Abstract

可正确地检测对于内藏于消声器的颗粒过滤器直接流通的排气温度。排气管中途的消声器(1)中内藏颗粒过滤器(9)的排气净化装置,在在消声器(1)的壳体(2)上的测温处借助杯状物(21)形成凹下至接近该壳体(2)内颗粒过滤器(9)的位置的凹部;在该杯状物(21)构成的凹部的最深部贯通设置的温度传感器(22)。

排气净化装置
技术领域
本发明涉及排气净化装置。
背景技术
由柴油发动机所排出的颗粒(Particulate Matter粒子状物质)以由碳构成的煤、由高沸点烃构成的SOF成分(Soluble Organic Fraction:可溶性有机成分)为主要成分,进而含有微量硫酸盐(喷雾状硫酸成分)而组成。作为降低这种颗粒的对策,现有技术为在排出气体流通的排气管的中途装备颗粒过滤器。
在此,颗粒过滤器为由堇青石等陶瓷构成的多孔质蜂窝结构,区划为格栅状的各流路的入口交替地封闭孔眼,对于入口没有封闭孔眼的流路,在其出口封闭孔眼,只有透过区划各流路的多孔质薄壁的排出气体向下游侧排出,颗粒被捕获收集在上述多孔质薄壁的内侧表面。
装备这种颗粒过滤器时,在拖拉机等轴距短的车辆情况下,各种配件类已经以紧密的状态布置,在避免与这些配件类干涉的同时确保新的颗粒过滤器的搭载空间较难,所以探讨可将颗粒过滤器内藏于消声器中,将两者高效地配置在同一搭载空间的方法。
而且,在颗粒过滤器内积存有源于润滑油的无法燃烧去除的灰分,所以必须将颗粒过滤器酌情地取出而直接进行基于气体清洗或者水清洗的清扫、更换新的颗粒过滤器等,必须为可相对消声器自由装卸颗粒过滤器的结构。
例如在与本发明为相同申请人的下述专利文献1中,提出了在箱形消声器内固定设置内壳,将以筒壳一体地抱持颗粒过滤器而单元化的滤筒相对上述内壳插入而安装固定的排气净化装置。

