Abstract

本发明公开了一种桥梁空心梁钢制内模的制造方法,是按照下述步骤制备:a.用钢板制成筒柱,所制的筒柱外形尺寸与所要浇筑空心梁的空心孔尺寸相一致;在制好的筒柱纵向筒缝的一纵边上沿其内表面焊接一条衬板将纵向筒缝封堵;b.在所述筒柱的筒腔中沿径向焊接伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的一端与所述衬板相焊接,另一端与筒柱内壁相焊接;所设置的伸缩杆数量根据筒柱的长度而定,可为一根、二根或多根间隔设置。本发明的优点在于解决了空心梁钢制内模无法脱模的问题,同时又解决了采用橡胶气囊内模在浇筑空心梁过程中存在浮模的不足,大大提高了空心梁的质量,而且在空心梁浇筑完成后钢制内模又可方便地从空心梁内拆卸取出。

技术领域
本发明涉及桥梁建筑领域,尤其是涉及桥梁空心梁钢制内模的制造方法。
背景技术
目前桥梁建筑工程中所使用的空心梁内模一直采用橡胶气囊来代替钢制内模,其原因是采用钢制内模在空心梁浇筑完成后钢制内模无法从空心梁内取出。采用橡胶气囊作为空心梁内模,空心梁浇筑完成后,将气囊内的空气放出即可方便地取出气囊。但采用橡胶气囊内模在浇筑空心梁过程中存在浮模的不足,降低了梁体质量,给空心梁的使用埋下了隐患。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种在桥梁空心梁浇筑完成后可方便拆卸的钢制内模的制造方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明可采取下述技术方案:
本发明所述的桥梁空心梁钢制内模的制造方法,是按照下述步骤制备:
a、用钢板制成筒柱,所制的筒柱外形尺寸与所要浇筑空心梁的空心孔尺寸相一致;在制好的筒柱纵向筒缝的一纵边上沿其内表面焊接一条衬板将纵向筒缝封堵;
b、在所述筒柱的筒腔中沿径向焊接伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的一端与所述衬板相焊接,另一端与筒柱内壁相焊接;所设置的伸缩杆数量根据筒柱的长度而定,可为一根、二根或多根间隔设置。
在所述筒柱的筒腔中以可拆卸方式设置有支撑构件。
在所述筒柱的筒口处沿其内周面固连有延伸出筒口的接口环。
本发明的优点在于解决了空心梁钢制内模无法脱模的问题,同时又解决了采用橡胶气囊内模在浇筑空心梁过程中存在浮模的不足,大大提高了空心梁的质量,而且在空心梁浇筑完成后钢制内模又可方便地从空心梁内拆卸取出。按照本发明制造的钢制内模在空心梁浇筑完成后,从所述筒柱的筒腔中取出支撑构件,操作伸缩杆收缩带动筒柱壁沿纵向筒缝向筒内收缩后即可方便地从空心梁内取出。由于在筒柱纵向筒缝的一纵边上沿其内表面焊接有衬板,因此不会出现纵向筒缝在浇筑过程中漏料问题;在筒柱的筒口处沿其内周面固连有延伸出筒口的接口环,以便于所浇筑的空心梁跨度较长时多节筒柱的对接,又防止了接口处的漏料。

具体实施方式
如图所示,本发明所述的桥梁空心梁钢制内模的制造方法,是按照下述步骤制备:
a、用钢板制成筒柱1,所制的筒柱1外形尺寸与所要浇筑空心梁的空心孔尺寸相一致;在制好的筒柱1纵向筒缝2的一纵边上沿其内表面焊接一条衬板3将纵向筒缝2封堵;
b、在所述筒柱1的筒腔中沿径向焊接伸缩杆4,所述伸缩杆4的一端与所述衬板3相焊接,另一端与筒柱1内壁相焊接;所设置的伸缩杆4数量根据筒柱1的长度而定,可为一根、二根或多根间隔设置。为提高所述筒柱1的支撑强度,在筒柱1的筒腔中以可拆卸方式设置有支撑构件5。为便于所浇筑的空心梁跨度较长时多节筒柱1的对接,并防止接口处漏料,在筒柱1的筒口处沿其内周面固连有延伸出筒口的接口环6。

1、一种桥梁空心梁钢制内模的制造方法,其特征在于:它是按照下述步骤制备:
a、用钢板制成筒柱(1),所制的筒柱(1)外形尺寸与所要浇筑空心梁的空心孔尺寸相一致;在制好的筒柱(1)纵向筒缝(2)的一纵边上沿其内表面焊接一条衬板(3)将纵向筒缝(2)封堵;
b、在所述筒柱(1)的筒腔中沿径向焊接伸缩杆(4),所述伸缩杆(4)的一端与所述衬板(3)相焊接,另一端与筒柱(1)内壁相焊接;所设置的伸缩杆(4)数量根据筒柱(1)的长度而定,可为一根、二根或多根间隔设置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的桥梁空心梁钢制内模的制造方法,其特征在于:在所述筒柱(1)的筒腔中以可拆卸方式设置有支撑构件(5)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的桥梁空心梁钢制内模的制造方法,其特征在于:在所述筒柱(1)的筒口处沿其内周面固连有延伸出筒口的接口环(6)。
