本发明是一种新型板材,其组分如下:轻烧镁100份,氯化镁50~75份,氧化硅2.5~25份,珍珠岩1.0~2.5份,108环保胶1.0~20份,多聚磷酸钠0.3~0.8份,硫酸亚铁,0.3~0.8份,磷酸0.4~1.0份,木纤维2.5~15份。该发明具无毒、无辐射、无味、耐火性强等环保性能,制造方法简单,适用于地面铺设材料及其它建材行业。

新型板材及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明属于一种板材,具体涉及一种新型板材及其制造方法。
背景技术
地面铺设材料,常见的有:木地板、瓷砖、大理石等,其中的木地板具有防滑、柔软及保温性能好的优点。目前,有一种塑木地板,由塑料粒、木粉、木质素、石蜡、聚乙烯蜡、酸酐、镁盐晶须和硬脂酸组成。这种木地板不防水、不防潮、易变形,而且其材料都含有对人体有害的化学物质,辐射强,有刺激性气味。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无毒、无辐射、无味,耐火性强的新型板材。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种新型板材,其成分如下:轻烧镁100份,氯化镁50~75份,氧化硅2.5~25份,珍珠岩1~2.5份,108环保胶1.0~20份,多聚磷酸钠0.3~0.8份,硫酸亚铁,0.3~0.8份,磷酸0.4~1.0份,木纤维2.5~15份。
本发明还提供了上述新型板材的制造方法,包括如下步骤:
a、将轻烧镁、氧化硅、珍珠岩、木纤维混合后搅拌均匀;
b、添加氯化镁、108环保胶、硫酸亚铁、多聚磷酸钠、磷酸混合后搅拌均匀;
c、将a和b步骤中的组分进一步磨碎细化;
d、铺料;
e、压制成型;
f、在温度20~30℃下保温进行初级养护0.6-1.5小时;
g、在温度25~35℃,湿度在95~99%下进行中级养护60-80小时;
h、将产品在通风状态下进行最终养护。
所述压制时的压力值为10~18KG/cm2
本发明所采用的材料,基本上类似于石质材料,因此具有诸多环保性能:无毒、无辐射、无味、耐火性强,而且其制造方法也简单,适用于地面铺设材料及其它建材行业。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作详细描述:
新型板材的成分包括:轻烧镁,氯化镁,氧化硅,珍珠岩,108环保胶,多聚磷酸钠,硫酸亚铁,磷酸,木纤维。以上的成分主要成分是是无机材料,其受外界(温度、湿度)的影响很小,因此整个地板稳定性也高。
实施例1
新型板材的成分如下:轻烧镁100份,氯化镁50份,氧化硅2.5份,珍珠岩2.5份,108环保胶20份,多聚磷酸钠0.8份,硫酸亚铁,0.3份,磷酸0.4份,木纤维2.5份。
实施例2
新型板材的成分如下:轻烧镁100份,氯化镁75份,氧化硅25份,珍珠岩10份,108环保胶1.0份,多聚磷酸钠0.3份,硫酸亚铁,0.8份,磷酸1.0份,木纤维15份。
实施例3
新型板材的成分如下:轻烧镁80份,氯化镁60份,氧化硅10份,珍珠岩2份,108环保胶10份,多聚磷酸钠0.5份,硫酸亚铁,0.5份,磷酸0.6份,木纤维8份。
本新型板材所采用的材料,基本上类似于石质材料,主要是镁盐、硅盐等惰性材料组成。跟石材所含的硅、钙、镁相同。因此具有诸多环保性能:无毒、无辐射、无味、耐火性强等,还具有外形美观、价格低廉的优点。
本新型板材的制造方法,如图1所示,包括如下步骤:
a、先将干料:轻烧镁、氧化硅、珍珠岩、木纤维,混合后搅拌均匀;
b、添加湿料:氯化镁、108环保胶、硫酸亚铁、多聚磷酸钠、磷酸,混合后搅拌均匀;
c、进一步磨碎细化;
d、铺料,铺料是一种工艺过程,即把磨碎细化的混合料均匀地铺放在模具上;
e、压制成型,即板材;
f、在温度20~30℃下保温进行初级养护1小时,将板材转到模板上堆码起来,经过自身的化学反应硬化;
g、在温度25~35℃,湿度95~99%下进行中级养护72小时,板材硬化后,反应并没有终止,此时,应将其移到养护房,每张板材要隔开,并保持养护房空气流动和恒湿,及时把板材在化学反应的产生的热量带走;
h、将产品在通风状态下进行最终养护,板材释热反应已基本完成,但不是反应完成,这时还需要把板材堆码好,让它继续反应及定型,时间为20天以上。
压制时的压力值为10~18KG/cm2。压力值最好是15KG/cm2,压力值主要是靠可调压力的压力机来完成,该压力值是经过长期的实验得到,在此压力下生产出来的板材比较适合应用于木地板上。压力能改变板材的很多不足,如板面平整度、厚薄偏差、密度不均匀、性能不稳定等。
综上所述,该发明方法的制造方法简单,被应用于地面铺设材料及其它建材行业。

1. 一种新型板材,其特征在于,所述新型板材的成分如下:轻烧镁100份,氯化镁50~75份,氧化硅2.5~25份,珍珠岩1.0~2.5份,108环保胶1.0~20份,多聚磷酸钠0.3~0.8份,硫酸亚铁0.3~0.8份,磷酸0.4~1.0份,木纤维2.5~15份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述新型板材的制造方法,其特征在于,所述新型板材的制造方法包括如下步骤:
a、将轻烧镁、氧化硅、珍珠岩、木纤维,混合后搅拌均匀;
b、添加氯化镁、108环保胶、硫酸亚铁、多聚磷酸钠、磷酸,混合后搅拌均匀;
c、进一步磨碎细化;
d、铺料;
e、压制成型;
f、在温度为20~30℃下保温进行初级养护0.6-1.5小时;
g、在温度25~35℃,湿度为95~99%下进行中级养护60-80小时;
h、将成品在通风状态下进行最终养
3. 根据权利要求2所述新型板材的制造方法,其特征在于:所述压制时的压力值为10~18kg/cm2
