Abstract

技术领域
本发明有关于一种用于储存粘性物并易于运送的容器,该容装在容器内的粘性物,完全不需与使用者接触及透过手工具的辅助,即可轻易自容器内完全取出。
背景技术
按,于容器内封储存有黏性物,于运送中通常是不方便使用,且需要使用涂抹器或其他工具的辅助,方能将粘性物取出。
为改善透过工具辅助取出黏性物的缺失,坊间即有采用软质容器来储存黏性物,该容器可被挤压,使容器内的内容物可经由螺紧封盖所密封的开口被取出;然而,该软质容器于使用时,需先将螺紧的封盖旋开封盖,将将开口突露,接着,使用者需施加压力于容器本体,以迫使容器内的内容物经由该突露的开口流出。再者,使用者施加压力于软质容器的本体时,容器内的内容物经常会散开,且定会有残留的内容物将永远留存在容器之内,即使容器在几乎被卸空时,该容器内的内容物并无法完全被取出。
习用的另一设计,是采用连同有帮浦机构的汲取机构,其经操作,即可透过容器开口汲取粘性物,使得帮浦机构操作时,该容器开口将开启,以令内容物被取出;但此设计在制造上较为昂贵,且需要组装小元件。
发明内容
本发明的目的即在于提供一种不需任何工具辅助即可轻易取出储存于容器黏性物的容器。
本发明的次一目的是在于提供一种可将容器内的内容物完全取出,不会浪费的容器。
本发明为一种容器,其可在一密封环境中储存粘性物,并可易于运送;该容装在容器内的粘性物完全不需与使用者接触及透过工具的辅助,即可自容器内轻易完全的被取出。
本发明为一种长型容器,在靠近其尾端处设有一或多个开口,且设有一或多个活塞的轮廓与尺寸几乎与于长型外壳内部的横切面轮廓相同,当活塞被推压时,将沿着长型外壳的内部滑动,以将容器内的内容物完全取出。

具体实施方式
图1为显示容器的较佳具体实例。该容器包含一长型外壳,该长型外壳具有二尾端,并于靠近二尾端处各至少设置有一开口3,并于长型外壳1内封装有二活塞2,该活塞2是位于二开口3之间,且其轮廓与尺寸几乎与长型外壳1内部的轮廓与尺寸相同;并于长型外壳1内的二活塞2间封装有一粘性物4,该粘性物4是被密封在长型外壳1内,直到活塞2受到空气压力或躯体力量时,该黏性物4将由初始的位置被推压移动。
使用者可简单的以手指封盖住其中一开口3,并施加压力于长型外壳1位于封闭开口3下端的气室,以产生一压力,进而将活塞2推压朝向位于长型外壳1的对向端的另一开口3滑动;因流体为不可压缩,使粘性物4是沿着长型外壳1以相同于活塞2的速率与距离滑动;当位于长型外壳1的对向端的活塞2滑动并通过位于长型外壳1的对向端的开口3时,该粘性物4将经由位于长型外壳1的对向端的开口3流出,以供应用;当活塞2沿着长型外壳1滑动时,将同时刮除长型外壳1的内表面,以完全取出储存于长型外壳1内部的全部粘性物4;使用者亦可同时简单的施加躯体力量,以挤压长型外壳1的一端,且实质地推压活塞2朝向长型外壳1的另一端滑动,以获得同样的结果。
图2是显示图1的容器的另一具体实例,其中较佳具体实例,是在二个开口3上皆覆盖有一封盖5,该封盖5将密封住该开口3下端的气室,以防止污物进入长型外壳1中,并达到完全密封长型外壳1的功效。
图3是显示容器的另一具体实例,该容器包含一具有二封闭尾端的长型外壳1,并于长型外壳接近其一尾端设有一开口3,并于长型外壳1内部接近开口3处封装有一活塞2,该活塞2的轮廓与尺寸几乎与长型外壳1内部的轮廓与尺寸相同;并于长型外壳内的另一封闭尾端与活塞2间有封装密封有粘性物4,并再接近另一尾端处设置有一刻痕6,当弯折长型外壳1的刻痕6时,该长型外壳1即可自该壳痕6断开。该粘性物4是被密封于长型外壳1之内,直到长型外壳1在刻痕6处被断开时,该活塞2会由其初始位置,以空气压力或躯体力量推压移动,进而迫使粘性物4离开长型外壳1。
另外,图3的刻痕6亦可利用感压性开口取代之,当活塞2由其初始位置被空气压力或躯体力量所推压移动时,即可强迫粘性物4顶住长型外壳1的藉由感压性开口所密封的另一端,使感压性开口将由所产生的压力结果而开启,以允许由容器取出粘性物4;该感压性开口的设计,可以恰好足以防止粘性物4由长型外壳1渗出之力,密封住长型外壳1的一端所达成,但若施加一预定数量的压力于感压性封件时,即可将密封件开启。
图4显示图3的另一具体实例,其中,该开口3可以一封盖5所覆盖,该封盖5将进一步密封住位于开口3下端的气室,以防止污物进入长型外壳1中,以达到完全地密封长型外壳1的目的。
图5是显示容器的另一具体实例,该容器包含一具有二个封闭尾端的长型外壳1,并于接近长型外壳两尾端处各至少设有一开口3,并于长型外壳1内部接近两尾端处各封装有一活塞2,该活塞2是将该开口3封闭,且活塞2的轮廓与尺寸几乎与长型外壳1内部的轮廓与尺寸相同,并于长型外壳1内部的二活塞2间封装并密封有粘性物4;当活塞2受到空气压力或躯体力量时,即会由初始位置被推压移动,如图6所示,一旦使用者挤压长型外壳1的任一端时,即会产生一压力,进而将推压活塞2由初始位置朝向长型外壳1的另一端移动;因为流体为不可压缩,使粘性物4将沿着长型外壳1以相同于活塞2的速率与距离滑动;若位于长型外壳1的对向端的活塞2,由位于对向端的开口3滑动离开时,粘性物4即可经由位于长型外壳1的对向端的开口3流出,以供应用;当活塞2沿着长型外壳1滑动时,将同时刮除长型外壳1的内表面,以完全地取出全部粘性物4。
图7显示容器的另一具体实例,该容器包含一具有二封闭尾端的长型外壳1,并于长型外壳1接近两尾端处各至少设置一开口3,并于长型外壳接近两尾端的内部至少封装有一活塞2,该活塞的直径略小于长型外壳1的内径,并藉由一限制器7将活塞2定位于预定位置,并位于二开口3间,并于长型外壳1内部的二活塞2之间封装有粘性物4,该粘性物4是被密封在长型外壳1内,直到活塞2受到空气压力或躯体力量时,即会由位于限制器7的预定位置被推压移动,一旦活塞2与限制器7分离时,该活塞2将允许粘性物4在长型外壳1之内自由移动,如图8所示,粘性物4可随着容器的方位,而由任一开口3流出。
图9显示图七容器的另一具体实例,其中,该二开口3上皆覆盖有一封盖5,以将开口3密封,并进一步将开口3下端的气室密封,以防止污物进入长型外壳1中,以达到完全地密封长型外壳1的目的。进一步而言,该已密封的气室,可被施压至一正压或一负压,使得其中一封盖5被拆卸时,该余留在已密封气室中的空气压力无论是正压或负压,皆可将活塞2由限制器7的初始位置被推压滑动,而与限制器7分离,并可令粘性物4在长型外壳1之内自由移动,且如图10所示,经由开口3流出。
本发明所提供的容器,与其他习用技术相互比较时,更具有下列的优点:
1、本发明不需任何工具辅助即可轻易取出储存于容器内的黏性物。
2、本发明是可将容器内的内容物完全取出,不会造成内容物的浪费。

