Abstract

一种注射针防护结构,其包括;一套筒,具一外径较小的筒身连结外径较大的筒座,筒身前端向中央延伸筒缘,以形成尺寸较筒室为小的筒口;筒座的内部端处,则向内突设若干座卡;一中继座,由一外径较小的座管一体延伸外径较大的座裙,中央则具一前座柱与后座柱;其分别具前座柱孔与后座柱孔,且座管与座裙间形成座阶;一卡座,上方突设若干只回折的卡钩,下方则具外径较大的卡缘,其与座环的距离对应于座卡的高度;卡缘卡掣于座卡使卡座定位于筒座,中继座置于筒室的近筒口处,注射筒的出液管可嵌置入后座柱孔,且注射针座可连结于前柱座,以形成药液信道,且注射后回扳时,中继座连同注射针座后扭,使座裙落于卡钩下方且座阶为卡钩卡掣而为定位。

注射针防护结构
技术领域
本发明是一种注射针防护结构,尤指一种设于注射针与注射筒间的中继结构,其具有注射后拉回时使注射针于非外力破坏下无法取出再为使用的防护结构。
背景技术
按人吃五谷杂粮,病痛难免,且生老病死乃自然界生物的规律,当然,随着卫生条件的改善及医药的进步,使得许多病痛均可由医疗行为得到治疗,而注射药液即属医疗行为中不可或缺的一环。
另方面,由于在医疗过程中,安全防护亦不不得掉以轻心,尤其是近年来许多高危险的病因可经由血液感染,因此,注射行为对医疗人员而言,莫不戒慎恐惧,若有所闪失,如为针头刺到,则可能感染一些难以治疗的疾病,如爱滋病即为一例,因此,近年来,对于所谓“一次性”注射针或注射装置的使用,已为普遍的共识,不唯医疗人员如此,即使病人或患者,亦会对此有所要求,所以,具一次性功能的防护装置乃为业者所开发与产销。
已知的注射针防护结构,获得专利的已有很多,以美国第5,338,310号专利为例,其揭示了一种注射器总成,其是由一可套合于注射筒身(barrel)21的针护筒(needle guard)32,该针护筒内壁设置凹槽(recess)37,且另设一环管(collar)33套合于注射筒身,而该环管则设置对应的突起(projection)34以供注射后拉回时的卡掣于凹槽内,亦即其并是经由注射筒身与护筒的相互配合,而无涉于注射针,亦无中继装置的设置。所以,于产品多元下,申请人认为应有其它的解决方案。
发明内容
有监于此,申请人乃本于近年来从事注射装置研发与产销的经验,潜心研发,期能有所突破,经再三探索,始创作出本发明的“注射针防护结构”。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种注射针防护结构,其可使注射针筒多次使用,且因本发明的构件筒单,成本低,有助于普及化使用。
本发明一种注射针防护结构,其特征在于,其包括:
一套筒,具一外径较小的筒身连结外径较大的筒座,筒身前端向中央延伸筒缘,以形成尺寸较筒室为小的筒口;筒座的内部端处,则向内突设若干座卡;其中该筒身与筒座的连结,是以若干连片的连结,其间具贯穿的连孔;
一中继座,由一外径较小的座管一体延伸外径较大唯厚度较薄的座裙,中央则具一前座柱与后座柱;其分别具前座柱孔与后座柱孔,且座管与座裙间形成座阶;
一卡座,其尺寸对应于筒座的座环,上方突设若干只回折的卡钩,下方则具外径较大的卡缘,其与座缘的距离对应于座卡的高度;
卡缘卡掣于座卡,使卡座定位于筒座,中继座置于筒室的近筒口处,以便注射筒的出液管可嵌置入后座柱孔,且注射针座可连结于前柱座,以形成药液信道,且注射后回拉时,中继座连同注射针座后拉,使座裙落于卡钩下方且座阶为卡钩卡掣而为定位。
其中的座卡的顶面是为弧凹。
其中的筒口内壁上设置筒肋,且中继座的座管外壁亦对应设置座肋。
其中的座管内部设置座纹。
其中的座裙开具若干的间隙以形成裙片。
其中的卡钩顶面为弧凹。
其中的前座柱与后座柱为外径向侧方渐缩的斜向,且前座柱孔与后座柱孔则为向内侧斜向渐缩。
其中的筒身与筒座的连结,是为以若干连片的连结,其间具贯穿的连孔。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示,基本上,本发明的防护结构是由一套筒1,一中继座2及一卡座3所组合而成。
其中,套筒1,其是由一外径较小的筒身11,底部连结外径较大的筒座12,称连结,是可唯不限于以一体成型方式由若干周边分布的连片13连结,并使各相邻连片13间,形成连孔14的穿孔。
筒身11的前端,则以向中央一体延伸筒缘15方式,形成口径较其内部筒室16为小的筒口17(示于图4),而筒座12的内部端处,则向内突设若干弧形突起的座卡18(示于图2),且其外壁上,得设置若干平行的补强肋,唯此乃已知技术,故不拟赞述,此外,筒口17内侧内壁,则设置若干平行的筒肋19,供为中继座2的导槽。
中继座2其是由一外径较小的座管21及一体延伸外径较大唯厚度较簿且可形成挠性的座裙22,以及中央的一前座柱23及一后座柱24所形成,其中,座管21其内部具座纹25的设置,而其外壁上,则环绕突设若干座肋26,另前座柱23及后座柱24则均为向外呈外径较小的断面,同时,亦各开具动向相同内径由外向内渐缩的前座柱孔27,及后座柱孔28。尤其是,于座管21与座裙22之间,则形成一座阶29的落差,于实际实施时,座裙22亦可为具若干的裙片唯其间具间隙的方式组成,而非如本发明实施例所示的一体,唯此乃已知技术,故不拟赞述。
卡座3是为一座体,其具一尺寸对应于前述筒座12的座环31,其上方则突设若干只顶面具弧形回折的卡钩32,且其下方近座环31处,则具外径稍大的卡缘33,且各卡钩32间,则具高度较低的卡环34,且其两侧顶部,则具一卡缺35,实则,卡缘33与座环31的距离,是对应于前述座卡18的高度,以便可嵌套后卡合。
请再参阅附图,本发明于组立时,是将卡座3嵌套于筒座12,则卡缘33会落于筒座12的座卡18上而形成定位,同时,中继座2则置于筒室16的前端近筒口17处,并以座肋26及筒肋19为定位,而此时可将连同注射针的注射针座A由其座孔套合于前座柱23,且可补以座纹25的螺合,以形成定位及定向,其组立后即如图4所示,而为了避免针刺,故注射针座A可套合一套管B,唯此乃已知技术,故不拟赘述。
请再参附图所示,当使用于注射时,则以注射筒C嵌置入本发明的套筒1内,则其前端的出液管D即可嵌置入座管21的后座柱孔28,形成紧密连结,且推杆E亦可嵌入注射筒C内,即形成如图5所示。
图6所示的,是为由推杆E的外拉汲取药液准备注射的情形,此时,注射筒C已与中继座2为紧密的连结,而后,推挤推杆E,则药液可从注射筒C的出液管D而至注射针座A,而为药液注射。
请参阅图7,当注射完成而退针时,将注射筒C连同中继座2后拉,则中继座2连同注射针座A亦随之后退,而退至底部时,如图8所示,此时座裙22连同座阶29会落至卡钩32与卡环34之间,除非经由外力破坏,中继座2连同注射针座A即被恒常定位于套筒1内,无再使用可能,亦无外露之虞。
所以,经由本发明的实施,其可使注射针筒为再次使用,且因本发明的构件筒单,成本低,有助于普及化使用,加以中继座2具前座柱23及前座柱孔27的斜度设计及座纹25的设置,可有效的因应不同的注射针座的定位,同时,筒肋19与座肋26的对应定位,可保持注射方向的稳定,堪称为注射针防护结构的一大突破。
本发明所揭示的,乃较佳实施例的一种,凡是局部的变更或修饰而源于本发明的技术思想而为熟习该项技术的人所易于推知的,俱不脱离本发明的专利权范畴。

