Abstract

本发明涉及一种立方形包装盒，它由一个盒体和一个铰接在盒体上的铰接盖所组成，被包装的物品先装在一个内包装里。为了在侧边折叠包装机上尽量简单地生产出包装盒来，使铰接接盖的后壁连接有一个接头片，接头片的其余三边是自由边，其宽度小于内包装顶折边的宽度。另外有两个基本上是三角形的侧端接头片，和三边是自由边的接头片一起粘接到铰接盖的盖壁上。另外，使铰接盖的前壁和侧壁通过一个留有连接桥的分离切口和盒子部分隔开。

Description

带有铰接盖的包装盒及其生产方法
本发明涉及一种立方形包装盒，及其生产方法。
通常，立方形包装盒包括一个盒子和一个铰接在盒子后边的铰接盖。它是由外包装和一个安放在盒子开口区内侧的衬缘所组成。该铰接盖有一个盖壁，与两个折叠到盖壁底下的侧端接头片粘接;有两侧壁，与上述侧端接头片连接;还有一个前壁和一个后壁，前壁通过折叠线和盖壁互相连接，后壁通过折叠线以铰接的方式和盒子的后面连接。在盒子里面有一个内包装，它绕盒子的包装物折叠，其侧顶端向着盖壁的里面折叠，而其一个底折边从后面折过来，在其上，一个顶折边从前面弯折过去，伸出到盒子一定的深度处。
通常，立方形包装盒所使用的坯件是由构成盒子的部分和与之相连的铰接盖接头所组成的。上述构成盒子的部分包含有一个后面，一个底面和一个前面，它们分别通过折叠线和借助于内侧接头片及外侧接头片相互连接起来。而铰接盖接头包括有一个后壁，通过铰折线和后面连接;有两个内侧壁和上述后壁连接;有前壁和两外侧壁连接;还有一个盖壁，通过折叠线和前壁连接，每个外侧壁连接着一个靠近盖壁的侧端接头片。
生产这种立方形包装盒时，先用一个基本上是矩形的内包装坯件绕被包装物进行折叠，接着把外包装坯件折叠成一个盒子，其后再折叠一个铰接在盒子上的铰接盖。
前面所述类型的立方形包装盒，特别适用于带有铰接盖的香烟或类似的包装盒，并且可用侧边折叠或底边折叠包装机来生产。然而，这种类型包装盒的折叠过程需要很高的费用，为了完成包装，首先要把内包装包好，然后使外包装绕内包装折叠，形成一个铰接盖并铰接在盒子上。同时，构成铰接盖的部分整个位于构成盒子的坯件部分的后边，因此，铰接盖只靠一个铰折线连接到盒子上。
从英国专利说明书852，447中也可了解到，为了从坯件生产出一个香烟包装盒，其中盒子的前面及后面通过一个侧壁接头片相互连接在一起，而铰接盖的前壁及盖壁通过切口和相邻的盒子前面及侧壁隔开，但是在横向上则和坯件的其余部分连接。然而，这个坯件必须在底边折叠打包机上进行折叠，而且必须先将包装物单独用内包装进行折叠。
此外，从西德专利公开说明书2，551，427中可得可知，在包装坯件上，在盒子的前面及侧壁接头片和铰接盖的前壁及侧壁之间的分离切口的部位上提供了连接桥。该坯件也只适用于底边折叠包装机上，和英国专利说明书的情况相同。
本发明的目的是提供一种如前面所述的立方形包装盒，使它可以在侧边折叠包装机上进行生产，并且可以使折叠的过程简化，或减少其折叠过程。
为了实现本发明的目的，可以使铰接盖的后壁连接有接头片，该接头片的三边是自由端，其宽度小于内包装的顶折边的宽度，还可以使侧接头片的形状基本上是三角形的;另外，使铰接盖的前壁及侧壁通过留有连接桥的分离切口和盒子隔开。
用于上述立方形包装盒的坯件，其铰接盖接头的前壁及外侧壁通过留有连接桥的分离切口和构成盒子的部分的前面及侧壁接头片隔开，而接头片的宽度很窄，它和后壁连接，其余三边是自由端，另外，侧端接头片的形状基本上是三角形的。
在用上述包装坯件生产包装盒时，在内包装周围折叠一个盒子，在头端上敞口，然后折叠侧端接头片，而内包装的侧顶端随之折叠，再折叠和铰接盖后壁连接的连接片，而内包装的底折边部分随之折叠，最后折叠盖壁，而内包装的顶折边部分也随之在头端口折叠。
本发明的其它特征将在下面详细描述。
下面参照附图中所示的实施例，详细叙述本发明。
图1表示带铰接盖的香烟包装盒的外包装坯件。
图2表示供图1所示的坯件使用的衬缘。
图3至图10表示生产一种带有铰接盖的包装盒的各个步骤。
图1所示的坯件包括底面1，底面借助于预先刻出的刻痕线，一方面和后面2连接，另一方面和前面3连接。后面2和前面3分别通过预先刻出的刻痕线与两内侧壁接头片4和两外侧壁接头5横向连接，底面1（或内侧壁接头片4）连接有侧面的底端接头片6，后者介于侧壁接头片4，5之间。后面2以铰折线7为界，铰折线7把后面2和铰折盖上的后壁8连接起来。后壁8的两侧通过预刻的刻痕线各连接着一个内侧壁9。和铰折线7平行的还有预刻的刻痕线10，它把一个基本上是梯形的接头片11和后壁8连接起来。接头片11的宽度很窄，不和后壁8连接的其余三边是自由端，这在后面要详细进行说明。
侧壁接头片4用切口12和内侧壁9断开，该内侧壁9是梯形的。切口12有一个小的延伸部分13，伸入到后面2中去，使得由该坯件制成的包装盒容易被打开。
前面3以分离切口14为界，分离切口被连接桥15所间断。另外分离切口14还向侧壁接头片5延长，每个侧壁接头片5的外边缘各留出一个连接桥15。分离切口14在侧壁接头片5区域内的部分倾斜延伸，这样产生了外侧壁16，它通过外连接桥15和侧壁接头片5连接。该外侧壁16是梯形的，并通过预刻刻痕线和铰接盖的前壁17连接。外侧壁16的梯形状是这样的，在生产出包时，使其和内壁9的梯形形状相重合。前壁17通过预刻刻痕线和盖壁18连接，而外侧壁16通过相应的刻痕线和侧接头片19连接，侧端接头片19和盖片18相邻，伸出约达盖壁18的宽度的一半，其形状是等腰三角形。
除了侧壁接头片4、5，侧壁9、16，侧端接头片19和11之外，其余部分的形状均为矩形。
如图1中点划线所示，在包装之前或包装过程中，把图2所示的衬缘粘在图1所示的坯件上。该衬缘由一个带有凹槽21的中间部分20和与之相连接的两个侧边部分22所组成，切口23、24位于中间部分20和侧边部分22之间，当侧边部分22沿着切口线23弯折时，切口24构成突起的凸耳。
为了在侧边折叠包装机上制成包装盒，首先把香烟垛25封装到内包装26内，但内包装封套的头端仍然敞口。按照图2所示的衬缘28单独地或者和图1所示的外包装坯件27连接在一起折叠，然后单独地或和外包装坯件27一起，包在封装于内包装26内的香烟25的外面。
按照图4，使底面1向上抵着包装物，恰当地把前面3和后面2沿着预刻刻痕线折叠到包装物上。再把底端接头片6向内折叠（见图5），然后再把内侧接头片4折叠到底端接头片6上（见图6），这以后，把外侧接头片5弯折到内侧接头片4上（见图7）。
这时，内包装26的头端仍然敞口，把侧端接头片19按照图8向内折，内包装26的侧面顶部29分别随着向内折（见图8）。接着把接头片11向内折叠，内包装26的底折边30也随着向内折。从图9可以看到，接头片11被横向斜截去一部分，使接头片11和侧端接头片19互相挨着平放在一个平面内。其后，把盖壁18折叠到接头片11和侧端接头片19上，结果，内包装26的顶折边31也随着向内折叠。在这里，接头片11的宽度应适当，避免使内包装26的顶折边31被卡在接头片11和盖壁18之间，而仍然保持其自由状态。
上面没有谈到，在包装过程中要把底端接头片6粘接到侧壁接头片4上，侧壁接头片4又粘到侧壁接头5上，而盖壁18则要粘到侧端接头片19和接头片11上。
内包装26可以由两个分离的部分组成，要不然就是使这两部分通过孔眼线32相互连接，该孔眼线的位置在成品包的衬缘28的部位上。
把连接桥15断开，沿铰折线7转动铰接盖就可把包打开，然后抓住内包装26的头端，把内包装的松动部分拿开，或者把通过孔眼线32和内包装26其余部分连接的上部撕下，这样，包装内的物品就可以拿到手。

