Abstract
一种表面可擦写的光碟片,其包括透明基底、染料层和反射层,其中染料层位于反射层与透明基底之间,该光碟片在反射层上还包括一表面可擦写的记录层。相较于现有技术,本发明表面可擦写的DVD光碟片由于具有一表面可擦写的记录层,因而制成的DVD光碟片表面可擦写有用信息,从而大大方便了DVD光碟片的使用及管理。本发明还公开了一种表面可擦写的光碟片的生产方法。
Description
【所属技术领域】
本发明涉及一种光碟片及其制造方法,尤指一种表面可擦写的光碟片及其制造方法。
【背景技术】
数字通用光盘(Digital versatile Disk,DVD)是从现有的CD-ROM所发展出来,尺寸大小一样,但因为数字记录间距的缩小,以记录方式的改变,使得可储存的内容增加许多,它同样可用来储存包括音乐、视讯,以及一般电脑档案资料等各种类型的数字资料。所储存的视讯动态影片采用MPEG2等级的数字压缩技术,质量可以超越LD影碟、VIIS录影带,以及现有的VCD影片光碟;所储存的音讯采用杜比(DOBBY)AC-3等级的立体音响技术。
目前,单一DVD光碟片可以储存一部135分钟以上的高质量的电影,其容量为4.7GB,这个容量相当于目前一般CD光碟片的7倍,尺寸大小与现有的CD片相同,DVD光碟片容量类型包括单面再生一层和单面再生二层。单面再生一层DVD光碟片在一个表面上记录的资料容量为4.7GB。
请参阅图1,单面再生二层DVD光碟片虽然亦是在一个表面上记录资料,但其可以利用资料间距进行双层记录,这样一片DVD光碟片的容量为8.5GB。
然而,目前的光碟片由于其表面性能的缘故通常不可以在其表面记录有用信息,并且不可擦除。
【发明内容】
本发明目的在于提供一种表面可擦写的之光碟片结构及其制造方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种表面可擦写的光碟片,其包括透明基底、染料层和反射层,其中染料层位于反射层与透明基底之间,其特征在于,该光碟片在反射层上还包括一表面可擦写的记录层。
在本发明中,该染料层为再生一层结构或再生二层结构。该光碟片还可包括保护层,所述保护层位于记录层与反射层之间。所述透明的树脂基底通常由聚碳酸脂(PC)制成,所述染料层通常由青色素(cyanine)或偶氮染料(azo dye)制成。
本发明一种表面可擦写的光碟片的制造方法,包括如下步骤:(1)在成形机的模具上装上光碟片母盘,并以成形出透明的树脂基底;(2)在树脂基底上形成染料层;(3)在树脂基底的信号面形成反射层;(4)在反射层上成形出表面可擦写的记录层。所述方法还可包括在反射层和表面可擦写的记录层间形成保护层的步骤。所述透明的树脂基底采用注射成型,形成染料层通过旋涂工艺,形成反射层采用溅镀工艺;所述反射层为金属反射膜,所述透明的树脂基底通常由聚碳酸脂(PC)制成,所述染料层通常由青色素(cyanine)或偶氮染料(azodye)制成。所述方法还包括在染料层上生成再生二层结构的步骤。所述光碟片可为DVD、CD、VCD光碟片。
相较于现有技术,本发明表面可擦写的光碟片结构由于具有一表面可擦写的记录层,因而制成的光碟片表面可擦写有用信息,从而大大方便了光碟片的使用及管理。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图2,本发明表面可擦写的DVD光碟片包括透明基底24、染料层23和反射层22,其中染料层23位于反射层22与透明基底24之间,本发明中,该DVD光碟片在反射层22上还包括一表面可擦写的记录层10。
其中,所述记录层10可通过除聚碳酸酯以外的塑胶材料制成。在本发明中,所述DVD光碟片的采用波长为635-650nm的激光器读取数据。
在本发明中,染料层23可为再生一层结构,亦可为再生二层结构。
制造本发明的表面可擦写的DVD光碟片,先在成形机的模具上装上DVD母盘,并以注射成型等成形方法制造出透明的树脂基底,然后再通过旋涂工艺在树脂基底上形成染料层,随后经过溅镀等方法在树脂基底的信号面形成铝质等金属反射膜(反射层),随后在其上面成形出表面可擦写的记录层10。其中,所述透明的树脂基底通常由聚碳酸脂(PC)制成,所述染料层通常由青色素(cyanine)或偶氮染料(azo dye)制成。
其中所述生产过程可产出不同DVD格式的产品,如可写一次DVD(DVD-R)或可重复读写的DVD(R/W半成品),或DVD-5或DVD-9半成品。
本发明表面可擦写的DVD光碟片由于具有一表面可擦写的记录层,因而制成的DVD光碟片表面可擦写有用信息,从而大大方便了DVD光碟片的使用及管理。同时,其容量超过CD-ROM光碟片(约为650MB),甚至高过硬盘容量(约2GB至4GB),即对于染料层为再生一层结构的DVD光碟片来说,其容量为4.7GB;而对于染料层为再生二层结构的DVD光碟片来说,其容量可达8.5GB。另外还可有单层及双层录写的分类。
显而易见,其他光碟片,如VCD、CD等,在其表面成形出表面可擦写的记录层10后亦可实现表面可擦写的功能,其制造方法同DVD光碟片相仿,在此不再赘述。
尽管本发明是参照具体实施例来描述,但这种描述并不意味着对本发明构成限制。参照本发明的描述,所公开的实施例的其他变形,对于本领域技术人员都是可以预料的。因此,这样的变形不会脱离所属权利要求限定的范围及精神。
Claims (10)
1.一种表面可擦写的光碟片,其包括透明基底、染料层和反射层,其中染料层位于反射层与透明基底之间,其特征在于,该光碟片在所述反射层背离所述透明基底的一面上还包括一表面可擦写的记录层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的表面可擦写的光碟片,其特征在于,该染料层为再生一层结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的表面可擦写的光碟片,其特征在于,该染料层为再生二层结构。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的表面可擦写的光碟片,其特征在于,该光碟片还包括保护层,所述保护层位于记录层与反射层之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的表面可擦写的光碟片,其特征在于,所述透明的树脂基底通常由聚碳酸脂制成,所述染料层通常由青色素或偶氮染料制成。
6.一种表面可擦写的光碟片的制造方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:(1)在成形机的模具上装上光碟片母盘,并以成形出透明的树脂基底;(2)在树脂基底上形成染料层;(3)在树脂基底的信号面形成反射层;(4)在反射层背离所述树脂基底的一面上成形出表面可擦写的记录层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的表面可擦写的光碟片的制造方法,其特征在于,所述方法还可包括在反射层和表面可擦写的记录层间形成保护层的步骤。
8.根据权利要求7所述的表面可擦写的光碟片的制造方法,其特征在于,所述透明的树脂基底采用注射成型,形成染料层通过旋涂工艺,形成反射层采用溅镀工艺;所述反射层为金属反射膜,所述透明的树脂基底通常由聚碳酸脂制成,所述染料层通常由青色素或偶氮染料制成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的表面可擦写的光碟片的制造方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括在染料层上生成再生二层结构的步骤。
10.根据权利要求6或9所述的表面可擦写的光碟片的制造方法,其特征在于,所述光碟片可为DVD、CD、VCD光碟片。
