Abstract

本发明涉及一种带防刺保护套的安全自毁式注射器,它主要由针尖护套1、针尖2、针座3、防刺保护套4、转接机构件5、锁定卡口6、推液筒外套7、芯杆8、密封塞9组成,其中,由转接机构件5位于防刺保护套顶端,锁定卡口推入防刺保护套,二者接触面紧配胶粘或焊接,然后将装配好的推液筒装入保护套,转接机构件上凸耳16与推液筒外套鲁尔接头10旋转咬紧,此时由常规注射针旋在转接机构件5中的标准锁定接头13上,使用时顶住按手19处向后拉推芯杆进行吸药和排气及注射药液,注射完毕后,一手握住防刺保护套,另一手直接拉住按手19处把注射针、转接机构件、推液筒一起拉入锁定卡口6中被完全锁定,如推液筒上鲁尔接头10要与转接机构件分离时,抓住推液筒外套加以旋转即可分离。

Description

带防刺保护套的安全自毁式注射器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带防刺保护套的安全自毁式注射器,具体的说是一种医务人员使用后能把注射针尖锁在保护套内不会被刺伤的防刺型注射器,属于医疗耗材。
背景技术
当前,国内外医疗机构,医院和个人广泛大多使用的还是普通的一次性注射器,使用完毕后针尖外露,极容易刺伤医务人员及回收人员,造成交叉感染,从而国内外已设计了许多安全自毁式注射器,用来防止被使用过的注射器针尖刺伤,有针尖内缩式的,专利号为ZL200410092337.6与之前本人专利号为ZL200420121924.9所设计的滑套分体式,该两款在结构上已超越了美国第5.338.310号专利的滑套连体式,使用完毕后由保护外套向前抽滑入嵌中保护其使用过的针尖,但保护套与注射器不得分离,加大了防污箱的体积其后处理成本增大,用较大的力能把保护外套拉脱:1、针尖还是暴露在;2、5ml以上的保护套手指能通过顶部的孔进入套内被刺伤;3、其注射器还可重复使用。专利号为ZL200410092337.6设计的分体式,其注射器使用完毕后保护套(套筒)同样可向前拉滑,使注射针尖锁定在中座中,注射器与保护套(套筒)可分离:1、减少了后处理成本;2、各规格型号手指不能进入套筒内,也就是说不会被误刺伤,但注射器与套筒分离后注射器本身仍可被重复使用,本人专利号为ZL2004201219249在ZL200410092337.6的设计上加以了改良,把连接机构件2上的转接机构件内腔10和推液筒5上的特定头部11分别设计为非国际标准件,从而二者分离后由于头部为非标多不可重复使用。以上三点虽已改良在临床使用中医务人员认为该设计理念较新,对医务人员来讲使用方便安全可靠,但由于长时间连续性进行抽吸注射,由于套筒后端外由若干周边分布的连片13连结并使各相邻连片13间,形成连孔14的穿孔,且在外壁上有若干平行的补强助,由于设计有连片13、连孔14和补强助,所以造成套筒后端有缺口等凸肋,长时期使用后医务人员感觉不适,另外临床医务人员提出,注射后的针尖针座与中继座有部分(ZL200410092337.6和ZL200420121924.9)中都不能被锁定,针尖被拔出的可能手指会发痛和毛糙。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带防刺保护套的安全自毁式注射器,它能满足医务人员临床使用的要求,改进ZL200410092337.6与ZL200420121924.9的不足:1、解决其套筒外光滑,长期使用不会发生医务人员手指疼痛,手指发生毛糙,手术室中防止手套被划伤;2、解决其注射过的针尖针座转接机构件要绝对被锁定。
解决方案一:由于ZL200410092337.6与ZL200420121924.9其套筒和外套保护套上都设计有连片,连孔补强助,所以造成长时间使用医务人员会发生手指疼痛或手指毛糙,或划破手术套的可能,设计方案是在防刺保护套4(即套筒、外套保护套)不设计有任何连片,连孔,补强助,使之防刺保护套光滑圆整。
解决方案二:由于ZL200410092337.6专利号中,注射筒C上的D处与中继座2上后座柱孔28相装配连接,由于注射器小包封口装后要经过灭菌处理,其灭菌温度在55℃左右,所以配合处发生热胀冷缩,再经过长途运输,使用地区有热带地区,也有寒冷地区,所以二者连接处会发生松动,使用后抽拉时由于锁定卡口6上的弹性勾片18要有一定涨力才能进入被进入锁定卡口,由于松动的原因,因此会发生不能被抽入锁定卡口的可能,针尖也会脱出防刺保护套会刺伤人体的可能,要加以改良,本设计方案是在转接机构5后座腔,转接机构件内腔15的外壁上设计有凸耳16,推液筒外套顶部设计为鲁尔接头10,通过凸耳16与鲁尔接头旋转直至紧密配合,由于是螺纹与凸耳旋转结配,灭菌加温或长途运输,热带、寒冷地区都不容易发生松动,注射完毕后针尖、针座转接机构件向后拉抽时完全能通过弹性勾片进入锁定卡口被锁定,不会发生针尖脱落出防刺保护套,使之安全可靠。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
参见附图,本发明它主要由针尖护套1、针尖2、针座3、防刺保护套4、转接机构件5、锁定卡口6、推液筒外套7、芯杆8、密封塞9组成,其中,由转接机构件5汇于防刺保护套顶端,锁定卡口推入防刺保护套,二者接触面紧配胶粘或由焊接线17与防刺保护套端面12超声焊接,然后由芯杆8装上密封塞9一起汇于推液筒外套7中,再一起汇于已胶粘或焊接的防刺保护套4中,直至推液筒7头部鲁尔接头10与转接机构件5中的转接机构件内腔15二者靠转接机构件上凸耳16与推液筒外套鲁尔接头10的内螺纹旋转咬紧,此时由针座3粘结过的针尖2套好针尖护套一起旋在转接机构件5中的标准锁定接头15上。使用时,拔下针尖护套,同时医务人员可根据临床需求,更换不同规格的灭菌后的整套注射针,使用时顶住按手19处向后拉推芯杆,可根据常规操作进行吸药和排气及注射药液,注射完毕后,一手可握住防刺保护套,另一手可直接拉住推液筒外套7上19按手处把注射针、针座、转接机构件汇同芯杆经过弹性弹片18一起拉入锁定6中被完全锁定,如果推液筒上鲁尔接头10要与转接机构件内腔分离时,抓住推液筒外套加以旋转即可分离。二者分离后多不重复被使用,本人已有技术故不重叙,本实用新型其结构合理使用方便安全可靠,由于密封塞或一体注塑成型的密封塞多带有锥头,残留量符合国际标准。
另一种型式是针尖2直接粘接在本转接机构件5头部上的,如图9,该式样的残留量极小,可用于精密注射。