Claims (4)

1、立方形包装盒包括一个盒子和一个铰接在后边的铰接盖，它是由外包装和一个安放在盒子开口区内侧的衬缘所组成，该铰接盖有一个盖壁，与两个折叠到盖壁底下的侧端接头片粘接;与上述侧端接头片连接的侧壁;还有一个前壁和一个后壁，前壁通过折叠线和盖壁互相连接，后壁通过折叠线以铰接的方式和盒子的后面连接，在盒子里面有一个内包装，它绕盒子的包装物折叠，其侧顶端向着盖壁的里面折叠，而其一个底折边从后面折过来，在其上，一个顶折边从前面弯折过去，伸出一定的盒子深度，其特征在于铰接盖的后壁（8）连接有接头片（11），接头片的三边是自由端，其宽度小于内包装（26）的顶折边（31）的宽度，而侧端接头片（19）的形状基本上是三角形的，铰盖的前壁（17）与侧壁（16）通过留有连接桥（15）的分离切口（14）和盒子隔开。
2、根据权利要求1的包装盒，其特征在于内包装（26）在铰接盖的区域上有一个部分，它通过孔眼线（32）与放置在盒子内的内包装（26）部分连接，使其可以被撕开。
3、根据权利要求1或2的包装盒，其特征在于与铰接盖后壁（8）相连接的接头片（11）和两侧端接头片（19）都被粘接到盖壁（18）上，使这些接头片相互紧挨着平放在一个平面内。
4、生产根据权利要求1至3中任一项的包装盒的方法，先用一个基本上是矩形的内包装坯件绕被包装物进行折叠，接着把外包装坯件折叠成一个盒子，其后再折叠一个铰接在盒子上的铰接盖，其特征在于在内包装周围折叠一个盒子，在头端上敞口，然后折叠侧端接头片，而内包装的侧顶端随之折叠，再折叠和铰接盖后壁连接的接头片，而内包装的底折边部分随之折叠，最后折叠盖壁，而内包装的顶折边部分也随之在头端上折叠。
