Abstract

背景技术
为了满足包括总的改善的效率和翼面负载在内的设计目标,对于燃气涡轮的热的燃气通道部分的每一级,都必需满足许多系统要求。特别是,涡轮部分的第一级的叶片必需满足该特定级的热的和机械的工作要求。
发明概述
根据本发明的优选实施例,提供了提高燃气涡轮的性能的燃气涡轮叶片,特别是第一级叶片的独特的翼面形状。当前的翼面形状是现有的翼面设计的改进。具体地说,通过从先前已知的设计重新制造叶片后缘,本翼面是独特的,并且不是直接按先前已知叶片翼面的比例变化的。更具体地说是,沿着先前已知的设计的叶片后缘的整个长度将后缘缩减,使它具有整个新的总翼面轮廓。

本发明详细说明
参见附图,图1表示包括多个涡轮级的燃气涡轮12的一个热的气体通道10。图中表示了三个级。例如,第一级包括多个在圆周上互相隔开的喷嘴14和叶片16。喷嘴在圆周上彼此隔开,并围绕转子的轴线固定。第一级的叶片16安装在涡轮转子17上。还表示了涡轮12的第二级,它包括多个在圆周上隔开的喷嘴18和安装在转子17上的,多个在圆周上隔开的叶片20。第三级包括多个在圆周上隔开的喷嘴22和安装在转子17上的叶片24,喷嘴和叶片位于涡轮的热气体通道10中,热气体通过热气体通道10的流动方向用箭头26表示。
叶片(例如,第一级的叶片16)安装在形成转子17的一部分的转子轮19上。如图2和图3所示,每一个叶片16都带有一个平台30,一个柄部32和与转子轮19上没有示出的形状互补的配合燕尾连接的轴向燕尾槽34。每一个叶片16具有叶片翼面36。这样,每一个叶片16在从位于平台30的中点的翼面根部31(图3)至叶片顶部33的任何横截面上的横截面翼面轮廓为翼面形状。
为了确定每一个第一级叶片翼面的翼面轮廓,在空间中存在满足该级的要求和可以制造的唯一的点集或点轨迹。这个唯一的点轨迹满足级的效率和减小热和机械应力的要求。通过在可使涡轮有效,安全和平稳运转的空气动力学和机械负载之间进行迭代,可以得出该点轨迹。形成叶片翼面轮廓的轨迹包括相对于涡轮回转轴线的1000个点的一个集。下面的表1给出的笛卡儿坐标系的X,Y和Z值形成沿着翼面长度的各个位置上的叶片翼面的轮廓截面。在表1中X和Y坐标的坐标值用英寸给出,当该值可以转换时,也可以使用其他尺寸单位。表1中的Z值为无量纲形式,由0.05(5%)翼展至0.95(95%)翼展。为了将Z值转换为用英寸表示的Z坐标值,可将表1中给出的无量纲Z值与用英寸表示的翼面36的高度相乘。笛卡儿坐标系具有正交关系的X,Y和Z轴,并且X轴与涡轮转子中心线(即回转轴线)平行,而正的X坐标值在向着后部(即涡轮的排气端)的轴向。向后看时,正的Y坐标值在转子回转方向的切线方向上延伸,而正的Z坐标值一般是向着叶片顶部沿径向向外延伸。
通过在与X,Y平面垂直的Z方向上的选择的位置上,确定X和Y坐标值,可以确定在沿着翼面长度的每一个Z距离处的叶片翼面轮廓截面(例如图8的轮廓截面40)。通过使X和Y值与圆滑的连续圆弧连接,可以选定在每一个距离Z处的每一个轮廓截面40。通过圆滑地使相邻的轮廓截面互相连接,形成整个翼面轮廓,可以确定在距离Z之间的各个表面位置的翼面轮廓截面40。这些值代表在外界的不工作或不热的条件下的翼面轮廓截面,并且是没有涂层的翼面的轮廓截面。
表1产生和表示了用于确定翼面轮廓的4个十进制位的X和Y值。然而,第4个十进制位不重要,可以四舍五入。一般的制造公差以及涂层在翼面的实际轮廓中必需考虑。因此,表1给出的翼面轮廓的值是名义翼面的,包括涂层厚度的±一般制造公差(即±值)要加至表1给出的X和Y值中。因此,在与沿着翼面轮廓的任何表面位置垂直的方向上的±0.150英寸的距离,形成这个特定的叶片翼面设计和涡轮的翼面轮廓包络面;即形成在相同温度下的在名义冷或室温下在实际的翼面表面上的侧量点与下面的表给出的这些点的理想位置之间的变化范围。该叶片翼面设计对这个变化范围是可耐受的,不会损害机械的和空气动力学的功能。

Claims (10)
