Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于管道的抗震支架,尤其是用于卫生系统的管道。
背景技术
在本领域中,众所周知要为管道设置支架。这种支架通常包括一种在连接两个管子的机械接头每一侧的支撑件。为了对管道提供充分的支撑,支撑件再被连接到一个永久结构、例如天花板上。
然而,这种支架不能提供针对地震或任何作用到管道上的侧向冲击的保护,这将导致机械接头的失效。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种管道抗震支架,包括:至少两个支撑件,每个所述支撑件适于在一个机械接头的每一侧支撑一个管子的一端;所述支撑件通过连接装置彼此连接,所述连接装置设有多个孔,所述多个孔适于接受线以从天花板上支撑所述管道,并通过相对于竖直方向最多呈90°的一个角度连接的所述线提供抗震保护,每个线被紧固到所述多个孔的相应孔中。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种管道、例如卫生系统的管道的抗震支架。
参看图1,示出根据本发明的一个第一优选实施例的一种支架10。该支架10具有两个半圆形的支撑件11,每个支撑件设有凸缘13。通过一个纵向托架15将支撑件11彼此连接起来。将托架焊接或者固定到在凸缘13的底侧。支架10设置有多个孔17。至少其中一个孔用于支撑管道,最好两个孔用于此目的,如图3所示,其中,线19是支撑线。至少一个、但最好至少两个孔用于抗震支架,如线21所示,它们以偏离竖直线不大于90°的角进行延伸,如图3b所示。以这种方式固定管道,提供充分的支撑以及抗震保护。
应该理解的是,这些线可以是金属丝、绳索、绞线、链条等等,取决于实际安装的需要,任何这种装置将满足本发明的目的。
本领域的技术人员将会认识到,支架10可以被制造成不同的尺寸,以适应不同的管道,并且可以用不同的材料制造。另外,支架10的长度最好适于避免与连接两个管道的机械接头的任何干涉。
在图2中示出了另一个支架实施例110。其中,支撑件111具有一个弧形或者J形,支撑件向上延伸。该支撑件与固定在支撑托架115顶部的一个连接托架113固定在一起。支撑托架115设置有两个向下倾斜的凸缘,每一个凸缘上有一个孔。这样,该孔具有两个目的:支撑管道、提供抗震保护。用一些呈一个角度延伸的线,将托架115的每一侧固定到一个结构、例如天花板上,该角度最好是35°(尽管不一定绝对是本领域技术人员所认同的35°,事实上也可以是其它角度,但是35°是最佳方案)。为了更多地支撑,也可以提供一个基本竖直的线,它连接到固定托架113、115的螺栓上。
用35°线同时提供支撑和抗震保护的作用,还提供另外的好处:如果更多的重量施加在管子上,这些线的角度将使托架115推向托架113,就防止了两者之间形成开口,它会导致J形件从连接装置中脱离开来。
与前一个实施例一样,支架110可以被制造成不同的尺寸以适应不同的管道。另外,两个支撑件之间的距离适于避免与连接两个管道的机械接头的任何干涉。
在一个优选实施例中,第二实施例最好用于具有直径直到6英寸的管道,而第一个实施例,如果具有较强的结构,可以用于直径直到24英寸的管道。应该理解的是,随着相应的支撑强度的增加,可以支撑更大的直径。
尽管本发明是通过优选实施例来解释的,但是应该指出的是,在本发明所附权利要求的范围内,对优选实施例的任何修改不能被认为是改变了本发明的特征和保护范围。例如,尽管所示的抗震支架为两个支撑件,在管道机械接头的每一侧,一些环境也许要求更多的支撑件,例如为了获得一个更加坚固的结构。另外,尽管第一个实施例用的是基本垂直的线,如果环境保证,也可以用45°的线。
Claims (7)
1.一种管道抗震支架,包括:
至少两个支撑件,每个所述支撑件适于在一个机械接头的每一侧支撑一个管子的一端;所述支撑件通过连接装置彼此连接,所述连接装置设有多个孔,所述多个孔适于接受线以从天花板上支撑所述管道,并通过相对于竖直方向最多呈90°的一个角度连接的所述线提供抗震保护,每个线被紧固到所述多个孔的相应孔中。
2.根据权利要求1的管道抗震支架,其特征在于,所述抗震保护通过所述线中的至少一个线来实现,该线以相对竖直方向最多呈90°的一个角度延伸,并且与所述适于提供抗震保护的多个孔中的所述至少一个孔以及一个结构相连接。
3.根据权利要求1的管道抗震支架,其特征在于,所述支撑件中的每一个都大体呈J形;所述管道置于所述J形的内侧边上,并且所述连接装置位于所述管道的上方;所述连接装置设有两个向下延伸的凸缘。
4.根据权利要求3的管道抗震支架,其特征在于,所述J形具有关于管道的纵向轴线彼此相对的开口。
5.根据权利要求2的管道抗震支架,其特征在于,所述支撑件是半圆形,以在其中接受相应的管道,所述支撑件包括与所述支撑件制成一体的在所述管道的相对侧的凸缘,并且所述连接装置还包括分别连接每个所述支撑件的所述凸缘中的相对凸缘的两个纵向托架,所述纵向托架被固定到所述相对凸缘的底侧。
6.根据权利要求5的管道抗震支架,其特征在于,所述纵向托架被焊接到所述相对凸缘上。
7.根据权利要求5的管道抗震支架,其特征在于,所述连接装置包括四个孔,其中至少两个孔用于提供支撑,其中至少一个孔用于提供抗震保护。