Claims (3)

1.一种带防刺保护套的安全自毁式注射器,它主要由针尖护套(1)、针尖(2)、针座(3)、防刺保护套(4)、转接机构件(5)、锁定卡口(6)、推液筒外套(7)、芯杆(8)、密封塞(9)组成,其特征在于:针尖(2)粘结在针座(3)上套上针尖护套连接在转接机构件(5)上一起安装在防刺保护套(4)顶部,由锁定卡口(6)轴向套在防刺保护套(4)上紧密配合联结,联结形式可用胶粘剂联结,也可用焊接线(17)处与防刺保护套端面(12)超声焊接,然后由芯杆(8)套上密封塞(9)一起汇于已焊接或胶粘上锁定卡口(6)的防刺保护套内,直到推液筒外套(7)上的鲁尔接头(10)与转接机构件旋紧密封为止。
2.推液筒外套(7)上鲁尔接头(10)圆柱外壁头部中部可设计有一圈凹沿,凸沿与凹沿相配合。
3.密封塞(9)是直接与芯杆(8)注塑在一起为保证转接机构件(5)与推液筒(7)上鲁尔接头(10)联接后二者之间孔内的液体残留量符合国际标准,密封塞头部设计有尖的圆锥体,圆锥体的外径能顺利通过鲁尔接头(10)的内孔。
