本发明涉及一种带有至少一个经冷变形制造的铬镍钢镜架部件的眼镜架。
背景技术
铬镍钢在眼镜工业中主要用于由钢丝制造镜架部件。商业通用的不锈弹簧钢丝具有高强度的优点,但不能用于镜架的冷变形。此外,它们的热稳定性差,这特别在焊接时产生负面影响。除弹簧钢外,铬镍钢被用于压制镜架部件。这种铬镍钢允许冷变形,然而它与较大的淬火相联系,以致于需要经常中间退火。大的淬火导致压制和冲压工具的强烈负荷。关于热稳定性则得出与弹簧钢类似的不利情况。最后,使用铬钢是已知的,它通常是作为预调质的薄板供货,并用于制造镜腿部件。然而,由于高的强度而不可能冲压,所以镜腿部件需由薄板蚀刻出来或借助于激光束切割出来。这种铬钢的优点是热稳定性好,使得可以焊接而不须担心强度的不允许下降。
虽然铬镍钢具有好的耐蚀性,并通过淬火可达到高强度,但眼镜的镜架部件用这种铬镍钢却只在一定条件下才能制造,因为该铬镍钢的与焊接相联系的热处理导致原来通过淬火达到的强度至少局部地降低,它通过再次淬火不可能从新达到,因为为此所需要的热处理超过焊接连接的热负荷承受能力。
发明内容
因此本发明基于以下目的,即这样构造开头描述的那种眼镜架,以使冷变形的镜架部件能通过焊接连结互相连接或与其它镜架部件连接。
本发明对所提出的目的是通过用一种最低强度为950Mpa的铬镍钢制造镜架部件来实现的。
通过使用最低强度为950Mpa的铬镍钢,以简单的方式满足了冷变形的镜架部件焊接的前提,而不须担心所需的形状稳定性受损,因为由铬镍钢的最低强度给定的这种形状稳定性,不可能由热处理而降低。这意味着由这种铬镍钢制造的镜架部件,虽经焊接连接仍保持其高的强度值和弹性值,因为由焊接引起的热处理仅局部有限地影响,而且仅导致有限的强度下降。
所选择的能通过相应的合金添加剂而调整的铬镍钢最低强度值,首先取决于用于镜架部件冷变形的工具的负荷。因为随着较大的铬镍钢最低强度,一方面改善对冷变形的镜架部件的高的自身强度的前提,但另一方面工具负荷增大,故给可用于制造镜架部件的铬镍钢的最低强度的增大规定了相应的界限,虽然实践中表明,随着最低强度的增大,经冷变形使强度的增大稍有减弱,这使较大的变形程度而不用中间退火成为可能。如果用于眼镜镜架部件的铬镍钢的最低强度提高到1000到1050Mpa,则在相应的工具构造下可为按本发明的镜架部件保证更充分的经济的制造条件。
最低强度为950Mpa的铬镍钢可以有不同的成分。特别有利的铬镍钢可以比如含0.05重量%的碳,17重量%的铬,4重量%的镍,3.5重量%的铜,和0.3重量%的铌。这样的铬镍钢可以在不危害由这种铬镍钢制造的镜架部件的焊接连接的温度下经受一种沉淀硬化,以致镜架在焊接后能通过沉淀硬化获得所希望的强度。由于较高的强度,镜架部件可做成较小的尺寸。

Claims (3)

1.带有至少一个经冷变形制造的铬镍钢镜架部件的眼镜架,其特征为:镜架部件由一种最低强度为950Mpa的铬镍钢制成。
2.按权利要求1的眼镜架,其特征为:镜架部件的铬镍钢具有1000到1050Mpa的最低强度。
3.按权利要求1或2的眼镜架,其特征为:镜架部件由一种可通过沉淀硬化而硬化的铬镍钢制成。
