Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un aparato y un proceso para la destilación de metanol (Figura 1), sin embargo, también se puede usar en la destilación de otros productos, tal como etanol. La presente invención tiene el propósito de reducir el consumo de energía y de agua de enfriamiento y/o electricidad en un proceso de destilación de productos intermedios crudos, que comprende una etapa de pretratamiento, conocida como etapa de estabilización, para la eliminación de los componentes volátiles y una etapa de concentración, que comprende una o más columnas para la destilación.
