Abstract

本发明揭示了一种用于把假体植入物插入各邻近椎骨之间的插入仪器。根据本发明的插入仪器包括：连接部件，其在第一端具有连接片；以及旋转装置，用于按预定角度旋转连接部件并使之回位，其中，旋转装置包括支撑部件，该支撑部件具有用于插入连接部件的空腔；还包括弹性部件，该弹性部件由支撑部件予以弹性支撑，用于把弹性力施加给连接部件。根据本发明，在假体植入物被完全插入之后，通过仅旋转一次，就可将插入仪器与假体植入物分开，这样就使植入假体植入物的操作过程变得容易和安全。并且，可将根据本发明的假体植入物安全、稳定地固定在各邻近椎骨之间。

Description

用于脊柱假体植入物的插入仪器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于熔合邻近椎骨的脊柱假体植入物以及用于植入该脊柱假体植入物的插入仪器。
背景技术
脊柱从颅骨延伸到骨盆，并由32～35个单个骨(椎骨)以及各相邻椎骨之间的椎间盘组成。最近，在病人患有坐骨神经痛、腰痛或脊柱骨折的情况下，实施了脊柱接合医学疗法。也就是说，把受到损坏或损伤的自然盘从人体脊柱中取出，并且通过植入例如脊柱假体植入物等的替代物熔合邻近椎骨。
图1是根据现有技术的脊柱假体植入物的侧视图，该假体植入物一般由空心柱塞圆筒形的外壳以及取自病人或其他人的碎骨片或其替代物构成。碎骨片或其替代物被装入空心圆筒形外壳的内腔，以便促进和稳定邻近椎骨的熔合。
假体植入物被直接植入形成在脊柱中的插入空间内。假体植入物100是通过使用一种插入仪器被插入，然后取出该插入仪器，而不使假体植入物100运动，以便促进邻近脊柱的内部生长。
这种被称为笼状物(Cage)的假体植入物采用各种形状构成，例如，图1中所示的环形、矩形、螺旋圆筒形等。
根据现有技术的假体植入物100通常具有螺母孔101。假体植入物100是通过依次执行下列步骤被植入形成在脊柱中的插入空间内，即：把插入仪器的螺栓与假体植入物100的螺母孔101拧在一起；把假体植入物100插入和放置在各椎骨之间的插入空间内；以及拧开插入仪器的螺栓。
然而，这种植入方法不方便，因为插入仪器的螺栓要被旋转多次，以便使插入仪器与假体植入物100分开。
并且，现有技术的假体植入物在其上表面和下表面分别具有凸起，以防止假体植入物向前(腹部)或向后(背部)滑脱。然而，由于该凸起没有特定方向，因而现有假体植入物由于仅接收向下负载的固定力而往往容易滑脱。
发明内容
本发明是旨在解决上述问题而提出的。
因此，本发明的目的是提供一种假体植入物，该假体植入物在其植入操作过程中可被容易、稳定和快速地插入人体的插入空间内。
因此，本发明的另一目的是提供一种假体植入物，该假体植入物在其被植入人体之后可被稳定固定。
因此，本发明的又一目的是提供一种插入仪器，该插入仪器在植入操作过程中可稳定地固定假体植入物，以使假体植入物不会移动。
根据本发明的第一方面，提供了一种假体植入物，该假体植入物包括：外壳，用于装入碎骨片；插入孔，其设置在外壳的第一端，通过该插入孔可将插入仪器插入；以及连接凹槽，其围绕插入孔设置在外壳的内表面上，在该连接凹槽上面稳定放有插入仪器。其中，插入孔和连接凹槽具有长方形或矩形形状，并且连接孔与插入孔同心。
根据本发明的第一方面，其中，不均匀部分形成在外壳的第二端，用于在植入操作过程中固定假体植入物，该第二端与第一端相对。
根据本发明的第一方面，其中，多个具有倾斜面的凸起分别设置在外壳的上端和下端，而且设置在距外壳中心相对两侧内的凸起的倾斜面在方向上互为相对倾斜。
根据本发明的第一方面，其中，凸起的倾斜面向下朝外壳中心倾斜。
根据本发明的第一方面，其中，凸起的倾斜面向上朝外壳中心倾斜。
根据本发明的第一方面，其中，外壳在第一端具有滑动面。
根据本发明的第二方面，提供了一种用于把假体植入物插入在各邻近椎骨之间的插入仪器，该插入仪器包括：连接部件，其在第一端具有连接片；以及旋转装置，用于按预定角度旋转连接部件并使之回位。
