Abstract
本发明提供了一种新型的复合混凝土材料,即在混凝土基体中掺入人体的头发或其他动物的毛(不包括羽毛)。由此形成的毛发混凝土比普通混凝土的强度及韧性有较大程度的提高和增强,与其它纤维混凝土相比成本大为降低,可普遍应用于建筑结构、水泥制品中。
Description
本发明涉及一种新型的复合混凝土材料。
在现有的建筑材料中,有一种纤维混凝土,即在混凝土基体中掺入纤维材料,如钢纤维、玻璃纤维、石棉纤维、聚丙烯纤维等,可以较大地提高混凝土的强度和韧性。但是钢纤维和其他人造纤维的价格都比较贵,大大地提高了混凝土的成本。
本发明的任务是提供一种具有现有纤维混凝土的优点而成本低廉的复合混凝土材料。
本发明提供的复合混凝土材料,是在混凝土基体中掺入人体的头发或其他动物的毛(不包括羽毛)。
所掺入的毛发是为混凝土总重量的0.1-0.8%,掺入的毛发的长度在1厘米到10厘米之间。
毛发混凝土比其他纤维混凝土的成本大为低廉。在每立方米混凝土中,掺入占体积2%的钢纤维,所需钢纤维约价值470元(钢纤维以市场价3元/公斤计);而人体头发的出售价为1元3公斤,若考虑处理过程的费用,亦以3元/公斤计,则在每立方米含头发为混凝土重量的0.2%的混凝土中,掺入的头发的价值仅约14.4元。
掺毛发的混凝土,比普通混凝土的强度和韧性都有较大的提高,可普遍应用于建筑结构、水泥制品中,具有增强效果好,成本低廉的特点。在其他有机或无机胶结材料中掺入毛发也可提高抗拉强度、增强韧性。
实施例:把头毛混凝土试件与钢纤维混凝土试件及普通混凝土试件作对比试验,试验结果的平均值如下:

1、一种复合混凝土材料,其特征在于混凝土基体中掺入人体的头发或其他动物毛(不包括羽毛)。
2、按权利要求1所述的复合混凝土材料,其特征在于掺入的毛发量为混凝土重量的0.1-0.8%。
3、按权利要求1和2所述的复合混凝土材料,其特征在于毛发的长度在1厘米到10厘米之间。
