Abstract

一种开口式自行车空心曲柄的制造方法,制程如下:(1)曲柄初步成型步骤:将自行车中空曲柄的原料在模具内以锻压机具锻造初步成型,形成一前端部及后端部,其后端部进一步制成开口状,而其前端部则同时制成一供与自行车踏板配合的穿孔;(2)曲柄内部制成中空步骤:利用曲柄后端成开口状的制程下,直接自该开口端中央沿曲柄内部的轴向方向以钻孔或其它方式将其设成中空状;(3)曲柄后端部锻造成形步骤:将整个曲柄轴向内部制成中空状后,再将该呈开口状的曲柄后端部施以压锻造程序,而令曲柄后端部制成与自行车车架的五通管处的心轴配合而呈开口式形状。本发明可达到曲柄整体结构更为轻质化的效果。

开口式自行车空心曲柄的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及自行车曲柄的制造方法,特别是指开口式自行车曲柄的制造方法。
背景技术
参阅图4所示,现有开口式自行车曲柄2的制造方法,其一般主要采用以铸造或锻造方式,而将整支曲柄2直接一体制成后,再于曲柄2的前端部设一穿孔21,以供与自行车踏板心轴(未绘出)作结合定位,而其后端部则设呈开口状22,可供与自行车的车架五通管中的心轴(未绘出)作配合定位。
然而,现有的该种开口式自行车曲柄2,因其整个曲柄呈实心状,因此,使得整个曲柄结构具有一定的重量,而针对时下自行车愈来愈讲求轻质化的今天,如何令产品轻质化即是业者所急于追求之处,故而,其重量重,即为有待改进之处。
再加上,因整个曲柄呈实心状的结构设计下,更是令整支曲柄在最初制造时,无形中也增加其材料成本,而有待改进与克服。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对传统呈开口式的自行车曲柄以铸造方法加以制造所存在的上述缺点而提供一种开口式自行车空心曲柄的制造方法,能制成中空的开口式自行车曲柄,可达到整体结构更为轻质化的效果。
本发明提供的一种开口式自行车空心曲柄的制造方法,主要步骤包括:
(1)曲柄初步成型步骤:将自行车中空曲柄的原料在模具内以锻压机具锻造初步成型,使形成一前端部及后端部,其后端部进一步制成开口状,而其前端部则同时制成一供与自行车踏板配合的穿孔;
(2)曲柄内部制成中空步骤:利用曲柄后端成开口状的制程下,直接自该开口端中央沿曲柄内部的轴向方向以钻孔或锻造方式将其设成中空状;
(3)曲柄后端部锻造成形步骤:将整个曲柄轴向内部制成中空状后,再将该呈开口状的曲柄后端部施以压锻造程序,而令曲柄后端制成与自行车车架的五通管处的心轴配合而呈开口式形状;
而通过上述制程,即可轻易达成中空曲柄的制造方法。
通过上述制造步骤即可制成一种自行车的中空曲柄结构,即可轻易地将传统开口式自行车曲柄原成实心状的结构,所造成重量重,而形成材料成本增加及无法轻质化的缺点进行改良与克服,而可轻易地制成一呈中空的自行车用曲柄结构,达到结构制造简单,可节省材料成本及结构轻质化的效果。

具体实施方式
配合图1、2、3所示,本发明的开口式自行车空心曲柄3的制造方法,其主要步骤包括有:
(1)曲柄3初步成型步骤:将自行车中空曲柄的原料在模具内以锻压机具锻造初步成型,使其形成一前端部31及后端部32,后端部32进一步制成开口状321,而其前端部31则同时制成一供与自行车踏板(未绘出)配合的穿孔311;
(2)曲柄3内部制成中空步骤:利用曲柄3后端部32成开口状321的制程下,直接自该开口端中央沿曲柄3内部的轴向方向以钻孔、锻造或其它方式将其设成中空状33;
(3)曲柄3后端部32锻造成形步骤:将整个曲柄3轴向内部制成中空状33后,再将该呈开口状321的曲柄3后端部32施以压锻造程序,而令曲柄3后端部32制成与自行车车架五通管处的心轴配合而呈开口式形状。
根据上述方法所制成的自行车曲柄3,该曲柄3设有一前端部31及后端部32;前端部31设有与自行车踏板配合的穿孔311,后端部32设成开口状321;该后端部32的开口端中央沿曲柄3内部的轴向方向设成中空状33。
通过上述制造步骤及所制成的曲柄结构,即可轻易地将传统开口式自行车曲柄原成实心状的结构,所造成重量重,而形成材料成本增加及无法轻质化的缺点进行改良与克服,而可轻易地制成一呈中空的自行车用曲柄结构,达到一结构制造简单,可节省材料成本及结构轻质化的效果。

Claims (1)

1.一种开口式自行车空心曲柄的制造方法,其特征在于,主要步骤包括有:
(1)曲柄初步成型步骤:将自行车中空曲柄的原料在模具内以锻压机具锻造初步成型,使形成一前端部及后端部,其后端部进一步制成开口状,而其前端部则同时制成一供与自行车踏板配合的穿孔;
(2)曲柄内部制成中空步骤:利用曲柄后端成开口状的制程下,直接自该开口端中央沿曲柄内部的轴向方向以钻孔或锻造方式将其设成中空状;
(3)曲柄后端部锻造成形步骤:将整个曲柄轴向内部制成中空状后,再将该呈开口状的曲柄后端部施以压锻造程序,而令曲柄后端制成与自行车车架的五通管处的心轴配合而呈开口式形状;
而通过上述制程,可轻易达成中空曲柄的制造方法。