根据本发明的第二方面，其中，旋转装置包括：支撑部件，其具有空腔，通过该空腔插入连接部件；以及弹性部件，其由支撑部件予以弹性支撑，用于把弹性力施加给连接部件。其中，旋转装置还包括手柄，其与连接部件的第二端相连，用于旋转连接部件，该第二端与第一端相对。
根据本发明的第二方面，其中，支撑部件在一端具有弹性部件接收凹槽，用于接收弹性部件。
根据本发明的第二方面，其中，弹性部件是片簧。
根据本发明的第二方面，其中，弹性部件是盘形部件，其在中心具有孔，并在该孔周围具有凸起部分。
根据本发明的第二方面，其中，连接片具有长方形或矩形形状。
根据本发明的第二方面，其中，手柄在一端具有冲击部分，用于在把假体植入物插入在各邻近椎骨之间的过程中触击手柄。

具体实施方式
通过参照附图对一个实施例所作的说明，可对本发明有更好地了解。
如图2所示，根据本发明的假体植入物1具有：外壳10以及插入孔11，该插入孔11位于外壳10的第一端；以及连接凹槽12(在图4中示出)，其围绕插入孔11设置在外壳10的内表面上。
如图3所示，插入孔11具有长孔形、椭圆形或矩形形状。并且，如图4所示，连接凹槽12设置成具有与插入孔11类似的椭圆形形状，并与插入孔11同心。并且，连接凹槽12从插入孔11按一定角度例如90°进行旋转。
插入孔11和连接凹槽12都不限于长孔形、椭圆形或矩形形状。并且，插入孔11的长轴11a设置在水平方向上，并且连接凹槽12的长轴12a与长轴11a垂直。
并且，根据本发明的假体植入物在外壳10的第二端具有螺母孔13。在外壳10内，第二端与第一端相对。螺母孔13用于在当假体植入物10被植入之后发生损坏或破损的情况下，将该假体植入物从邻近椎骨中取出。不均匀部分(凸部和凹部)14设置在外壳10的外表上，并靠近螺母孔13，用于在当假体植入物首次被插入各邻近椎骨之间的插入空间内时，固定该假体植入物。凸部和凹部14设置在垂直方向上，以防止假体植入物10从椎骨(人体)中滑脱。结果，假体植入物被稳定地设置和固定。
并且，如图7所示，假体植入物在设有插入孔11的端部具有滑动面15，这样，在多个假体植入物被植入的情况下，最初设置在人体上的假体植入物10的滑动面15将引导另一稍后设置的假体植入物。
多个凸起16、17设置在外壳10的上端和下端，以支撑邻近椎骨。如图5所示，凸起16、17具有倾斜面18、19。设置在中心线C的一侧(左侧)的倾斜面18、19的方向与设置在中心线C的另一侧(右侧)的倾斜面18、19的方向相反。倾斜面18、19向下朝外壳10的中心倾斜。并且，凸起16、17具有尖点，以便成为三角形形状。因此，当假体植入物被植入在各邻近椎骨之间时，根据本发明的假体植入物可牢固支撑邻近椎骨。
图6示出本发明的另一实施例，在该实施例中，凸起23、24具有倾斜面21、22，其向上朝外壳10的中心倾斜，这与图5中的凸起16、17相反。
如图5和图6所示，设置在距外壳10、20的中心的相对两侧的凸起16、17、23、24具有倾斜面，这些倾斜面具有相反方向的斜度。因此，根据本发明的假体植入物可被稳定地固定到邻近椎骨上，并且将不容易滑脱。
以下将参照图8对根据本发明的插入仪器进行说明。
插入仪器用于把假体植入物植入各邻近椎骨之间。根据本发明的插入仪器包括：连接部件41，其在第一端(前端)具有连接片41a；以及旋转装置30，用于按预定角度旋转连接部件41，并使之回位。
连接部件41具有杆形形状，并且连接片41a具有与插入孔11的形状类似的长方形、椭圆形或矩形形状，以便穿过插入孔11。
旋转装置30包括：圆筒形支撑部件31，其在中心具有空腔31a，以使连接部件41可通过该空腔被插入；弹性部件33，其由支撑部件31予以弹性支撑，并与连接部件41的第二端(后端)相连；以及手柄，用于旋转通过支撑部件31被插入的连接部件41。
