Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及到一种用于输送燃油的燃油输送单元,其具有:电动机;电动机的磁轭环;设置在磁轭环内部的磁壳以及用于容纳磁轭环的电动机机壳。
背景技术
这样的具有用于驱动燃油泵的电动机的燃油输送单元在当今的机动车中经常被使用到并且在实践中广为人知。电动机的定子具有由磁轭环构成的组件,该组件具有两个磁壳和两个磁性止动弹簧。该组件的功能是用于提供磁场,其中磁壳感应出磁通量并且磁场被磁轭环闭合。磁性止动弹簧用于将磁壳固定在磁轭环上。该组件与电动机机壳和用于支承电动机转子的支承端盖连接。
已公开的燃油输送单元的电动机的缺点是,其由非常多的部件组成并且装配的费用高昂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是设计一种开头所述类型的燃油输送单元,使其尽可能费用低廉地制造。
根据本发明这样地实现该目的,即一体成型的本体包括磁轭环以及与该磁轭环邻接的电动机机壳和/或磁壳的部件,所述一体成型的本体由在其中粘接有铁氧体的塑料制成。
通过这种设计,在电动机机壳和磁壳之间设置的磁轭环至少与另一个与其邻接的部件一体制成。因此,电动机的需装配的部件数量保持特别的少。此外,磁轭环与磁壳的一体制成导致部件数量保持特别的少,因为不再需要用于对磁壳偏压的磁性止动弹簧。电动机与电动机机壳的一体制造具有这样的优点,即在两个相互径向插入的部件中避免了紧公差。因此,根据本发明的燃油输送单元可以特别成本低廉地制造,并且当一体成型的本体由在其中粘接有铁氧体的塑料制成时,一体成型的本体能够通过注塑法以特别低廉的成本制造。
根据本发明另一个有利的改进方案,当塑料是聚苯硫醚时,将有助于进一步地减少电动机的制造成本。
在通常情况下,装配好的电动机被插入到燃油输送单元的管状的壳体部件中并与之连接。当用于输送燃油箱中的燃油的输送泵的壳体部件与本体一体制造时,将有助于简化电动机在根据本发明的燃油输送单元中的装配。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明的输送单元,其用于输送机动车中的燃油。输送单元具有由电动机1驱动的输送泵2,该输送泵具有被驱动的叶轮3。电动机1具有转子4和定子5。转子4在泵壳6和连接件7中可旋转地安置,并且与叶轮3连接。电动机1具有包围磁轭环8的电动机机壳9。通常在磁轭环8的内侧设置有两个磁壳10。该磁壳10在转子4中感应出磁通量。磁轭环8闭合磁壳10的磁通量。连接件7具有用于燃油管道(未示出)的接头11。此外,在连接件7上设置有用于电动机1的联接触点12。输送泵2把燃油从在壳体部件13中设置的汲取管道14,经过在支承端盖6中设置的排出管道15穿过电动机1输送到连接件7。支承端盖6和壳体部件13借助于间隔件16相互保持一定间距。间隔件16具有比叶轮3略微大些的高度。为详细地说明,燃油的流向以箭头示出。设计为侧通道泵的输送泵2的部分环形管道17和用于转子4的支承部位18设置在支承端盖6中。通过图1中部件的图示仅仅说明其在输送单元中的功能。

Claims (9)

1. 一种用于输送燃油的燃油输送单元,其具有:电动机;电动机的磁轭环;设置在所述磁轭环内部的磁壳以及用于容纳所述磁轭环的电动机机壳,其特征在于,一体成型的本体(19,19′,19″,19″′,19″″)包括磁轭环(8)以及与该磁轭环相邻的所述电动机机壳(9)和/或所述磁壳(10)的部件,所述一体成型的本体(19,19′,19″,19″,19″″)由在其中粘接有铁氧体的塑料制成。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的燃油输送单元,其特征在于,所述塑料是聚苯硫醚。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的燃油输送单元,其特征在于,用于输送燃油箱中的燃油的输送泵(2)的壳体部件与所述本体(19″,19″′)一体制成。
4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的燃油输送单元,其特征在于,包括所述磁轭环(8)的所述本体(19′,19″′,19″″)具有法兰(20),该法兰用于与为连接燃油管道而设置的连接件(7)连接。

8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的燃油输送单元,其特征在于,包括所述磁轭环(8)的所述本体(19″、19″′)与具有所述输送泵(2)的管道(17)的部件一体地连接。
9. 根据权利要求7所述的燃油输送单元,其特征在于,包括所述磁轭环(8)的所述本体(19″、19″′)与具有所述输送泵(2)的管道(17)的部件一体地连接。
