Abstract

一种木螺丝,包含有一螺头、一杆体、一啮合螺纹、至少一个直牙以及至少一个导引螺纹。该螺头系用以与锁固工具相接。该杆体由该螺头延伸出,并具有一平行杆体部分、一形成于该平行杆体部分末端且逐渐变细的尖锥部分,以及一形成于该尖锥部分末端的尖端。该啮合螺纹形成于该平行杆体部分上,该至少一个直牙形成于该尖锥部分上。该至少一个导引螺纹形成于该尖锥部分上,并位于该直牙与该啮合螺纹之间。

Description

一种木螺丝
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种螺丝,更特别地涉及一种木螺丝。
【背景技术】
现请参考图1,其显示一种现有的木螺丝100,该木螺丝100包含一螺头110以及一杆体120。该螺头110系用以与锁固工具相接,该杆体120系由该螺头110延伸出,并具有一平行杆体部分124以及一形成于该平行杆体部分124末端的尖锥部分122。此外,于该平行杆体部分124与尖锥部分122上形成有一螺纹130。
上述之木螺丝100欲锁入之木块无须事先钻孔,即可直接旋入一木块中。然而,该木螺丝100旋入木块时,因来自平行杆体124及螺纹130与木块间的摩擦力逐渐增加,需要越来越大的旋入扭力,而且该木块亦容易发生裂开的情形。
为解决上述问题,台湾专利公告第M259860号,其标题为「快速切削之木螺丝」,揭示了一种能够切削木块的木螺丝200(见图2)。该木螺丝200包含一螺头210以及一杆体220。该螺头210系用以与锁固工具相接,该杆体220系由该螺头210延伸出,并具有一平行杆体部分224以及一形成于该平行杆体部分224末端的尖锥部分222。此外,于该平行杆体部分224上形成有一啮合螺纹230,该尖锥部分222上形成有一与该啮合螺纹230相连的切削螺纹240。该啮合螺纹230的螺旋角(helix angle)系大于该切削螺纹240的螺旋角(指与杆体中心线之夹角)。将该木螺丝200旋入木块期间,该切削螺纹240持续不断地切削木块中之木纤维,因而将该木螺丝200旋入木块所需要的扭力,会小于将没有切削螺纹的木螺丝100旋入木块所需要的扭力,而且使被钻木块发生破裂的机会也会降低。无论如何,该切削螺纹240的螺纹系为螺旋型,其切削木块中之木纤维的能力并非最佳,进而木块防裂的功能也并非最佳。
【发明内容】
本发明之目的在于提供一种木螺丝,其于尖锥部分所形成的直牙(vertical tips)能够初步于木块表面扩孔,并于螺丝旋入木块期间切削木块中之木纤维,因而使得旋入螺丝更为省力,且避免了木块开裂的问题。在一实施例中,具有本发明特征之木螺丝包含一螺头及一杆体。螺头的顶面具有一可与锁固工具相接的凹槽,杆体系由螺头延伸出。杆体具有一平行杆体部分、一形成于平行杆体部分末端的尖锥部分,以及一形成于尖锥部分末端的尖端。平行杆体部分上形成有啮合螺纹,用以与木块啮合。此外,根据本发明的木螺丝还具有至少一个形成于尖锥部分上的直牙。
在另一实施例中,本发明之木螺丝另包含至少一个导引螺纹。导引螺纹系形成于尖锥部分上,并介于直牙与啮合螺纹之间。导引螺纹能够于旋入螺丝期间切削木块之木纤维及扩孔,并使得啮合螺纹与木块啮合更为容易。
在另一实施例中,本发明之木螺丝具有至少一个切削螺纹。切削螺纹系形成于尖锥部分上,并包含一从尖端延伸出的直牙,以及一从直牙末端延伸出并到达平行杆体部分末端的导引螺纹。
为了让本发明之上述和其它目的、特征、和优点能更明显,下文特举本发明实施例,并配合附图,作详细说明如下。

