背景技术
[02]已经知道使用泵或阀门用以按剂量分配流体产品(液体、乳液或粉末),尤其是在医药、香水和化妆品的领域中。特别是在医药领域中,避免任何超剂量的危险是非常重要的。使用一通过一种推进气体工作的阀门,其问题尤其在于所喷射剂量的计算,且常常需要避免任何计量不足的危险,以避免使用者面对一空的装置,而他自己认为还剩有剂量。实际上,对采用一种推进气体运行的阀门,在分配产品时,产品的分配通过所述高压推进气体进行,且使用者非常容易感觉到产品的分配。相反,当使用一泵且特别是新型泵时,雾粒非常微细,以至于使用者不是总能感觉到剂量的分配。某些鼻腔分配泵尤其是这样。在这种情况下,如果对使用者没有任何指示以告知使用者剂量已经分配出,则存在这样一种危险:使用者由于认为他的第一次作动无效而重新启动装置。这会导致超剂量的危险,而超剂量可能对使用者的健康是有害的。

具体实施方式
[15]参照该图,该图表示一设有一喷雾头20的泵10。泵可以是任何类型,且因此下面对该泵的内部结构不作更深入的描述。但是,本发明更特别地是用于分配泵,所述分配泵能够在每次作动时以特别细微的雾化方式分配一剂量的流体产品。图中所示的分配头20是一鼻腔分配头,并且它用于手动促动泵10。当然,本发明不局限于图中所示的例子,而是可以考虑不同的实施变型。泵10用于采用任何一种已知的方式组装在一储存器(未示出)上。

Claims (7)
1. 流体产品喷雾装置,该装置包括:一流体产品分配泵(10),所述泵(10)进行工作而无需推进气体,并且无需有源的喷雾部件;和一喷雾头(20),用于手动促动所述泵(10),其特征在于,
所述装置包括分配检测部件(30),用于检测一产品剂量的分配,所述检测部件(30)能够输送一信号,以便告知使用者所述泵已经有效地分配出一剂量的产品;
所述装置是一鼻腔喷雾装置,所述泵(10)能够以非常微细的雾化方式分配产品,以至于使用者感觉不到这种喷雾,所述检测部件(30)在每次分配一剂量产品时告知使用者。
2. 如权利要求1所述的产品,其特征在于,所述分配泵(10)通过一排出通道(50)与一喷雾孔(40)连接,所述检测部件(30)安设在所述排出通道(50)中。
3. 如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述检测部件(30)包括一排出检测器,所述排出检测器能够检测产品在所述排出通道(50)中的通过。
4. 如权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述排出检测器(30)包括一压力传感器,所述压力传感器能够检测在一剂量产品喷射时刻的压差。
5. 如上述权利要求1至4中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述检测部件(30)与电子部件连接,以便处理由所述检测部件(30)输送的信号。
6. 如上述权利要求1至4中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述检测部件(30)另外能够使一剂量计增量或相应地减量。
7. 如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述泵(10)进行工作而无需推进气体,并且无需压电或静电喷雾部件。
