Description

本发明涉及一种接骨术骨固定用的骨螺钉以及涉及一种接骨术骨固定用的装置。
由先有技术已知在人体或动物体内断骨内部固定的不同装置。

由US 5466237 BYRD已知这样一种用于脊椎体内部固定的在骨锚固螺钉与稳定杆之间的连接。这种已知的发明有一个带螺钉头的骨锚固螺钉,螺钉头在其面朝螺钉杆的那一侧设计成球截层状以及在末端设计为凸的。螺钉的球截层状部分支承在锚固件的孔内,此孔有一个凹的朝螺钉杆方向的收缩段,所以在骨螺钉与锚固件之间形成球铰状连接。若此球铰状连接通过拧紧一个压在置入锚固件内的纵向支架上的螺帽而锁止在锚固件上,则其结果是将纵向支架压在螺钉头末端凸的部分上,并因而将螺钉头锁定在锚固件内。
在末端为凸的螺钉头的情况下存在这样的危险,即,用于在螺钉头内插入螺丝起子的装置,例如设在中央的内六角,减少了压在螺钉头上的纵向支架与螺钉头之间的接触面积。
