Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种附着装置,用于将悬吊或捆扎器件附着至准备运输或捆扎的一个构件,该装置具有一个紧固元件,用于把上述器件紧固到相应的构件,该紧固元件由一个螺栓组成,装置还具有一个用于悬吊或捆扎器件的附着元件,和一个连接元件,该连接元件将紧固元件连接至附着元件,该连接元件是这样安装的,使该连接元件在越过紧固元件的长度的一部分包容紧固元件的一个两部分套筒上,能够围绕紧固元件的纵轴转动,并且连接元件在套筒上的轴向位置被安排在套筒的相对的末端处的环形凸缘固定。
背景技术
上述类型的一个附着元件已公开于DE 10013845A1。在已知装置的情况下,连接元件是用滑动配合装在套筒上,套筒包括两部分,其相对的末端表面彼此对接到一起。这种滑动安装通常可满足提出的应完成的要求。然而,如果笨重的物件准备转动同时还要升起,问题仍可能产生。为了增加一个连接元件的可转动性,由DE 8406130.8 U1可以知道须在紧固元件和连接元件之间设置一组滚动接触体,滚动接触体带有滚珠,它们被由连接元件的外部引入它们的引导路径,其费用是较高的。使用只是一组滚动接触体对与第二个已知的装置的紧固元件有关的连接元件的倾斜阻力构成狭窄的限制。最后,专利US3,371,951 A公开一个附着装置,在此装置的情况下紧固元件是由一个螺栓组成的,它被包容紧固元件的两个套筒保持。为了保证在此装置的情况下附着元件的可转动性,在一方面两个套筒通过含有两个轴承环和滚珠的一个轴向轴承支承顶住形成紧固元件的螺栓头,在另一方面,在准备设置此附着装置的物件上,通过同样设计的另一个轴向轴承和一个中间环。第三个已知的装置是不满意的,就此而论它是复杂的结构,以及它的轴向轴承的滚动接触体经受一个未控制水平的预应力,它取决于设计作为紧固元件的螺栓的紧固扭矩。
发明内容
在讨论的类型的一个附着装置的情况下,本发明的目的是增加在紧固元件的连接元件之间相对运动的能力,它借助用一个容易安装的滚动接触安装件代替滑动安装件,同时也要求连接元件的一个高水平的倾斜阻力。
为达到本发明目的,提供一种上述的附着装置,其特征在于,连接元件在每种情况下是通过一两组滚动接触体支承在套筒的环形凸缘的区域内。
按照本发明的附着装置是快速和容易装配的。考虑使用两组滚动接触体,它们以尽可能大的距离彼此隔离开,该装置的连接元件的倾斜阻力是高的,即使用于提升重的载荷,连接元件的可转动性没有缺点。
本发明的其它特点和细节可以由本发明的从属权利要求和参见附图的两个实施例的说明来了解。

具体实施方式
在图1和图2内示出一个紧固元件1,紧固元件由一个螺栓形成以及在紧固元件的上面安装一个由部分2和3组成的一个套筒4。此两部分2和3在套筒4的中心区域内搭接以及借助在此搭接区域的一个压配合彼此连接。一个弹簧环5固定套筒4在紧固元件1上面的位置。
在套筒4的相对的末端具有两个环形凸缘6和7,它们通过锥形表面8和9配合进入套筒4的圆柱部分。在锥形表面8和9区域内,两组滚动接触体12和13安排在套筒4和一个连接元件10之间,该连接元件把紧固元件连接至环形附着元件11,两组滚动接触体与套筒4和连接元件10一起形成倾斜的滚柱轴承。此两组滚动接触轴承12和13是容易安装的,因为首先,一组滚动接触体13的滚动接触体是定位在锥形表面9上,连接元件10随后被推过套筒4的底面部分3,另一组滚动接触体12的滚动接触体在此之后在连接元件10上设置的运动表面上排成一行,以及在此之后套筒4的顶面部分2和底面部分3压紧到一起。在一个最后的安装步骤中,紧固元件1被压进入套筒4,直到弹簧环5卡进套筒4内部的一个凹槽14。
在按照图3和图4的附着装置的情况下,在其中相当于图1和图2内的部件使用相同的图号,连接元件15与紧固元件1的装配与以上所述的方式相同,因此在此方面可参照已经说过的内容。第二实施例与上述的第一实施例之间的差别是,第二实施例的附着元件16是以一种可释放的方式与连接元件15连接的。为此目的,连接元件15设有一个叉头17,该叉头具有一个引入间隙18,该间隙能够通过一个横向螺栓19被桥接。引入间隙18具有一个内部宽度W1,该间隙与一个眼孔20邻接,眼孔20具有一个内部宽度W2,该宽度相当于至少引入间隙18的内部宽度W1的1.5倍。使用带有一个叉头17的一个连接元件15,使有可能把连接元件15与不同类型的附着元件组合起来。有利的是使用类似图3和图4所述的附着元件16的附着元件,该附着元件由一个悬挂元件组成,并设有一个平坦区21,其厚度为a,该厚度a小于引入间隙18的内部宽度W1。
Claims (8)
1.一种附着装置,用于将悬吊或捆扎器件附着至准备运输或捆扎的物件上,所述的附着装置具有一个紧固元件(1),该紧固元件(1)用于紧固所述悬吊或捆扎器件到相应的物件上,并由一个螺栓组成,所述的附着装置还具有一个附着元件(11,16)用于悬吊或捆扎器件,一个将紧固元件连接至附着元件(11,16)的连接元件(10,15),该连接元件(10,15)是这样安装的,使该连接元件(10,15)在越过紧固元件的长度的一部分包容紧固元件的一个两部分套筒(4)上,能够围绕紧固元件(1)的纵轴转动,并且连接元件(10,15)在套筒(4)上的轴向位置被安排在套筒(4)的相对的末端处的环形凸缘(6,7)固定,其特征在于,连接元件(10,15)在每种情况下是通过一系列的滚动接触体(12,13)支承在套筒(4)上的环形凸缘(6,7)的区域内。
2.按照权利要求1的附着装置,其特征在于,组成套筒(4)的两个部分(2,3)至少是部分搭接的,并在该搭接区域内是借助一个压配合彼此连接的。
3.按照权利要求1或2的附着装置,其特征在于,两组滚动接触体(12,13)与连接元件(10,15)和套筒(4)一起形成倾斜的滚柱轴承。
4.按照权利要求1或2的附着装置,其特征在于,附着元件(11,16)是在距紧固元件(1)一定的距离处以可枢转的方式安装到连接元件(10,15)上。
5.按照权利要求1或2的附着装置,其特征在于,连接元件(15)具有一个叉头(17),附着元件(16)能够悬挂在该叉头中。
6.按照权利要求5的附着装置,其特征在于,叉头(17)设置一个眼孔(20),该眼孔邻接一个引入间隙(18),该间隙能够通过一个横向螺栓被桥接,以及眼孔(20)的内部宽度(W2)大于引入间隙(18)的内部宽度(W1)。
7.按照权利要求6的附着装置,其特征在于,连接元件(16)设置一个平坦区(21),其宽度(a)小于引入间隙(18)的内部宽度(W1)。
8.按照权利要求1或2的附着装置,其特征在于,附着元件(11,16)是由一个悬挂元件组成的,该悬挂元件能够摆动越过紧固元件(1)。
