MÉTODO Y APARATO PARA LA COMPRESIÓN DE DATOS DE SECUENCIA DEL GENOMA PRODUCIDOS POR MÁQUINAS DE SECUENCIACIÓN DEL GENOMA. LAS SECUENCIAS DE NUCLEÓTIDOS SE ALINEAN CON UNA O MÁS SECUENCIAS DE REFERENCIA, SE CLASIFICAN SEGÚN LOS GRADOS DE PRECISIÓN COINCIDENTES, SE CODIFICAN COMO UNA MULTIPLICIDAD DE CAPAS DE ELEMENTOS DE SINTAXIS, MEDIANTE EL USO DE DIFERENTES MODELOS DE FUENTE Y CODIFICADORES DE ENTROPÍA PARA CADA CAPA EN LA QUE SE DIVIDEN LOS DATOS.
