Abstract

剪切机单支承动刀架滚动的定位导向机构,本剪切机因动刀架滚动的定位导向机构,剪切时动刀架定位定向转动,以及压料机构全方位压紧剪切件,所以可有效使用长刀片。附图所示为单支承动刀架定位导向机构,调整螺帽(14)使动刀架导向板定位于两中心线交点,然后调整螺帽(6),使导向轮与其相接触,因为导向板(9)与导向轮轮环(4)的许用接触应力大于剪切时最大接触应力,以及推力球轴承(13)与圆锥圆柱轴承(8),许用载荷也大于剪切时最大载荷,所以经调整后动力架可长期保持定位定向转动。

Description

剪切机单支承动刀架滚动的定位导向机构
本剪切机系开式的液压传动剪切机,用于金属回收作业,也可用于其他作业,其特征:
一、动刀架滚动无间隙的定位导向机构,剪切时,在侧向力作用下,动刀架仍然定位定向转动,上下两刀片间隙不变。
二、压料机构是两个并列液压缸,其下两压盘垂直下压,可全方位压紧剪切件。
由于上述两特征,本剪切机可有效使用长刀片,进行长尺寸剪切,厚的一件一件剪,薄的几件压在一起剪。
多年来,国内各厂家生产的开式液压传动剪切机即鳄鱼式剪切机和鳄鱼式剪断机,离剪口远处剪切时,易于发生故障,易于损坏刀片,其主要原因:一、动刀架平面滑动有间隙的定位导向机构,剪切时,离剪口远处,在侧向力作用下,动刀架易于摆动,两刀片间隙易于扩大。二、摆动式压料机构,剪切时离剪口远处,剪切件易于松动。
图1与图2所示为本剪切机单支承动刀架滚动的定位导向机构,动刀架以径向滑动轴承支承于垂直机身侧面的悬臂轴(2)上,在滑动轴承腔口以螺钉紧固的法兰盘(15)中央有一圆孔,悬臂轴在滑动轴承套(1)之外直径减小为阶级轴并延伸于法兰盘圆孔之外。在孔外的轴上有一大推力球轴承(13),球轴承之外螺纹轴上有螺帽(14),以球轴承一轴承片外圆定心,卡于法兰盘中央孔周的凹台上,另一轴承片以内孔定心,套在螺帽(14)端面的凸圆上,在法兰盘孔内的轴上,一个小推力球轴承(12),球轴承之后,一个定心盘(11),以球轴承一轴承片外圆定心,卡于法兰盘孔周的凹台上,另一轴承片以内孔定心,套在定心盘端面的凸圆上,在定心盘背面孔周凹台面与悬臂轴轴阶之间,夹着压缩弹簧(10),弹簧张力大于径向滑动轴承空载时最大摩擦力,籍弹簧张力,消除大小两推力球轴承轴向间隙,并加预负荷。
在悬臂轴后方,机身侧面有一锥形导向轮,动刀架侧面有一导向板(9),导向板垂直于动刀架径向滑动轴承孔中心线,导向轮中心线与悬臂轴中心线在同一水平线相交,交点A也是导向轮锥形的顶点,导向轮轴环(4)紧配合安装于导轮体(5)上,导轮体与导轮轴间有平键,使轮与轴不能相对转动,轮后的螺纹轴上有螺帽(6),可调整轮在轴上的位置,轴两端圆锥滚柱轴承(8),安装于轮座(16)两轴承孔内,安装加预应力,轮座安装于机身侧面。
以轮座底面F面为检侧基面,转动悬臂轴上螺帽(14),使动刀架导向板平面定位于两中心线交点A,然后再转动导向轮轴上螺帽(6),使导向板与导向轮相接触的接触线通过交点A,因为接触线通过两中心交点,所以接触线上任何位置,其相接触两点的线速度都是相等的,也就是剪切时动刀架导向板与机身上导向轮处于滚动状态。
因为导向机构和定位机构都是滚动的,无间隙的,所以剪切时,在侧向力作用下,动刀架仍可保持定位定向转动,而且由于导向板(9)与导向轮轮环(4),材料热处理后其许用接触应力高于工作时最大接触应力,两个推力球轴承与两个圆锥滚柱轴承,许用载荷也都高于工作时最大载荷,所以调整后,动刀架可长期保持定位定向转动,保持上下两刀片间隙不变。

Claims (1)

1、剪切机单支承动刀架滚动的定位导向机构,其特征是以径向滑动轴承(1)支承于垂直机身侧面的悬臂轴上(2)的动刀架(3),其轴承腔口螺钉固定的法兰盘(15)中央有一圆孔,在圆孔外周边有一个大推力球轴承(13),在该推力球轴承之外的螺纹轴端,有两个螺帽(14),
在孔内有一个小推力球轴承(12),在该推力球轴承之后的轴上,有一个定心盘(11),定心盘背面与悬臂轴轴阶之间夹着压缩弹簧,
在悬臂轴之后,动力架侧面上导向板(9)与机身侧面锥形导向轮相接触,导向板平面垂直于动刀架滑动轴承孔中心线,导向轮中心线与悬臂轴中心线,在同一平面上相交,其交点也是导向轮锥形的顶点,导向轮与轮轴间有平键,轮后的螺纹轴上有两个螺帽(6),轮轴两端圆锥滚柱轴承(8),安装于轮座(16)的两轴承孔内,轮座安装于机身侧面上,
以轮座底面F面为测定基面,转动悬臂轴上螺帽,调整动刀架的位置,使动刀架侧面的导向板平面定位于两中心线交点。
