Abstract

本发明公开了一种内螺纹传热管,属于一种传热元件。本发明需要解决的技术问题是设计一种内螺纹传热管,在冷凝工况下有高的传热效果且在蒸发工况下也有的传热效果。本发明的技术方案是,一种内螺纹传热管,其内表面上有螺旋齿,螺旋齿的横截面为Y字形,相邻的两齿之间有一开口空腔。齿的两侧壁的高度相等或不相等。相邻两齿间空腔的最大宽度大于空腔的宽度。螺旋齿的螺旋角0°<β≤30°。传热管内表面上的螺旋齿数为30-200条。相邻两齿间的空腔口的宽度为0.01-0.25mm。本发明的传热管适用房、间空调器,尤其适用于冷暧型房间空调器。

一种内螺纹传热管
技术领域
本发明涉及一种传热元件,特别是制冷和空调设备用的一种内螺纹传热管。
背景技术
目前使用的单一制冷剂(如R22),以及混合制冷剂(如R407C或R410A)的制冷和空调器中的传热管,多数使用的是内表面带有简单螺旋齿的内螺纹管。为了进一步提高传热系数,现阶段各生产厂家正将这种内螺纹管的齿,朝着瘦且高的方向发展。通过大量实验数据及实验过程录像发现,瘦高齿在作冷凝管时,与普通齿相比,其内表面换热系数确实有较大提高。这是符合冷凝强化换热机理的格里谷里希(GREGORIG)效应的。但对于蒸发管,瘦高齿的换热性能并不十分突出。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是设计一种内螺纹传热管,其在冷凝工况下有高的热交换效果且在蒸发工况下也有高的热交换效果。本发明的技术方案是,一种内螺纹传热管,其内表面上有螺旋齿,其特征在于:螺旋齿的横截面为Y字形,相邻的两齿之间有一开口空腔。齿的两侧壁的高度相等或不相等。相邻两齿间空腔的最大宽度大于空腔口的宽度。螺旋齿的螺旋角为0°<β≤30°。传热管内表面上的螺旋齿数为30-200条。相邻两齿间的空腔口的宽度为0.01-0.25mm。本发明由于采用Y形齿内螺纹抟热管,因而与现有技术比较具有传热效果高适用范围广的显著优点。

具体实施方式
结合上述附图对本发明作详细描述,在传热管的内表面上设有均匀分布的高度相同的螺旋齿1,齿的横截面为Y形齿,齿的两侧为内凹的弧线,齿顶为两条外凸的弧线(参见图1);Y形齿的另一种结构是齿的两侧为内凹的折线,齿顶为内凹的折线(参见图2);空腔口的宽度γ为0.01-0.25mm,且空腔的最大宽度大于γ(参见图1和图2)。齿的高度Hf1为0.06-0.3mm,Hf2为0.06-0.3mm,Hf1和Hf2既可以相等也可以不相等,齿的底部厚度TW为0.15-0.6mm,齿顶角α为15°-180°。对于房间空调器φ4-7mm传热管,螺旋齿的周向齿数为30-150条,齿高为0.06-0.25mm,底壁厚为0.15-0.3mm。对于房间空调器φ7-9.52mm的传热管,螺旋齿的周向齿数为40-180条,齿高为0.10-0.3mm,底壁厚为0.20-0.40mm。对于房间空调器φ9.52-16mm的传热管,螺旋齿的周向齿数为50-200条,齿高为0.15-0.35mm,底壁厚为0.3-0.6mm。本发明的螺旋角β大于0°小于等于30°。这种传热管由于其在冷凝工况和蒸发工况下均具有较高的传热效果,特别适用于冷暧型房间空调器,克服了现有传热管在冷凝(或蒸发)工况下传热效果好而在蒸发(或冷凝)工况下传热效果差的缺点。

Claims (6)

1.一种内螺纹传热管,其内表面上有螺旋齿,其特征在于:螺旋齿的横截面为Y字形,相邻的两齿之间有一开口空腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内螺纹传热管,其特征在于:齿的两侧壁的高度相等或不相等。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种内螺纹传热管,其特征在于:相邻两齿间空腔的最大宽度大于空腔口的宽度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种内螺纹传热管,其特征在于:螺旋齿的螺旋角为0°<β≤30°。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种内螺纹传热管,其特征在于:传热管内表面上的螺旋齿数为30-200条。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种内螺纹传热管,其特征在于:相邻两齿间的空腔口的宽度为0.01-0.25mm。