连接部件41和手柄32通过螺丝予以相互固定。设置在支撑部件31内的空腔31a设置成比连接片41a小，以使连接片41a不会被插入空腔31a内，而应暴露在空腔31的外部，以便与支撑部件31的第一端(前端)部分接触。
弹性部件33是盘形片簧，其在中心具有孔33a，以便由连接部件41插入或贯穿。并且，围绕孔33a的中心部分凸起。然而，弹性部件33不限于盘形片簧，而是可使用其他形状的片簧或螺簧作为弹性部件。
棒35被垂直安装到支撑部件31的第二端(后端)上，以便为进行假体植入物植入操作的人员提供方便。因此，棒35和支撑部件都形成“T”形。并且，手柄32与连接部件41相连，并且相互垂直，但是手柄32与棒35平行。棒35具有沟槽，其内设有手柄32。手柄32仅在一个方向上旋转。
手柄32还在上部具有冲击部分50，以便在把假体植入物插入脊柱中的插入空间内的过程中触击假体植入物。
图9是根据本发明的插入仪器的截面视图。如图9所示，弹性部件接收凹槽31b设置在支撑部件31的第二端(后端)的下表面上。
以下将对根据本发明的插入仪器的组装方法进行说明。
连接部件41的第二端通过支撑部件31的空腔31a被插入，然后贯穿弹性部件33的孔33a以及垫圈34。最后，手柄32被安装到连接部件41的第二端上，以使弹性部件33和垫圈34都被插入弹性部件接收凹槽31b内。
此时，连接片41a不被插入支撑部件31内，而是被暴露在支撑部件31的外部。弹性部件33把弹性力施加给连接部件41，以使与连接部件相连的连接片41a可略微作前后运动。
以下将对使用插入仪器植入图2中所示的假体植入物的方法进行说明。
首先，连接片41a通过设置在假体植入物的外壳10上的插入孔11被插入。如图10所示，连接片41a的形状与插入孔11相似。因此，连接片41a可容易被插入。
接着，通过按直角旋转与棒35平行的手柄32，使连接片41a按直角旋转，以使连接片41a被安全地容纳在假体植入物内部的连接凹槽12内。
然后，操作人员手持插入仪器，并通过触击与手柄32相连的冲击部分50，把假体植入物放置和插入在人体的各邻近椎骨之间。
最后，在将假体植入物插入完全正确的位置之后，通过使手柄32回位，将插入仪器与假体植入物分开，以便使连接片41a按直角反向旋转，并拉出插入仪器。
根据本发明，通过仅旋转一次，就可将插入仪器与假体植入物分开，这样就使植入假体植入物的操作过程变得容易和安全。
并且，在将假体植入物植入各邻近椎骨之间后，由于插入仪器可被容易拉出，因而在将插入仪器与假体植入物分开的过程中，所插入的假体植入物将不容易移动。
并且，由于在假体植入物的上端和下端分别设有凸起，因而根据本发明的假体植入物可被安全、稳定地固定在各邻近椎骨之间。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于把假体植入物插入邻近椎骨之间的插入仪器，其特征在于，它包括：
连接部件，其在第一端具有连接片；
旋转装置，用于按预定角度旋转连接部件并使之回位，其中，旋转装置包括支撑部件，该支撑部件具有用于插入连接部件的空腔；还包括弹性部件，该弹性部件由支撑部件予以弹性支撑，用于把弹性力施加给连接部件；
以及手柄，其与连接部件的第二端相连，用于旋转连接部件，该第二端与第一端相对，手柄在一端具有冲击部分，用于在把假体植入物插入邻近椎骨之间的过程中触击手柄。
2.根据权利要求1所述的插入仪器，其特征在于，支撑部件在一端具有弹性部件接收凹槽，用于接收弹性部件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的插入仪器，其特征在于，弹性部件是片簧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的插入仪器，其特征在于，弹性部件是盘形的，其在中心具有孔，并在该孔周围具有凸起部件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的插入仪器，其特征在于，连接片具有椭圆形或矩形形状。
