Abstract

Un proceso para producir zeolitas que comprende: a) calcinar un material arcilloso para formar un material amorfo a partir de componentes arcillosos en el material arcilloso, b) lixiviar el material de la etapa (a) en una solución de lixiviación para producir una solución que contiene aluminio disuelto y sílice disuelta y un residuo sólido, c) separar el residuo sólido de la solución, y d) cristalizar zeolitas de la solución de la etapa (c).
