Abstract

本发明涉及一种汽油清净剂,适用于各种标号的汽油,其中包括乙醇汽油和甲醇汽油。其特征在于:该清净剂由以下组分组成:甲醇,乙醇,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚,乙二醇单丁醚,亚油酸,氨水,煤油,经混合搅拌而成。本发明的优点是:只需将本清净剂按加油量10-20%比例加入汽车油箱内即可,替代汽油10-20%,该清净剂能提高辛烷值3.3%,在90#汽油中添加15%的清净剂可替代93#汽油,本产品有较强的自动清除积炭的性能,汽车在运行过程中就可将发动机内的积炭彻底清除。该清净剂价格便宜,与90#汽油价格相同。

汽油清净剂
本发明属于一种汽油清净剂。
现在市场上清净剂的品种很多,主要存在以下两方面的问题:一类清净剂添加比例小,一般占加油量的千分之四以下,不能起到替代部分汽油的作用,价格昂贵,而且清洗积碳效果不明显,解决不了汽车在运行过程中,将喷油嘴、化油器、进气阀、排气阀等部位产生的大量积碳清洗掉的难题。另一类清净剂添加比例大,一般占加油量的百分之十左右,经常造成油路系统堵塞,遇水分层乳化,低温启动困难,高温气阻,腐蚀溶胀,动力下降,油耗增加等技术方面的难题。
本发明的目的是针对上述技术中存在的难题而研制的一种既能替代10-20%的汽油,又能使汽车在运行过程中自动清除发动机各部位的积碳,而且价格便宜的汽油清净剂。
本发明的目的是通过以下方法达到的:
本发明的汽油清净剂是由以下组分组成,按体积比:甲醇95-97%,乙醇0.3-0.5%,壬基酚聚氧乙稀醚0.6-1%,乙二醇单丁醚0.24-0.4%,亚油酸0.6-1%,氨水0.36-0.6%,煤油0.9-1.5%,经混合搅拌而成。
本发明与现有技术相比,有以下优点:只需将本清净剂按加油量10-20%比例加入汽车油箱即可,替代汽油10-20%,该清净剂提高辛烷值3.3%,用90#汽油添加15%的清净剂可替代93#汽油,本产品有较强的自动清除积碳的性能,在运行过程中,就可将汽车发动机内的积碳彻底清除。该清净剂价格便宜,与90#汽油价格相同。以桑塔纳出租车为例,一年可省油钱7000多元,本产品经几千台车辆两年多的使用证明综合性能良好。

实施例1:
本发明的汽油清净剂的生产是常温常压下进行的,分以下步骤完成:各原料组分均按体积比。
取甲醇95份,乙醇0.5份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1份,乙二醇单丁醚0.4份,亚油酸1份,氨水0.6份,煤油1.5份,按此顺序放入容器内搅拌即为本清净剂成品。
实施例2:
本发明的汽油清净剂的生产是在常温常压下进行的,分以下步骤完成:各原料组分均按体积比。
取甲醇96份,乙醇0.4份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.8份,乙二醇单丁醚0.32份,亚油酸0.8份,氨水0.48份,煤油1.2份,按此顺序放入容器内搅拌即为本清净剂成品。
实施例3:
本发明的汽油清净剂的生产是在常温常压下进行的,分以下步骤完成:各原料组分均按体积比。
取甲醇97份,乙醇0.3份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.6份,乙二醇单丁醚0.24份,亚油酸0.6份,氨水0.36份,煤油0.9份,按此顺序放入容器内搅拌即为本清净剂成品。

1、一种汽油清净剂,其特征在于:该清净剂是由以下组分组成,按体积比:甲醇95-97%,乙醇0.3-0.5%,壬基酚聚氧乙稀醚0.6-1%,乙二醇单丁醚0.24-0.4%,亚油酸0.6-1%,氨水0.36-0.6%,煤油0.9-1.5%,经混合搅拌而成。
