Abstract

Un complejo de ácido aspártico y cobre, un uso de este y una composición de pienso que contiene dicho complejo de ácido aspártico y cobre. La estructura química del complejo de ácido aspártico y cobre es ((Cu(II))(Asp)(H2O)m) x (H2O)n, en donde Asp es L-Asp o DL-Asp, m es cualquier número entero de 0 a 10 y n es cualquier valor de 0 a 10. El presente complejo de ácido aspártico y cobre se aplica a la cría de animales. Calculada en términos del elemento de cobre, una cantidad de uso según los requisitos fisiológicos puede fomentar el crecimiento del ganado y las aves de corral en todas las etapas del ciclo de crecimiento y durante el uso de una dosis elevada, y el rendimiento del crecimiento de los animales es normal con el uso de una dosis elevada, con lo que se resuelven de este modo problemas tales como el uso excesivo de una dosis elevada de cobre inorgánico en la industria de la cría de animales que es perjudicial para ellos.
