瓷柱塞硬度较高,耐磨性好,使用寿命有保障。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,具体地说,尤其涉及一种用于血液净化用陶瓷泵。
背景技术
血液透析(HD)治疗和血液滤过(HF)治疗是尿毒症、急慢性肾衰综末期患者耐以生存的主要治疗方式。两种治疗模式最后都需要通过血液透析器或血液滤过器来达到清除毒素和体内多余水分的目的,血液透析器和血液滤过器在结构上没有本质的差别,都是由大量的空心纤维管组成,这些空心纤维管是一种具有高通透性的半透膜,血液中的中小分子物质和水可以自由通过,而血液中的较大分子(如多数蛋白、血浆成分物质、血细胞等)不能通过。血液透析和血液滤过治疗是通过血泵把血液引入血液透析器(或滤过器),而透析设备内生成的透析液也被引入血液透析器的透析液侧,透析液和血液中的中小分子物质通过血液透析器内的半透膜依靠浓度梯度进行物质交换,同时透析设备中的超滤泵从人体脱出多余的水分。
目前的血液透析或滤过设备主要采用普通的计量泵作为透析液泵和超滤泵,主要存在以下缺点:
1、使用寿命短。由于一般的血液透析或滤过设备每天都连续工作10小时以上,且设备的使用寿命普遍都在3到5年甚至更长,故一般的计量泵都存在很快磨损而导致精度较差的情况;
2、普通的计量泵精度较差,精度较高的普遍成本较高。由于多数尿毒症患者对自身体内水分的多少十分敏感,故如果脱水精度不高极易引起患者治疗过程中的并发症,所以对设备超滤泵的精度要求也较高,而精度较高的计量泵普遍价格较高,导致透析或滤过设备的整机制造成本较高。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种计量精度高、耐磨性好的血液净化用陶瓷泵。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种血液净化用陶瓷泵,包括电机和固定座,其关键在于:在固定座上固定有带进液嘴和出液嘴的外壳,该外壳内装有柱塞套,柱塞套上相对进液嘴的位置开有进液孔与所述进液嘴相通,相对出液嘴的位置开有出液孔与所述出液嘴相通;在柱塞套内装有陶瓷柱塞,该陶瓷柱塞的外端伸出外壳外,并插入轴套圆周面上的安装孔中,该轴套通过连接轴与关节轴承联接,所述关节轴承位于联轴拐一端的定位孔中,联轴拐的另一端与电机的输出轴联接,并且电机输出轴的轴心线与陶瓷柱塞的轴心线之间具有夹角α;所述陶瓷柱塞与柱塞套之间具有连接通道,当陶瓷柱塞转动时连接通道有选择地与柱塞套上的进液孔或出液孔相连通或断开。
本发明采用电机驱动陶瓷柱塞旋转,陶瓷柱塞旋转时,使柱塞套上的进液孔和出液孔间歇性连通或断开,从而使得进液嘴中的液体能够流向出液嘴,且陶瓷柱塞每旋转一次吸入的水量能精确控制,保证了计量精度。电机通过联轴拐、连接轴驱动陶瓷柱塞旋转,由于联轴拐内的关节轴承可任意转动,电机输出轴的轴心线与陶瓷柱塞的轴心线之间具有一定夹角,故陶瓷柱塞能在柱塞套内同时上下运动和旋转运动,能够进一步地实现精确吸水。陶瓷柱塞硬度较高,耐磨性好,使用寿命有保障。
上述陶瓷柱塞的周边由一圆弧面和一平面组成,该平面与柱塞套的内壁之间形成弓形连接通道。
上述电机输出轴的轴心线与陶瓷柱塞轴心线之间的夹角α优选为10~20°。
在上述外壳的相对侧设有润滑液接头,所述柱塞套上相对润滑液接头的位置开有通孔与对应的润滑液接头相通。工作时该通孔内装有水用于润滑陶瓷柱塞和陶瓷柱塞套的摩擦面,防止摩擦生热和产生很大的噪音。
为防止润滑水从顶部泄漏出去,在上述陶瓷柱塞上活套有密封套,该密封套插入柱塞套外端面的凹槽中,由套装在外壳上的螺母套压紧。
上述固定座安装在底架上,并相对于底架悬空,以消除电机和陶瓷柱塞运动产生的振动,同时降低运行噪音。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、陶瓷柱塞和陶瓷柱塞套精确定位,陶瓷柱塞每旋转一次吸入的水量能精确控制,保证了计量精度;
2、由于陶瓷硬度较高,且摩擦面有液体润滑,保证了长时间运转的耐磨性,使用寿命很长;