但是,这种相对在箱形的消声器中固定设置的内壳而装卸滤筒的结构下,该滤筒收容在与消声器壳体分离的中心部附近而在周围确保消音用的空间,所以即便在消声器壳体上贯通设置温度传感器,其测温部也位于远离颗粒过滤器的位置,不得不以消音用空间内的排气温度作为直接流入颗粒过滤器的排气温度的代用值而检测。
因此,即便为了将颗粒过滤器捕获收集的颗粒积极地燃烧去除而进行发动机侧的燃烧控制、实施借助补充喷射的燃料添加和借助后继喷射的排气升温,也不能正确地检测直接流入颗粒过滤器的排气温度,难以更加精细且正确地进行发动机侧的燃烧控制也是问题所在。
另外,就发动机侧的燃烧控制补充说明,则如果在比压缩上止点晚的非着火时间实行补充喷射而添加未燃燃料,其添加燃料在附着于颗粒过滤器的氧化触媒上(在颗粒过滤器的前段另外配置氧化触媒时在该氧化触媒上)进行氧化反应,借助此反应热颗粒过滤器的触媒基底温度上升而促进颗粒的燃烧去除。
此外,如果在刚刚主喷射之后的可燃烧时间追加后继喷射,由于基于后继喷射的燃料在难以转化为输出功的时间燃烧,发动机的热效率下降,动力燃料发热量中不能利用作动力的热量增加,由此提高排气温度促进颗粒的燃烧去除。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述实际情况提出的,目的在于可正确地检测对于内藏于消声器的颗粒过滤器直接流通的排气温度。
本发明为在排气管中途的消声器中内藏颗粒过滤器,温度传感器贯通消声器的壳体的排气净化装置,其中包括在消声器壳体上的测温处形成、凹下至接近该壳体内颗粒过滤器位置的凹部,温度传感器贯通设置在该凹部的最深部。
而且,这样的话,对于壳体内颗粒过滤器,温度传感器贴近配置,可实现将该温度传感器的测温部尽量接近颗粒过滤器的入口侧端面和出口侧端面的中央部分的温度测量,所以能借助温度传感器正确地检测对于颗粒过滤器直接流通的排气温度。
进而,本发明中,优选凹部形成为杯形且在温度传感器的贯通部分周围确保可操作用于装卸该温度传感器的工具的操作空间,这样的话,将温度传感器贯通设置在凹部最深部时,可通过利用该凹部内所确保的操作空间毫不困难地操作工具而容易地进行温度传感器的装卸工作。
根据本发明的排气净化装置,可达到如下各种优异效果。
(I).由于正确检测出相对内藏于消声器的颗粒过滤器直接流通的排气温度,所以可利用该正确的检测温度进行比现有技术更精细并且更正确的发动机侧的燃烧控制等各种控制。
(II).可在温度传感器的贯通部分周围确保可操作用于装卸该温度传感器的工具的操作空间,并由此毫无困难地操作工具,容易地进行相对凹部最深部的温度传感器的装卸工作。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图说明本发明实施例。
图1至图4表示本发明的一实施例,在形成为箱形的消声器1的壳体2内借助隔板3、4分割为第一室5、第二室6、第三室7三部分,从第二室6至第三室7贯通隔板4固定设置圆筒状的内壳体8,借助此内壳体8在消声器1的壳体2内划定颗粒过滤器9的收容空间。
另一方面,颗粒过滤器9借助由圆筒状的筒壳10一体地抱持而成为单元化的滤筒11,将该滤筒11相对上述内壳体8从上述消声器1的壳体2的后面侧插入而安装固定。
在此,抱持颗粒过滤器9的筒壳10在其插入方向上插入这边一侧端部具有凸缘12,筒壳10插入而装入内壳体8后,上述凸缘12与堵塞上述筒壳10插入这边一侧开口的盖体13的外缘部一起螺栓固结于消声器1的壳体2的后面。
此外,用于将来自上游侧的排气管14(参照图2)的排出气体15导入的入口导管16从消声器1的壳体2的前面插入,直到第一层隔板3而将顶端封闭,借助上述入口导管16导入的排出气体15经由散气孔16a对第一室5放出。
在此,在第一室5中,以相对上述内壳体8连续的方式,贯通隔板3固定设置触媒壳体17,在该触媒壳体17内收容有用于帮助颗粒过滤器9捕获收集的颗粒的燃烧去除的直流型氧化触媒18,来自上述触媒壳体17的切口17a的第一室5的排出气体15对着该氧化触媒18的颗粒过滤器9相反一侧的端面导入。
进而,经过上述氧化触媒18的排出气体15流入内壳体8内的颗粒过滤器9,通过该颗粒过滤器9而捕获收集颗粒后,经由筒壳10的接近插入这边一侧端部的切口10a,以及与这些对应在内壳体8侧开口的切口8a向第三室7放出。
在此,用于将借助颗粒过滤器9净化后的排出气体15排出的出口导管19与入口导管16并列地从消声器1的壳体2的前面插入,直到第三室7而将顶端开放,所以放出到上述第三室7的排出气体15经由上述出口导管19向未图示的下游侧排气管抽出。
而且,有关这种结构的排气净化装置,在本实施例中,如图3以及图4所示,以消声器1的壳体2上接近氧化触媒18和颗粒过滤器9的边界部分为测温处,对着在此开口的安装孔20嵌合安装固定向壳体2的内侧凹下的杯状物21,而借助该杯状物21形成凹下到接近颗粒过滤器9位置的凹部。
进而,在上述杯状物21所形成的凹部的最深部,贯通设置温度传感器22,该温度传感器22的测温部22a通过内壳体8的未图示的切去部插入到氧化触媒18和颗粒过滤器9之间。
另外,在杯状物21中温度传感器22贯通部分的周围,为了经由螺纹连接机构等装卸该温度传感器22,确保有可旋转操作顶端部弯曲的扳手等工具的操作空间23。
而且,若为如上所述的本实施例的排气净化装置的结构,对于在壳体2内的颗粒过滤器9,温度传感器22贴近配置,可实现该温度传感器22的测温部22a尽量接近颗粒过滤器9的入口侧端面中央部的温度测量,所以可借助温度传感器22正确地检测经过氧化触媒18直接流入颗粒过滤器9的排气温度。
从而,根据上述实施例,可正确地检测出经过内藏于消声器1的氧化触媒18直接流入颗粒过滤器9的排气温度,所以通过利用该正确的检测温度,可进行比现有技术更精细并且更正确的发动机侧的燃烧控制。
此外,特别在本实施例中,由于在温度传感器22的贯通部分周围确保可操作用于装卸该温度传感器22的工具的操作空间23,所以可利用该操作空间毫无困难地操作工具,相对杯状物21形成的凹部的最深部容易地进行温度传感器22的装卸工作。
本发明的排气净化装置不仅限定于上述实施例,在颗粒过滤器的前段不一定直列配置氧化触媒,此外,温度传感器的测温部可接近于颗粒过滤器的入口侧和出口侧的任意一方进行测量,消声器形状不限定于箱形,其他,可增加未脱离本发明的要旨范围内的各种变更。

Claims (2)

1.一种排气净化装置,在排气管中途的消声器中内藏颗粒过滤器,温度传感器贯通消声器的壳体,其特征是,包括:在消声器的壳体的测温处形成,凹下至接近该壳体内颗粒过滤器的位置的凹部;所述温度传感器贯通设置在该凹部的最深部。
2.如权利要求1所述的排气净化装置,其特征是,凹部形成为杯形,且在温度传感器的贯通部分周围确保可操作用于装卸该温度传感器的工具的操作空间。
