Abstract

<p>Se describen métodos y composiciones para producir una glucanasa en plantas transgénicas y después incorporar partes de las plantas transgénicas en alimentación animal. La enzima de glucanasa de alimentación muestra actividad a través de un amplio intervalo de pH, y tolerancia a temperaturas que frecuentemente se encuentran durante el proceso de preparación de alimentos animales.
