Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un sistema y a un procedimiento para tratar y recuperar agua proveniente del lavado de camiones mineros. Particularmente, la invención comprende un procedimiento para reducir la turbidez y dureza del agua proveniente de una planta de lavado de camiones mineros [flujo de agua], para su posterior reutilización, que comprende las siguientes etapas: a) una etapa de coagulación del flujo de agua en un subsistema de coagulación/ floculación/ sedimentación que permite formar flóculos; b) una etapa de filtración del flujo de agua que tiene lugar en el subsistema de filtración y que permite filtrar los flóculos superiores a 5 µm y reducir la turbidez a 10 NTU; y c) una etapa de intercambio iónico destinada a reducir las concentraciones de los iones calcio y magnesio que tiene en el subsistema de intercambio iónico. Adicionalmente, la invención comprende un sistema para reducir la turbidez y dureza del agua proveniente de una planta de lavado de camiones mineros [flujo de agua], para su posterior reutilización.The present invention refers to a system and a procedure for treating and recovering water from the washing of mining trucks. In particular, the invention comprises a procedure to reduce the turbidity and hardness of the water coming from a mining truck washing plant [water flow], for its subsequent reuse, which comprises the following stages: a) a stage of coagulation of the flow of water in a coagulation/flocculation/sedimentation subsystem that allows the formation of flocs; b) a stage of filtration of the water flow that takes place in the filtration subsystem and that allows to filter the flocs greater than 5 µm and reduce the turbidity to 10 NTU; and c) an ion exchange stage intended to reduce the concentrations of calcium and magnesium ions in the ion exchange subsystem. Additionally, the invention comprises a system to reduce the turbidity and hardness of the water coming from a mining truck washing plant [water flow], for its later reuse.
