Abstract

一种清除回转窑窑圈或阻止窑圈形成的方法及装置,在回转窑的窑尾附近,设置一组轨道,轨道上设置有小车,小车上设置有一个能伸入回转窑窑圈形成区的清除臂,清除臂前端设置有刮刀,清除臂和刮刀内部设置有冷却介质通道。在回转窑的窑尾开一个口子,将清除臂和刮刀伸入回转窑内窑圈形成区,利用回转窑筒体的旋转所产生的动能和相对位移,自动清除窑圈或阻止窑圈形成。

清除回转窑窑圈方法及装置
所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种清除回转窑窑圈方法,尤其是一种清除回转窑窑圈或阻止窑圈形成的方法及装置。
背景技术
目前,公知的清除回转窑窑圈方法是:当窑圈形成时,减少喂料或停料,向前移动燃烧机喷嘴数小时,提高窑圈温度,然后向后移动燃烧机喷嘴数小时,降低窑圈温度,反复移动燃烧机喷嘴数次,使窑圈受显著冷热交替作用而开裂垮落。但是采用上述方法清除窑圈会导致较大的经济损失,一方面因为减料或停料而导致减产或停产,而燃料和电力消耗量并不减少,设备磨损不减少;另一方面因为显著的冷热交替作用会使窑衬造成局部开裂和窑皮脱落,使窑衬遭受危害,甚至造成煅烧恶化。详见参考资料《水泥工程师手册》517页至518页,汪澜编著,中国建材工业出版社,书号ISBN7-800900-428-8
发明内容
为了克服现有清除回转窑窑圈方法存在的缺陷,本发明提供一种清除回转窑窑圈或阻止窑圈形成方法及装置。该清除回转窑窑圈或阻止窑圈形成方法及装置能够自动清除窑圈或阻止窑圈形成。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在回转窑的窑头或窑尾附近,设置一组轨道,轨道上设置有小车,小车上设置有一个能伸入回转窑窑圈形成区的清除臂,清除臂前端设置有刮刀。在回转窑的窑头或窑尾开口子,将清除臂和刮刀伸入回转窑内窑圈形成区,利用回转窑筒体的旋转所产生的动能和相对位移,自动清除窑圈或阻止窑圈形成。
本发明的有益效果是:能够自动清除窑圈或阻止窑圈形成,操作简单,不损坏窑衬,不会因为窑圈而造成减产或停产。

具体实施方式
在图1所示实施例中,在回转窑的窑尾(4)附近,设置一组轨道(8),轨道(8)上设置有小车(7),小车(7)上设置有一个能伸入回转窑窑圈形成区(2)的清除臂(5),清除臂(5)前端设置有刮刀(3)。在回转窑的窑尾(4)开一个口子,将清除臂(5)和刮刀(3)伸入回转窑内的窑圈形成区(2),利用回转窑筒体(1)旋转所产生的动能和相对位移,自动清除窑圈或阻止窑圈形成。
在图2所示另一个实施例中,在回转窑的窑尾(4)附近,设置一组轨道(8),轨道(8)上设置有小车(7),小车(7)上设置有一个能伸入回转窑窑圈形成区(2)的清除臂(5),清除臂(5)前端设置有刮刀(3);在清除臂(5)和刮刀(3)内部,设置有冷却介质通道(6)。在回转窑的窑尾(4)开一个口子,将清除臂(5)和刮刀(3)伸入回转窑内窑圈形成区(2),利用回转窑筒体(1)旋转所产生的动能和相对位移,自动清除窑圈或阻止窑圈形成。

Claims (3)

1、一种清除回转窑窑圈的方法,其特征是:在回转窑的窑头或窑尾开口子,将清除回转窑窑圈装置的清除臂和刮刀伸入回转窑内窑圈形成区,利用回转窑筒体的旋转所产生的动能和相对位移,自动清除窑圈。
2、一种清除回转窑窑圈装置,包括小车,其特征是:小车上设置有一个能伸入回转窑窑圈形成区的清除臂,清除臂的前端设置有刮刀。
3、根据权利要求2所述的清除回转窑窑圈装置,其特征是:清除臂和刮刀内部设置有冷却介质通道。
