Abstract

一种小型压气叶轮的制造方法,首先,夹小端外圆并靠平流道平面,加工大外圆、大端面、孔;第二,用三爪夹大外圆、靠平大端面,加工子午面和小端面,全部工序即告完成。该制造方法的第一道工序充分利用了小端外圆和流道的一致性,使定位基准与设计基准相重合,有效地避免了传统工艺中由于基准不重合而带来的加工误差,使产品的合格率提高到97%以上;传统工艺有5道工序,新工艺只有两道工序,减少了加工装夹时间、缩短了零件周转时间、减少了设备同时占用数量,相应加工人员也就减少了,提高了生产效率、降低了制造成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种增压器的压气叶轮的制造方法,特别是涉及一种小型压气叶轮的制造方法。
背景技术
同行业的普通技术人员都知道,压气叶轮越小,其加工难度越大,加上增压器本身转速相当高,因此,加工后零件的不平衡量的控制就变得十分关键,如果不平衡量超差,将会引起增压器碰擦、烧轴承、漏油、断轴等现象,从而引起柴油机不能工作等。由于增压器的特性,压气叶轮本身要求的尺寸精度和形位公差精度都相当高,有的要求达到4级、5级精度,所以考虑加工方法是必要和必须的。
传统的压气叶轮制造有五道工序,依次为:一,用三爪夹持大外圆、找正大端面,粗车大端面、孔;二,用三爪夹持大外圆靠平流道端面,精车大端面,粗铰、精铰进而推孔至尺寸;三,用三爪夹大外圆,车小端面;四,用心轴从大端孔插入实现定位,用顶尖顶中心孔,车小端面;五,用弹簧心轴从大端孔插入实现定位、夹紧,精车大外圆、子午面。上述方法是有缺点的,首先,上述工艺过程中三次调换定位基准,违背了基准统一原则,致使累积误差增大,并且因为基准多次改变引起质量中心变化,导致动平衡量严重超重,报废率达15%以上;第二,该工艺第一道工序加工利用的是大外圆定位,并且是找正大端面,实际上大端面和流道形成平面因为铸造原因不一定平行,且大外圆在模具中与流道中心不是完全同心,所以引起后续工序基准不准确而使质量中心偏心,动平衡量增大从而造成零件报废;第三,传统工艺工序多,其生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能有效提高压气叶轮的加工质量和效率的制造方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术措施来达到,即:这种压气叶轮的制造方法,首先,夹小端外圆并靠平流道平面,加工大外圆、大端面、孔;第二,用三爪夹大外圆、靠平大端面,加工子午面和小端面,全部工序即告完成。该制造方法的第一道工序充分利用了小端外圆和流道的一致性,使定位基准与设计基准相重合,有效地避免了传统工艺中由于基准不重合而带来的加工误差,使产品的合格率提高到97%以上;传统工艺有5道工序,新工艺只有两道工序,减少了加工装夹时间、缩短了零件周转时间、减少了设备同时占用数量,相应加工人员也就减少了,提高了生产效率,降低了制造成本。