Claims (7)

1. 一种注射针防护结构,其特征在于,其包括:
一套筒,具一外径较小的筒身连结外径较大的筒座,筒身前端向中央延伸筒缘,以形成尺寸较筒室为小的筒口;筒座的内部端处,则向内突设若干座卡;其中该筒身与筒座的连结,是以若干连片的连结,其间具贯穿的连孔;
一中继座,由一外径较小的座管一体延伸外径较大唯厚度较薄的座裙,中央则具一前座柱与后座柱;其分别具前座柱孔与后座柱孔,且座管与座裙间形成座阶;
一卡座,其尺寸对应于筒座的座环,上方突设若干只回折的卡钩,下方则具外径较大的卡缘,其与座环的距离对应于座卡的高度;
卡缘卡掣于座卡,使卡座定位于筒座,中继座置于筒室的近筒口处,以便注射筒的出液管可嵌置入后座柱孔,且注射针座可连结于前柱座,以形成药液信道,且注射后回拉时,中继座连同注射针座后拉,使座裙落于卡钩下方且座阶为卡钩卡掣而为定位。
2. 如权利要求1所述的注射针防护结构,其特征在于,其中该座卡的顶面是为弧凹。
3. 如权利要求1所述的注射针防护结构,其特征在于,其中该筒口内壁上设置筒肋,且中继座的座管外壁亦对应设置座肋。
4. 如权利要求1所述的注射针防护结构,其特征在于,其中该座管内部设置座纹。
5. 如权利要求1所述的注射针防护结构,其特征在于,其中该座裙开具若干的间隙以形成裙片。
6. 如权利要求1所述的注射针防护结构,其特征在于,其中该卡钩顶面为弧凹。
7. 如权利要求1所述的注射针防护结构,其特征在于,其中该前座柱与后座柱为外径向侧方渐缩的斜向,且前座柱孔与后座柱孔则为向内侧斜向渐缩。