3、由于巧妙实现了陶瓷柱塞同时上下直线运动和旋转运动,整个部件结构紧凑、运行可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1、图2和图3所示,固定座2左端上部的前后两侧面及右端面粘接有橡胶垫15,该橡胶垫15通过销轴16与底架14连接,由螺母17固定,并且固定座2相对于底架14悬空。电机1位于固定座2的左侧,并与固定座2螺钉连接,外壳3位于固定座2的右端,其底部通过螺钉18固定在固定座2上。外壳3的相对侧设有进液嘴3a和出液嘴3b,在外壳3内装有柱塞套4,柱塞套4上相对进液嘴3a的位置开有进液孔4a与所述进液嘴3a相通,相对出液嘴3b的位置开有出液孔4b与所述出液嘴3b相通;在柱塞套4内装有陶瓷柱塞5,该陶瓷柱塞5的外端伸出外壳3外,并与所述电机1的输出轴联接。在陶瓷柱塞5上活套有密封套12,该密封套12插入柱塞套4外端面的凹槽中,由套装在外壳3上的螺母套13压紧。陶瓷柱塞5的周侧由一圆弧面和一平面组成,该平面与柱塞套4的内壁之间形成弓形连接通道5a,该连接通道5a在陶瓷柱塞5转动时间歇性控制柱塞套4上的进液孔4a和出液孔4b相连通或断开。
从图1、图2中可看出,陶瓷柱塞5的外端插入轴套6圆周面上的安装孔中,该轴套6通过连接轴7与关节轴承8联接,所述关节轴承8位于联轴拐9一端的定位孔中,联轴拐9的另一端与所述电机1的输出轴联接,并且电机1输出轴的轴心线与陶瓷柱塞5的轴心线之间具有夹角α,该夹角α优选为10~20°  。
从图2、图3可进一步看出,在外壳3的相对侧设有润滑液接头10,所述柱塞套4上相对润滑液接头10的位置开有通孔11与对应的润滑液接头10相通,并且润滑液接头10平行于进液嘴3a和出液嘴3b。
本发明的工作过程如下:
如图1和图2所示,电机1的输出轴带动联轴拐9旋转,联轴拐9内的关节轴承8可任意转动,轴套6上的连接轴7插到关节轴承8的内孔中,由于外壳轴线与电机的轴线以一个夹角α安装在固定座上,故当电机1转动时,陶瓷柱塞5通过关节轴承8实现了上下直线移动和圆周转动同时进行,而陶瓷柱塞5与柱塞套4的内壁之间形成连接通道5a,在两种运动的结合下达到将水从外壳的进液嘴3a吸入到出液嘴3b的目的。
其中陶瓷柱塞5的吸水如图4所示为:当陶瓷柱塞5转到a位置时,陶瓷柱塞5到达陶瓷柱塞套4的底端,并准备吸水;当陶瓷柱塞5转动到位置b、c、d时,它同时沿陶瓷柱塞套4向上移动,并吸水;当陶瓷柱塞5转到位置e时,它同时沿陶瓷柱塞套4移到其最上端,完成吸水并准备排水;当陶瓷柱塞5转动到位置f、g、h时,它同时沿陶瓷柱塞套4向下移动,并排水;当陶瓷柱塞5转回位置a时,它同时沿陶瓷柱塞套4移到其最下端,完成排水并准备下一轮的吸水。
在陶瓷柱塞5吸水的过程中,外壳3上的润滑液接头10内一直通有水对陶瓷柱塞5和陶瓷柱塞套4进行润滑,以降低摩擦和减少噪音。

Claims (6)

1、一种血液净化用陶瓷泵,包括电机(1)和固定座(2),其特征在于:在固定座(2)上固定有带进液嘴(3a)和出液嘴(3b)的外壳(3),该外壳(3)内装有柱塞套(4),柱塞套(4)上相对进液嘴(3a)的位置开有进液孔(4a)与所述进液嘴(3a)相通,相对出液嘴(3b)的位置开有出液孔(4b)与所述出液嘴(3b)相通;在柱塞套(4)内装有陶瓷柱塞(5),该陶瓷柱塞(5)的外端伸出外壳(3)外,并插入轴套(6)圆周面上的安装孔中,该轴套(6)通过连接轴(7)与关节轴承(8)联接,所述关节轴承(8)位于联轴拐(9)一端的定位孔中,联轴拐(9)的另一端与电机(1)的输出轴联接,并且电机(1)输出轴的轴心线与陶瓷柱塞(5)的轴心线之间具有夹角α;所述陶瓷柱塞(5)与柱塞套(4)之间具有连接通道(5a),当陶瓷柱塞(5)转动时连接通道(5a)有选择地与柱塞套(4)上的进液孔(4a)或出液孔(4b)相连通或断开。
2、根据权利要求1所述的血液净化用陶瓷泵,其特征在于:所述陶瓷柱塞(5)的周边由一圆弧面和一平面组成,该平面与柱塞套(4)的内壁之间形成弓形连接通道(5a)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的血液净化用陶瓷泵,其特征在于:所述电机(1)输出轴的轴心线与陶瓷柱塞(5)的轴心线之间的夹角α为10~20°。
4、根据权利要求1所述的血液净化用陶瓷泵,其特征在于:在外壳(3)的相对侧设有润滑液接头(10),所述柱塞套(4)上相对润滑液接头(10)的位置开有通孔(11)与对应的润滑液接头(10)相通。
5、根据权利要求1所述的血液净化用陶瓷泵,其特征在于:在陶瓷柱塞(5)上活套有密封套(12),该密封套(12)插入柱塞套(4)外端面的凹槽中,由套装在外壳(3)上的螺母套(13)压紧。
6、根据权利要求1所述的血液净化用陶瓷泵,其特征在于:所述固定座(2)安装在底架(14)上,并相对于底架(14)悬空。
