再生环保节能燃料
本发明涉及一种再生环保节能燃料,这种燃料改变了传统燃料起火慢,不易燃,耗煤量大,煤气味重的特点。
本发明的目的是提供一种再生环保节能燃料,它除了具有引燃快,火力猛等特点外,同时还具有燃烧透彻、产量多、燃时长、节省煤炭、环保安全卫生、成本低廉的优点。
本发明是这样实现的,一种再生环保节能燃料,其特征是在煤粉中加入助剂和污泥、凤眼莲,经充分搅拌均匀经成型机成型即可。
本发明的燃料具体组成:
1.无烟煤  40      2.凤眼莲  10       3.沉淀污泥  50
4.Na2CO3  1-3     5.NaOH    0.5-2    6.MgO  0.5-1
7.NaCO3   1-2
本发明涉及的一种再生燃料具有以下几种特点:
1、引火快:本燃料与传统引火方法一样,但点燃后能迅速燃烧,几分钟火焰可达3 0多公分高,火力猛,传统燃料是无法相比的。
2、火力猛:火焰温度高,覆盖面积大,与液化气相当。
3、燃时长、燃烧透彻,每块燃烧2小时以上。
4、方便:使用完后可封炉,封火时间长达12小时以上。
5、属再生资源综合利用,环保、节能。
6、环保、安全卫生。
综上所述,本发明的再生环保节能燃料具有普通燃料无法相比的优点,关键是再生资源的综合利用,既降低成本,又可美化城市环境,具有广泛的发展前景。

1. 一种再生环保节能燃料,其特征是在煤粉中加入沉淀污泥、助剂和凤眼莲混合后经成型机成型即可,燃料成份组成为:
(1)无烟煤    40
(2)凤眼莲    10
(3)沉淀污泥  50
(4)Na2CO3    1-3
(5)NaOH      0.5-2
(6)MgO       0.5-2和
(7)NaNO3     1-2。
