技术领域
本发明涉及一种接收窗帘式气囊的装潢面的安装结构，更具体来说，涉及在车身前立柱部件中用来接收窗帘式气囊的装潢面，当气囊打开时，通过防止其与前立柱分离，来避免乘客受到伤害。
技术背景
窗帘式气囊通常安装在车身一侧的前立柱部件和乘客舱里的装潢面之间的空间中。当气囊工作时，在装潢面和车身一侧前立柱部件之间的缝隙被增大或分离，气囊则通过所得到的空间而打开。
当气囊工作时，如果所述装潢面与车身一侧的前立柱部件完全分离，乘客就会受到伤害。
因此应当允许该装潢面轻微地打开或从车身一侧的前立柱部件分离，以协助气囊的打开，但是要防止完全的分离。现正在设计各种形式的措施，以使得在窗帘式气囊打开时，装潢面与车身的分离不会导致对乘客的伤害。
发明内容
本发明的具体实施例提供了一种用来接收窗帘式气囊的装潢面的安装结构，其中窗帘式气囊安装在车身侧的前立柱部件与装潢面形成的空间中。优选的，使用一个附加的部件来将装潢面的后部固定到前立柱上，并被该部件这样被支撑，使得当窗帘式气囊打开时，装潢面不会与前立柱部件分离。
本发明的一个优选实施例中包括了车身的前立柱部件；安装在乘客舱中并与前立柱部件形成一定空间的装潢面；安装部件，在所述前立柱部件与装潢面形成的空间中，其一侧与所述前立柱部件结合，另一侧与装潢面结合；还有一个形成在所述安装部件一侧的接收部件，用来接收窗帘式气囊。

具体实施方式
如图1到图4所示，在本发明的一个优选实施例中，装潢面12面向乘客舱内部安装在车身的前立柱部件10上。在前立柱部件10与装潢面12形成的空间中，安装部件14的两侧固定在前立柱部件10和装潢面12的后部。安装部件14这样固定安装，即使得其一侧通过螺钉连接到前立柱部件10上来固定，另一侧也通过螺钉连接到所述装潢面12的后部来固定。
接收部件18(有时被称作驾驶室保护罩)与使窗帘式气囊16能够打开的安装部件14的一侧结合。该接收部件18在一端形成了一个锁定槽18a，并且在另外一端形成一个锁齿18b，与所述锁定槽18a结合。一个主凸台12a设置在所述装潢面12上以固定安装部件14的另一侧，该装潢面以向前立柱部件10伸出的方式形成。支持部12b在内部为阶梯形式的主凸台的入口处形成为一体。盖件20与装潢面12单独制造，且其与主部件12a结合在一起，来从外部隐藏主部件12a.
此外，一个副凸台14a在安装部件14的另一侧形成为一体，通过螺栓与装潢面12的主凸台12a相结合。以稍微倾斜的方式形成的连接部14b设置在所述安装部件14的一侧和另一侧之间。
安装部件14的一侧通过诸如螺栓(B)和螺母(N)的紧固件来与前立柱部件10结合。形成在安装部件14另一侧的副凸台14a通过螺栓(B)和起螺母作用的垫圈(W)，与装潢面12上的主凸台12a相结合。
在图中，附图标记22和24分别表示与前立柱部件10相结合的挡风条和挡风玻璃。
当窗帘式气囊16打开时，接收部件18的固定槽18a和固定齿18b之间的连接被取消，装潢面12通过打开的窗帘式气囊16与前立柱部件10分离，这样就可以帮助窗帘式气囊的打开。
因为装潢面12并不是通过安装部件14完全与前立柱部件10分离，其中一端固定在前立柱部件10上，另一端固定在装潢面12的主凸台12a上，就可以避免乘客舱里的乘客由于从前立柱部件10上分离的装潢面12而受到伤害。
此外，将安装部件14的一侧和另一侧之间的间隙连接在一起的由韧性材料制成的连接部14b使得安装部件的另一侧(副凸台)的位置相对于安装部件14的一侧平滑移动，从而使得前立柱部件10和装潢面12之间的空间，即窗帘式气囊打开的空间，可以容易地形成。
如上所述，根据本发明中的用来接收窗帘式气囊的装潢面的安装结构，在前立柱部件与装潢面之间的空间中安装有一个安装部件，其两侧分别与前立柱部件和装潢面相结合。当窗帘式气囊打开时，装潢面适当地从前立柱部件分离，使得窗帘式气囊平滑地打开，以防止装潢面与前立柱部件完全分离，从而避免了由于装潢面完全分离对乘客的伤害。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于接收窗帘式气囊的装潢面的安装结构，包括：
车身的前立柱部件；
部分地安装在前立柱部件周围的装潢面，以在它们之间限定一个空间；
安装部件；和
接收部件，形成在安装部件的一侧，以便用来接收窗帘式气囊，
其特征在于：
所述安装部件的第一部分在前立柱部件和装潢面之间形成的空间中被固定在前立柱部件上，所述安装部件的第二部分固定在装潢面上。
2.如权利要求1中所述的安装结构，还包括：
主凸台部，以突出的的形式形成在装潢面上，朝向前立柱部件；和
在主凸台部入口处的装潢面上以阶梯形式形成的支持部，使得安装部件可以固定在主凸台部上，并且一个分离的盖件可以被接纳在支持部上。
3.如权利要求1中所述的安装结构，其中在安装部件上形成有一个副凸台，使得所述部件可以用韧性材料的连接部被固定到装潢面上。
4.如权利要求1中所述的安装结构，其中接收部件设置有形成在一端的锁定槽和形成在另一端的锁定齿，以结合形成闭合的部分。