【具体实施方式】
现请参考图3,其显示根据本发明第一实施例之木螺丝300,该木螺丝300包含一螺头310以及一杆体320。该螺头310的顶面314具有一凹槽312,用以与锁固工具相接。该杆体320系由该螺头310延伸出,并界定出一轴线(axis)390,该杆体320具有一平行杆体部分324、一形成于该平行杆体部分324末端且逐渐变细的尖锥部分322,以及形成于该尖锥部分322末端的尖端326。该平行杆体部分324上形成有一啮合螺纹330,该啮合螺纹330能够与木块啮合,以提供一个防止拔出的抗拉力。该木螺丝300还具有至少一个直牙340,形成于该尖锥部分322上,较佳系平行于该轴线390。该直牙340具有如纺锤体般的外形,也就是说,该直牙340在中间部分的厚度最大,并朝两端逐渐变细。该直牙340沿着其长度方向具有对称或不对称的形状。根据本发明之木螺丝300较佳系具有至少两个直牙340,相互对称形成于该尖锥部分322上。
根据本发明之木螺丝300的直牙340可于木螺丝300旋入木块期间切削木块之木纤维,使得旋入该木螺丝300所需要的扭力因此而降低,并可避免木块开裂的情形发生。
现请参考图4,其显示根据本发明第二实施例之木螺丝400。该木螺丝400具有类似木螺丝300的结构,在此相同标号标示着相同的组件。该木螺丝400具有至少一个导引螺纹450,形成于该尖锥部分322上,且位于该直牙340与该啮合螺纹330之间,且各自独立不相连接,该导引螺纹450延伸小于一圈。该导引螺纹450的螺旋角(helix angle)α系大于该直牙的螺旋角β,但小于该啮合螺纹330的螺旋角θ。该啮合螺纹330的螺纹高(threadheight)H系大于该导引螺纹450的螺纹高h。根据本实施例之木螺丝400,较佳系具有至少两个相互对称形成于该尖锥部分322上的直牙340,以及至少两个相互对称形成于该尖锥部分322上的导引螺纹450。
根据本发明之木螺丝400的导引螺纹450可于木螺丝400旋入木块期间切削木块之木纤维,并导引啮合螺纹330与木块啮合。这是由于该导引螺纹450具有较小的螺旋角,发生起初先旋入木块,后来切削木纤维及扩孔的变换作用。当该啮合螺纹330与木块啮合后,将迫使木螺丝400快速旋入木块中,而且,仅需要较小的扭力即可使该啮合螺纹330与木块啮合,并具有防裂功能(因导引螺纹450在啮合螺纹330旋入木块后发挥预先切削木纤维及扩孔的作用)。
现请参考图5,其显示根据本发明第三实施例之木螺丝500,该木螺丝500具有类似木螺丝400的结构,在此相同标号标示相同的组件。该木螺丝500具有至少一个切削螺纹550,形成于该尖锥部分322上,其类似于该木螺丝400的直牙340与导引螺纹450的组合。该切削螺纹550包含一从该尖端326延伸出的直牙552,以及一从该直牙552末端延伸出且到达该平行杆体部分324末端的导引螺纹554。该导引螺纹554的螺旋角α’大于该直牙552的螺旋角β’,但小于该啮合螺纹330之螺旋角θ’。此外,该导引螺纹554的最大螺牙外径(outside diameter)D2系大于该啮合螺纹330的螺牙底径(minordiameter)d,但小于该啮合螺纹330的螺牙外径D1。该直牙552较佳系平行于该轴线390,而该导引螺纹554较佳系延伸小于一圈。该切削螺纹550沿着其螺纹方向可为对称或不对称的形状。根据本实施例之木螺丝500较佳系具有至少两个切削螺纹550,相互对称形成于该尖锥部分322上。
该木螺丝500之直牙552及导引螺纹554具有与该木螺丝400之直牙340及导引螺纹450相同的功效,因此,该切削螺纹550的任何进一步说明将在此省略。本发明之木螺丝与揭示于台湾专利公告第M249860号之木螺丝间的差异在于,本发明木螺丝之切削螺纹具有变动的螺纹导程(screw lead),且未与啮合螺纹相连。于钻孔期间,本发明木螺丝之切削螺纹因具有直牙,能够较现有木螺丝之螺旋状的切削螺纹更有效率的切削木块,而且以上下二组成形牙板模具组合成形制造时,免去因导引螺牙与啮合螺牙相连须牙板模具调整与对准之困难。
虽然本发明已以前述较佳实施例揭示,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟习此技艺者,在不脱离本发明之精神和范围内,当可作各种之更动与修改。因此本发明之保护范围当视权利要求范围所界定者为准。

