Abstract
二冲程内燃机的气缸套(4)、无需液体冷却剂(通常是水)冷却。而仅由在气缸套(4)的整个高度上的扫气空气室(13)内的扫气空气来冷却。这种新型的干式气缸套(4)消除了由于冷却水与扫气空气间相对较大的温差引起的由气缸套和扫气空气储存器构成的系统的变形。以前此变形会导到发动机壳体与工作气缸之间的错位。
Description
本发明有关二冲程内燃机的气缸套,该气缸套可容纳一个或多个气缸衬套。该气缸套环绕扫气空气室,与扫气空气储存器相连。
传统的二冲程内燃机,特别是低速的船用柴油机的气缸套或气缸体包括有多个气缸,这些气缸套或气缸体形成冷却气缸衬套和气缸套的冷却系统的一部分,即相对热的水在其中流动,水温为70-80℃;在所谓的“热水”冷却中,温度甚至可达100-120℃。然而“储存”在气缸套底部的扫气空气的温度是40-50℃。此温度差可能会引起气缸套的变形,从而在发动机壳体和工作气缸或每个工作气缸之间产生错位。
美国专利US2,855,911公开了一种小型柴油机,即最大功率为10马力的小型柴油机。这种柴油机只用空气来冷却。这种冷却系统不适用于大型柴油机,因为大型柴油机的气缸套必须用水来冷却或至少部分用水冷却。
发明的目的是消除气缸套以及与气缸套相连的扫气空气储存器系统的翘曲和变形。由此,按照本发明,扫气空气室在气缸套的整个高度上与气缸衬套或每个气缸衬套同心环绕,而气缸套本身不需要液体冷却剂冷却。
由于这种新型的气缸套不需供给冷却水,因此,在气缸套内就不会产生前面所说的温度差,也就不会产生气缸套及储存器系统的变形。
本发明的另一个优点是省掉气缸套上复杂的冷却通道及其上的密封装置。而且气缸套内扫气空气室的容积增大,相应地节省了储存器系统的容积。
下面参照实施例和附图,更详细地叙述本发明。
说明书附图中的唯一视图是一个船用柴油发动机垂直于其曲轴及新型气缸套及气缸衬套的截面剖视图,扫气空气储存器与气缸套相连。
气缸套4装在发动机基架或支撑立柱1上,其中装有十字头2和连杆3。气缸衬套6连同置于中间的水管或支撑环5装在气缸套4上;活塞7在衬套6内作往复运动并通过活塞杆8将其往复运动传递给十字头2和连杆3。
用紧固件或螺栓或类似部件9以传统方式将气缸套4固定在基架1上。
气缸衬套6伸出气缸套的部分由传统的冷却水系统进行冷却,其冷却通道10如图示意。
在气缸套4底部的密封壳11内有密封装置12,密封活塞杆穿过基架盖的通道及气缸套4的底部。
气缸套内部整个为扫气空气室13,其左面由盖14封闭,其右面与扫气空气储存器相连。
与传统的结构相反,扫气空气室13沿柱形向上加高,使气缸套4内的扫气空气沿扫气口16之上的衬套6的区域流动,从而冷却气缸套4和衬套6。在储存器15与扫气空气室13之间的空气通路中设有单向阀,并以已知的方式工作,通过辅助增压器来提高扫气空气压力。辅助增压器通过单向阀17从储存器向扫气空气室13平行地供给扫气空气,并且仅在发动机低负荷的情况下,当排气涡轮增压器供给的扫气空气压力不足时使用工作。
当气缸套4为包括有多个气缸的缸体形式而被加强时,用隔壁将扫气空气储存器和扫气空气室分隔成与独立的气缸相连的各部分,并且隔壁上分别设有孔18、19,使扫气空气的压力相等。
Claims (1)
1、一种二冲程内燃机的气缸套,可容纳一个或多个气缸衬套,该气缸套不需要液体冷却剂冷却,其特征是气缸套(4)环烧扫气空气室(13),该扫气空气室与扫气空气储存器(15)相连,并且在气缸套(4)的整个高度上与气缸衬套或每个气缸衬套(6)同心环绕;在气缸套(4)以上延伸的气缸衬套或每个气缸衬套(6)的上部与液体冷却系统相连。