Claims (11)

1、一种容器,其特征在于:包括:
一设有一或多个开口之长型外壳,该长型外壳具有两封闭尾端,开口设于靠近二尾端的侧壁;
一或多个被封装在该长型外壳内之活塞,其轮廓与尺寸几乎与长型外壳内部的横切面轮廓相同,当该活塞受到推压时,即会沿着长型外壳的管壁滑动,该活塞并分隔该长型外壳的内部,而形成为数气室;
其中,该一或多个活塞将留持一粘性物在该长型外壳之内,且将粘性物与开口下端的一或多个气室隔开,当活塞被推压而移动时,粘性物将进入气室,并经由该长型外壳的开口流出。
2、如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于:该位于长型外壳上的数开口,通过封盖将其覆盖封闭。
3、如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于:该长型外壳在接近其中一端处具有一开口,而在靠近另一端处具有一刻痕,其中,该容器可在该刻痕处被断开,使容装在长型外壳内的粘性物,受到封装在长型外壳内活塞的推压移动,而被取出容器外。
4、如权利要求3所述的容器,其特征在于:该位于长型外壳上的开口,通过封盖将其覆盖封闭。
5、如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于:该长型外壳在靠近一端处具有一开口,并在靠近另一端处具有一感压性开口,其中,该容器在该感压性开口处被强迫开启,以令被容装在长型外壳内的粘性物,受到封装在长型外壳内活塞的推压移动,而被取出容器外。
6、如权利要求5所述的容器,其特征在于:该位于长型外壳上的数开口,通过封盖将其覆盖封闭。
7、如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于:该位于长型外壳内部的活塞可将位于长型外壳上的开口封闭,当活塞由初始位置被推压移动时,该粘性物即会经由长型外壳上的开口流出。
8、如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于:该长型外壳内部至少设置一限制器,使活塞受到限制定位于预定位置处,该活塞的直径略小于长型外壳的内径,当该活塞经由被留持位置被推压移动,并与限制器脱离时,该粘性物即会经由长型外壳上的开口流出。
9、如权利要求8所述的容器,其特征在于:该位于长型外壳上的开口,通过封盖将其覆盖封闭。
10、如权利要求9所述的容器,其特征在于:该位于长型外壳中的数个气室,以空气压力施压成正加压,在其中一封盖被拆卸之后,在余留气室中的空气压力,将推压活塞经由被留持的位置移动,使活塞远离余留气室,以令粘性物经由已拆卸封盖的开口流出。
11、如权利要求9所述的容器,其特征在于:该位于长型外壳中的数个气室,以局部真空施压成负加压,在其中一封盖被拆卸后,在余留气室中的真空压力,将推压活塞经由被留持位置移动,以令粘性物经由已拆卸封盖的开口流出。