Claims (14)

1、一种木螺丝,包括一螺头、一由该螺头延伸出的杆体、一啮合螺纹以及至少一个直牙,其特征在于:
该螺头是用以与锁固工具相接,该杆体界定出一轴线,该杆体具有一平行杆体部分、一形成于该平行杆体部分末端且逐渐变细的尖锥部分,以及一形成于该尖锥部分末端的尖端,该啮合螺纹形成于该平行杆体部分上,该直牙形成于该尖锥部分上,其中该直牙具有如纺锤体般的外形。
2、如权利要求1所述的木螺丝,其特征在于:该直牙系平行于该轴线。
3、如权利要求1所述的木螺丝,其特征在于:该直牙沿着其自身长度方向之垂直剖面可为对称或不对称。
4、如权利要求1所述的木螺丝,其特征在于:该木螺丝包含至少两个直牙,相互对称形成于该尖锥部分上。
5、如权利要求4所述的木螺丝,其特征在于:该等直牙系平行于该轴线。
6、如权利要求1所述的木螺丝,其特征在于:该木螺丝另包含至少一个导引螺纹,形成于该尖锥部分上,并位于该直牙与该啮合螺纹之间,且该直牙和该啮合螺纹与该导引螺纹不相连接。
7、如权利要求6所述的木螺丝,其特征在于:该导引螺纹的螺旋角系大于该直牙的螺旋角,并小于该啮合螺纹的螺旋角。
8、如权利要求6所述的木螺丝,其特征在于:该啮合螺纹的螺纹高系大于该导引螺纹的螺纹高。
9、如权利要求6所述的木螺丝,其特征在于:该木螺丝包含至少两个相互对称形成于该尖锥部分上的直牙,以及至少两个相互对称形成于该尖锥部分上的导引螺纹。
10、一种木螺丝,包括一螺头、一由该螺头延伸出的杆体、一啮合螺纹以及至少一个切削螺纹,其特征在于:
该螺头是用以与锁固工具相接,该杆体界定出一轴线,该杆体具有一平行杆体部分、一形成于该平行杆体部分末端且逐渐变细的尖锥部分,以及一形成于该尖锥部分末端的尖端,该啮合螺纹形成于该平行杆体部分上,该切削螺纹形成于该尖锥部分上,该切削螺纹包含一从该尖端延伸出的直牙,以及一从该直牙末端相连延伸出且到达该平行杆体部分末端的导引螺纹,其中该直牙系平行于该轴线,该导引螺纹系延伸小于一圈。
11、如权利要求10所述的木螺丝,其特征在于:该导引螺纹的螺旋角系大于该直牙的螺旋角,并小于该啮合螺纹的螺旋角。
12、如权利要求10所述的木螺丝,其特征在于:该导引螺纹的最大螺纹外径系大于该啮合螺纹的螺纹底径,并小于该啮合螺纹的螺纹外径。
13、如权利要求10所述的木螺丝,其特征在于:该木螺丝包含至少两个切削螺纹,相互对称形成于该尖锥部分上。
14、如权利要求10所述的木螺丝,其特征在于:该切削螺纹沿着其自身之螺纹方向之横剖面可为对称牙形或不对称牙形。
