Abstract

Description

立式唱机上CD-唱盘的夹持装置
本发明涉及到一个具有辅助支承和保险机构的夹持装置,以免CD-唱盘从一个垂直安装付上掉落出来,该装置由一个带压紧机构的压杆构成,压紧机构与和对中件构成安装付的转盘共同起作用。
一般说来,用于CD-唱盘的立式唱机使这种仪器有便宜的特点,它不需要耗资的CD-唱盘接纳装置或者CD-唱盘格架。在这种简单的廉价的结构方案中,由一根压杆将CD-唱盘压在转盘上并且起到对中作用。如果操作者为了取出CD-唱盘而打开连接件的话,那么CD-唱盘就可能在不适当的操作下容易地从对中结构部分滑动并掉落下来。当压杆被打开时,就可能发生这种情况,因此,CD-唱盘在一个停止放音指令刚下达时并不是瞬时就静止的。因此,这些掉落的CD-唱盘不仅可能会损伤甚至会损坏。
第4,562,566号美国专利公开了一种这类结构的唱机。
为了将转盘上的CD-唱盘可靠地夹持住,一般来说,将压紧装置配置一个永久磁铁并和由软铁制造的转盘共同作用来实现。
因此,本发明的任务是设计一个保险装置,以保证在立式唱机中的敏感的CD-唱盘在更换和装配时不致掉出和落地而受损伤。
本发明的任务是这样实现的:提供一种带辅助支承和保险装置,以防止CD-唱盘从一个立式唱机掉落下来的夹持装置,它由一个带压紧机构的压杆构成,压紧机构与和对中件构成安装付的转盘共同起作用,其特征在于:对中件(2)的前端制成倾斜的,并在对中结构的前面设置有一圈环形沟槽,沟槽的两个侧边具有不同的倾斜度。
按照本发明,该对中件的前端制成倾斜的,而在位于其后面的对中结构之前设置一个沟槽,该沟槽的前部是一个陡的斜坡,后边是一个缓慢的斜坡,该沟槽的底部大致要宽于CD-唱盘的最大厚度,这样做的优点是,可使CD-唱盘容易地和安全地进行装置;此外还可实现,借助压杆的压紧机构在关闭操作时将CD-唱盘通过斜坡装到对中位置上而不会有损伤的危险。在打开操作时,CD-唱盘滑移到沟槽中,然后由此安全地取出来,带保护槽的改进型对中件的前部同时又起到压杆和压紧机构的对中作用,这样设计的结构方案就防止了CD-唱盘的损伤。
下面就一个实施例并借助附图来描述本发明。它表明:
图1是压杆打开后的侧视图和CD-唱盘、对中件以及转盘的侧剖视图;
图2是带压紧机构的压杆关闭后处于工作位置的侧剖视图。
作为例子在图1和图2中所描绘的用于一个CD-唱盘的夹持装置,是有意进行了简化的,只限于对与发明有关的部件进行描述。在图1中,可围绕旋转点6运动的压杆4处于停止放音的位置。唱盘1挂在对中件2的沟槽中,对中件2安装有转盘3,并固定在轴8上。对一个新安装的CD-唱盘来说,沟槽起着辅助支承的作用,而且也在更换唱盘时起到防止唱盘掉出的保险装置的作用。沟槽的底部要足够宽,大约1.5mm,以使大约1.2mm厚度的CD-唱盘松动地搁在里边。现在,当接通放音状态时,压杆4就与其中活动安装的压紧机构5在弹簧7的作用下围绕旋转点6旋转(如图2所示),然后,推动CD-唱盘1越过沟槽的后斜坡移到对中件2上所希望的对中位置。压紧机构5由一个永久磁铁构成,它与由软磁材料构成的转盘3共同作用,由此,CD-唱盘1被牢固地夹住。作为优点所表明的是,对中件2的前端斜角大约45°,以使压紧机构5容易地导入。与此相似,沟槽的后侧也是倾斜大约45°,为的是将CD-唱盘容易地导引到对中位置,沟槽前斜边是5~10°的陡坡结构,以使当压杆4打开而压紧机构5离开唱盘1的情况下CD-唱盘1保险地挂在沟槽内。
如果一个停止放音指令给出并用手工将压杆4置于图1所示位置的话,那么,CD-唱盘1就被松开,但它只能滑动到所示沟槽中的位置,而不会掉出来,因此,操作者可安全地将它取出。

Claims (6)

1、带辅助支承和保险装置,以防止CD-唱盘从一个立式唱机掉落下来的夹持装置,它由一个带压紧机构的压杆构成,压紧机构与和对中件构成安装付的转盘共同起作用,其特征在于:
对中件(2)的前端制成倾斜的,并在对中结构的前面设置有一圈环形沟槽,沟槽的两个侧边具有不同的倾斜度。
2、按照权利要求1的夹持装置,其特征在于:
对中件(2)前端的倾斜角和位于对中结构前面的沟槽后倾斜角大约都是45°,而沟槽的前斜边和垂直线间的夹角大约为5~10°。
3、按照权利要求1的夹持装置,其特征在于:
沟槽的底至少具有1.5mm的宽度。
