Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo de prensa de cilindros (10) para la molienda de material de alimentación (M), con: un cilindro fijo (2) alojado de forma fija con un eje de cilindro alojado al menos aproximadamente de forma estacionaria (y2); un cilindro móvil (3) alojado de forma móvil con un eje de cilindro que puede disponerse de forma localmente variable (y3); un bastidor (11) que aloja al menos el cilindro fijo y opcionalmente también el cilindro móvil; al menos una unidad de solicitación con fuerza (15) que actúa en un punto de solicitación con fuerza (P2) sobre el cilindro móvil; pudiendo alojarse y posicionarse el cilindro fijo y el móvil uno con respecto a otro para la aplicación de una fuerza de molienda (F); estando alojado el cilindro móvil (3) con el eje de cilindro localmente variable (y3) de tal modo de forma giratoria alrededor de un eje de giro (P3) a modo de una palanca unilateral (16) que la posición relativa del cilindro móvil con respecto al cilindro fijo puede definirse mediante este movimiento giratorio, estando formada la palanca unilateral (16) entre el eje de giro (P3) y el punto de solicitación con fuerza (P2). Esto no solo ofrece ventajas constructivas. Además, la invención se refiere a un procedimiento correspondiente para la molienda de material de alimentación.
