Abstract

技术领域
本发明总的涉及具有至少一个带有涂层的承重件的电梯带索或绳索,尤其涉及一种涂有无蜡尿烷涂层的电梯带索或绳索。
发明背景
电梯系统通常具有用于在楼房各层楼梯口平台之间运送乘客的舱室,该舱室常常与一个配重相连接。该配重与舱室通常用绳索或带索相连接。在一些结构中,上述的绳索或带索由多个承重件例如钢丝绳或股绳组成,这些承重件通常涂上尿烷涂层。
采用普通的尿烷涂层带来一个困难,就是尿烷材料一般都含有一种或多种蜡。加入蜡通常作为尿烷制造工艺的一部分,通常加入蜡至少有利于后来的模制工艺,因为蜡使之更容易从模型内取出最终产品。
由于有上述的蜡而给电梯系统带来的特殊困难是,蜡容易减小电梯系统内绳索或带索与相关滑轮之间的摩擦特性,经过一定时间之后,蜡可能积聚在滑轮上,这又进一步减小电梯系统内的摩擦特性。由于上述摩擦特性对于驱动电梯系统的部件并按所需指令移动舱室是必需的,故任何的蜡以及会减小摩擦的其他材料都是不希望有的。
因此,对于电梯系统中的带涂层的绳索或带索承重组件需要采取增加摩擦的措施。本发明针对上述需要而提出,但避免了上面讨论的现有技术的短处和缺点。
发明概述
一般说来,本发明是一种电梯用的带有无蜡涂层的绳索或带索承重组件,按照本发明设计的承重组件具有至少一个承重件,在一个实施例中,上述承重件是多根金属绳或股绳。上述承重件上涂的尿烷涂层不含任何蜡。
从下面对现有优选实施例的详细说明中,熟悉本技术的人们将会更明白本发明的各种特征和优点,下面简单说明对详细说明的附图。

优选实施例的详细说明
电梯系统20具有一个用于在楼房内各层楼梯口平台(未示出)之间运送乘客的舱室22,该舱室22通过至少一个承重组件26与一个配重24相连接。上述的承重组件可以是绳索组件或带索组件,要根据具体电梯系统所要求的具体结构来选择。本发明不限于严格意义上的“绳”或“带”,这两者都属于本发明范围。因此,在本说明书中用术语“绳”或“带”应不限于其严格的意义,而应将二者看成是可互换的或相当同义的。
滑轮28和30导引承重组件26沿一条预选的路线在各层楼梯口平台之间移动舱室22。普通的传动机构32与滑轮32相连接,按需要驱动承重组件26而移动电梯部件。配重24和舱室22按普通方式在一条升降路线(虚线34所示)内移动。
承重组件26最好包含多个承重件40,它们可以是一种金属的或非金属的例如芳族聚酰胺,此类承重件的实例包括多股绳或股绳。承重件40按普通方式(例如螺旋形缠绕)而组合以形成具体电梯系统内所需的强度特性。
在上述承重件40上涂敷一层尿烷涂层42。承重件40的至少一部分被尿烷涂层42包覆。在一些实施例中,承重件40完全包埋在尿烷涂层中。
上述尿烷涂层42最好是一种耐热聚氨酯材料。此种尿烷涂层不含任何蜡。在尿烷涂层42中不加入通常要添加到尿烷材料中的典型的硬脂酸盐基蜡。因此尿烷涂层42是无蜡的。
由于尿烷涂层42中不添加蜡,故制造按本发明设计的承重组件26的工艺与普通的承重组件制造工艺稍有不同。例如,用作形成承重组件26的部件的模轮最好涂一层脱模剂,以保证部件的吻合性并可合适地脱模。按照上面的说明,熟悉本技术的人们将可从有关商品中选购得合适的脱模剂。添加脱模剂可补偿尿烷材料中缺蜡的情况。
另外,用于制造承重组件26的工具最好包括一种比普通所用的工具更强有力的拉脱机构,因此,虽然尿烷材料中不含蜡,但采用这种机构同样方便于从模型中脱出。另外据认为,还必需调整切割工艺以保证质量控制的严格产品尺寸。按照上面的说明,熟悉本技术的人们将会完成必要的工具类型的调整来补偿制造涂层42的尿烷材料中缺少蜡的问题。
按照本发明设计的电梯承重组件在电梯系统内产生优良的摩擦特性。由于除去了会影响摩擦并可能积集在电梯系统内的滑轮上的蜡,故电梯的工作更为稳定。
上面的说明是示范性的,而在实质上不是限制性的。所公开的实施例在不违背本发明的范围和精神的情况下所作的各种变化和改型对于业内人士是显而易见的。给于本发明的法律保护的范围仅由下列所附权利要求书所规定。

Claims (12)

1.一种电梯绳索组件,它具有:
至少一个细长的承重件(40);和
一种涂在上述承重件(40)上的不含蜡的尿烷涂层(42)。
2.根据权利要求1的组件,其特征在于,上述涂层包括一种无蜡的耐热聚氨酯。
3.根据权利要求1的组件,其特征在于,它具有多个缠绕在一起的承重件,其中上述的涂层包封上述多个承重件的外部。
4.根据权利要求1的组件,其特征在于,上述承重件包括多股绞合金属绳。
5.根据权利要求1的组件,其特征在于,上述承重件包括多股非金属绞合绳。
6.一种制造电梯绳索组件的方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
按一种选定的配置方式装配多个细长的承重件(40);和
对上述承重件涂敷不含蜡的尿烷涂层(42)。
7.根据权利要求6的方法,其特征在于,还包括使用耐热聚氨酯涂层。
8.根据权利要求6的方法,其特征在于,包含如下步骤:将上述承重件置于一模型内,并涂敷一层脱模剂,以便在上述承重组件涂上尿烷涂层后使该绳索组件容易从模型内脱出。
9.一种电梯系统,它具有:
一个舱室(22);
一个配重(24);和
一个将上述舱室与配重相连接的承重组件(26),该组件(26)具有多个细长的承重件(40),并涂有不含蜡的尿烷涂层(42)。
10.根据权利要求9的电梯系统,其特征在于,上述的涂层包括无蜡的耐热聚氨酯。
11.根据权利要求9的电梯系统,其特征在于,上述的承重件是多根钢丝绳,上述的尿烷涂层包封上述多根钢丝绳。
12.根据权利要求9的电梯系统,其特征在于,上述的承重件是非金属绞合绳,上述尿烷涂层包封上述非金属绞合绳。
