<p>SE PRESENTA UN MÉTODO PARA PROTEGER EQUIPOS DE MANIPULACIÓN DE LECHADA EL CUAL IMPLICA: (A) IDENTIFICAR UNO O MÁS TIPOS DE EVENTOS DE DESGASTE (EROSIÓN, ABRASIÓN, CORROSIÓN) A LOS CUALES UNA SUPERFICIE DEL EQUIPO DE MANIPULACIÓN DE LECHADA SE VE SOMETIDA DURANTE LA OPERACIÓN; (B) ESTIMAR LA GRAVEDAD DE CADA TIPO DE EVENTO DE DESGASTE QUE EXPERIMENTARÁ LA SUPERFICIE DURANTE LA OPERACIÓN; Y (C) APLICAR A LA SUPERFICIE UNO O MÁS REVESTIMIENTOS POR ROCIADO TÉRMICO CON CONTENIDO DE CARBURO METÁLICO O NITRURO METÁLICO, Y UN REVESTIMIENTO ORGÁNICO RESISTENTE A LA EROSIÓN. LOS TIPOS DE EVENTOS DE DESGASTE Y SU GRAVEDAD SE PUEDEN PRONOSTICAR MEDIANTE EL EMPLEO DE UNO O MÁS MODELOS DE DINÁMICA DE FLUIDOS COMPUTACIONAL, Y LA APLICACIÓN A LA SUPERFICIE YA SEA DEL REVESTIMIENTO POR ROCIADO TÉRMICO O DEL REVESTIMIENTO ORGÁNICO RESISTENTE A LA EROSIÓN, O DE AMBOS, DEPENDE DE LOS TIPOS DE EVENTOS DE DESGASTE IDENTIFICADOS Y SUS GRAVEDADES ESTIMADAS.
