Abstract

一种车厢间密封连接装置,由呈∏形的橡胶槽构成,橡胶槽宽度与相邻两节车厢之间缝隙宽度相等,其中槽底与槽壁为一体成形,在槽底两面分别固定有一外金属板和一内金属板以形成复合结构;两槽壁分别固定相邻的两节车厢的端头上;槽檐向两侧延伸与车厢壁靠紧;转弯时的内侧,车厢与车厢之间的缝隙变窄,槽壁与车厢圆弧角缝隙减小或靠严,槽檐与端侧壁向内错动;转弯时的外侧,车厢与车厢之间的缝隙变宽,槽壁与车厢圆弧角缝隙增大,槽檐与端侧壁向外错动;以此使车厢之间形成密封光滑的连接。

车厢间密封连接装置
技术领域
本发明属轨道列车技术领域,具体地说涉及磁悬浮列车或轮轨列车各车厢之间密封连接装置技术。
背景技术
现行轮轨客车的各车厢之间是由橡胶筒或手风琴式折叠装置非密封连接的。这种公知的陈旧技术既没有良好的密封效果,确保车厢内不形成负空气压力,又表面粗糙不平,增大了列车运行的阻力。
上海引进的德国TR08型磁悬浮列车的各节车厢之间外端连接处设有20mm以上的橡胶缝。这一公知技术也存在着无密封功能,运行阻力大的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种车厢间密封连接装置,该装置既能保证列车转弯、爬坡需要的弹性,又能保证两车厢之间的密封连接,以使车厢内空气压力稳定,还能保证列车连接处平滑过渡减小运行阻力。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的车厢间密封连接装置,由呈∏形的橡胶槽构成,橡胶槽宽度与相邻两节车厢之间缝隙宽度相等,其中槽底与槽壁为一体成形,在槽底两面分别固定有一外金属板和一内金属板以形成复合结构;两槽壁分别固定相邻的两节车厢的端头上;槽檐向两侧延伸与车厢壁靠紧;
转弯时的内侧,车厢与车厢之间的缝隙变窄,槽壁与车厢圆弧角缝隙减小或靠严,槽檐与端侧壁向内错动;转弯时的外侧,车厢与车厢之间的缝隙变宽,槽壁与车厢圆弧角缝隙增大,槽檐与端侧壁向外错动;以此使车厢之间形成密封光滑的连接。
所述橡胶槽的槽檐为楔形檐。
所述内外金属板用螺丝固定。
所述内外金属板用铆钉固定。
所述槽底与槽壁连接处为弧形连接。

具体实施方式
下所述内容是结合附图对本发明作的详细描述,而不应被理解为是对本发明的限制。
请参阅图1,本发明的车厢间密封连接装置,是用弹性好、伸缩能力强的橡胶一体制成形状为∏形的环形橡胶槽,图1是该环形橡胶槽的横断面的示意图。其中槽壁4的宽度与相邻两节车厢之间缝隙宽度相等。槽底6与槽壁4的连接处为一弧形边3,以加强槽底6和槽壁4之间的连接。在槽底6外侧面固定有一外金属板11,槽底6内侧面,即槽壁4之间固定有一内金属板10,上述的外金属板11和内金属板10将槽底6夹在中间形成复合槽底的结构,两金属板11、10之间可以用螺丝或铆钉12固定。为了使橡胶槽两侧延伸端与车厢1、2壁靠紧,槽底6和外金属板11向两端自然延伸尖灭,形成楔形檐7,与车厢壁形成密封光滑的连接效果。
请参阅图2和图3,本发明车厢间密封连接装置的原理是,槽壁4分别粘在相邻两节车厢1、2的端壁5上,而后用密集的螺钉拧牢靠。槽底及向两侧延伸的楔形檐被槽壁向里拉紧与圆弧形的车厢侧壁靠严,由此形成了内部密封,外部光滑的技术效果。当列车在直线上行驶时,四周槽壁平行,且与槽底垂直。当列车转弯时,转弯的内侧(如图3的左侧)车厢之间缝隙变窄,该侧的槽壁4与车厢圆弧角9缝隙减小或靠严,楔形檐7与车厢端侧壁8向内错动。与此同时,转弯的外侧(如图3的右侧)车厢缝隙变宽,槽壁4与车厢圆弧角9缝隙增大,但由橡胶和金属板制成的复合槽底平直地压在圆弧形车厢端侧壁8上,其压力是由于槽壁4拉伸形变产生的,此时楔形檐7与端侧壁8向外错动。在这一过程中,无论是内侧还是外侧都平整光滑、密封。由于本发明是环形地围绕整个列车一周,因此无论列车左转弯、左转弯、上坡或下坡时的工作情况与上述一样。
本发明应用于列车上有如下优点:
1、无论列车转弯或爬坡都能确保各车厢之间密封连接。
2、车厢之间的连接处平整光滑、阻力小、美观。
3、造价不高。
4、经久耐用。

Claims (5)

1.一种车厢间密封连接装置,由呈∏形的橡胶槽构成,橡胶槽宽度与相邻两节车厢之间缝隙宽度相等,其中槽底与槽壁为一体成形,在槽底两面分别固定有一外金属板和一内金属板以形成复合结构;两槽壁分别固定相邻的两节车厢的端头上;槽檐向两侧延伸与车厢壁靠紧;
转弯时的内侧,车厢与车厢之间的缝隙变窄,槽壁与车厢圆弧角缝隙减小或靠严,槽檐与端侧壁向内错动;转弯时的外侧,车厢与车厢之间的缝隙变宽,槽壁与车厢圆弧角缝隙增大,槽檐与端侧壁向外错动;以此使车厢之间形成密封光滑的连接。
2.权利要求1的车厢间密封连接装置,其特征在于,所述橡胶槽的槽檐为楔形檐。
3.权利要求1的车厢间密封连接装置,其特征在于,所述内外金属板用螺丝固定。
4.权利要求1的车厢间密封连接装置,其特征在于,所述内外金属板用铆钉固定。
5.权利要求1的车厢间密封连接装置,其特征在于,所述槽底与槽壁连接处为弧形连接。
